The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was very loud and noisy in the halls and rooms. The tub/shower was a little scary.

Hotel is good , room clean, but the service at the front desk very poor...at the arrival after problems occurred in finding out my reservation a very nervous lady gave me room 202 that is directly linked with air compressor .. Only complaining ( I’m a preferred guest since more than 2005 ) I got from a new clerck ( this time a man ) a new room.same problem with the lady at departure ( I could not print boarding pass ... )

I stay at this Sheraton Plantation about 3 times a month. I love the staff and Adam the bartender is awesome. I always feel at home when I walk in. And the food in the restaurant is awesome!!!! The Ribs are rediculous!!! I recommend you guys to everyone I talk to. Thanks for being AWESOME!!!

No concierge service, no one answers the guest services line when you call.. Found blood on the sheets after they serviced the room... not a very pleasant experience and not in keeping with the Sheraton service I'm used to..

Upon entering our room, a staff member was sitting on the couch watching tv! The front desk personnel was very blasé when I mentioned this to him.
The shuttle service was convenient, but would recommend a pickup/dropoff location that is well marked at the Sawgrass Mall- near the restaurants. We spent time at 10pm walking in the rain outside the mall looking for zone 3!
Upon checkin, there was no mention of the rewards program that I had recently registered for, nor was our room identified as a priority room.
This was our first and last at this location.

the bathroom layout awesome huge vanity double sinks two rooms . the staff at this hotel are wonderful cant say enough !!! we were on vacation had to stay here till could get closer to ocean . at the end of are stay we did not want to leave .great shopping and restaurants very close. oh and the rooftop pool has a great breeze and shade areas for all the men out there !!!!!

The hotel is centrally located to areas I needed to visit. The room layout was unique and nice. Front desk check in person was very friendly and called up as soon as we got to the room to make sure all was ok. Nice to have separate living area and tv in each room.
The room is a little tired though. Bathroom has some cracks here and there in bathtub and ceiling, couch had stains and was worn, and worse was the windows because they looked cloudy and between the double walled windows growing around the edges was some sort...mold, crystals, or something.
After 11pm the first night, the hotel called my room to ask if I could check the drawers because the previous guest left some medication. They then called in the morning at 9am to ask again because the guest left "herbal medicine" in a drawer.
This is unacceptable. They should have called housekeeping, not me...and should have been mindful of the times they were calling. Not very professional. I had to go to the front desk and tell them not to repeat this the next night if the previous guest calls them again.

Looooove this hotel. Excellent value for the amazing service, food and cleanliness. I highly recommend this place. Never had a bad experience for several years. Also, great place for event planning. The staff is beyond friendly and professional.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with two TV for the children. Free self parking which was great..

Came with toddler and needed the extra room a suite provides so this hotel fit the bill. Didn't have to ask for a room upgrade to a Jacuzzi suite or late checkout - they were offered due to my being a Gold member. If you value free parking, free wifi, fridge, microwave, jacuzzi, clean large rooftop pool, great friendly customer service then this is a great place to stay. Close to Shopping and mall as well...

The suite was large and the bathroom had double sinks with a long counter which we loved since we're used to the setup at home. The suite was very well lit which we enjoyed rather than a dimly lit room. The only negatives are that we had to continuous call for additional towels since we had 3 in the room and we were given 2 towels each night. The Kleenex was empty and we had to call for a new box. The keys did not work three times and had to be re-keyed and the final incident, they had to make new keys. We had called for an early wake-up call and the hotel did not call and did not even log it in their system. That would have been very upsetting if we had to rely on the wake-up call. The hallway carpet really needs new carpet because it looks so dirty and dingy. Other than that, the suite was fine.

ypical American Sheraton this category. Small bathroom, typical American breakfast. There is no club Sheraton. 500 bonus points plus breakfast. For sure I will come back .Swimming pool on the roof - good thing. Far from the beach

1st room given to me was beside the roof and giant a/c unit, there is no way you could get a good nights sleep with that drone.
2nd room, flushed the toilet once, second time did not work ask the front desk to look after it while I went out to the theatre. Came back at 11:30 p.m. that night, again flushed once, tried the next time, same problem. The toilet did not work the rest of the night. Explained details to front desk when I checked out, not really interested and was charged a full room rate for a room that was not operable. Unfortunately, the Sheraton Brand will not be used by myself in the future.

We stayed at this hotel from February 9 to 16, 2014 (checking out on Feb 16, 2014). We called the front desk about 5 times during our stay and could not get an answer or were put on hold for about 15 to 20 minutes to answer simple questions. There were inaccuracies in our bill as there were charges for meals and we never ate at the restaurant in the hotel. When we asked houskeeping to leave us an extra roll of toilet paper they never did. When they cleaned the room they did not leave any coffee cups for the coffee machine in the room. Housekeeping requires further attention to detail. When we called the front desk for some toilet paper no one answered the phone after 10 rings. My husband went downstairs to the front desk and was told by the front desk person that the staff do not know how to read English as we left a note requesting an extra roll of toilet paper as the one on the roll had only a few strands of it left.
The room size is god as it is a suite which has a living room and microwave. There is a partion to close of to make the bedroom private which is nice.
Upon check-in at the front desk, I was in the preferred Gold and Platinum line (as we have gold membership) for 25 minutes waiting for service as another customer had an issue with inaccuracies on their bill. Another guest was in front of me and waiting for service and when the preferred line opened up he jumped in and asked if the line was just for gold and platinum membership and the front desk person told him it was for anyone. So, why have a separate line for gold and platinum then like other SPG hotels?
When it was raining there were no umbrellas at the front and the front desk person told me that they used to have 34 umbrellas and 'everyone said they would return the but didn't'. So, why don't you ask for a room number and charge them if they don't return it? They have bags for umbrellas but no umbrellas? Customer service requires significant improvement at the front desk and in housekeeping. When I went to the front desk one evening, I waited while some calls were answered and told by a blonde haired lady that she would be with me. She got off the phone and then the front desk personnel laughed amongst each other like I was not even there. I sat and looked at them and then they turned around and the blonde haired lady apologized. I have not experienced such lack of customer service at a SPG hotel before ! There was no one at the concierge desk for 6 out of the 7 days that we went by the front entrance. Overall, Shenique, the other black lady that she worked with and the blonde haired lady who worked one evening require improvement in customer service!

I had flowers delivered the day of my arrival and I called to request they be in the room upon my arrival. I was very disappointed they were not. This ruined the surprise I had planned for my wife on Valentine's Day. When I went to the Front Desk, the flowers were still in a box in the office.

This is my first time here, but not my first in the area. Overall the hotel is in a great location and close to everything you need, airport, freeways etc...the hotel is a bit dated, I was told I was upgraded to a suite only to discover that most of the rooms was what I had placed in....so where is the upgrade...it was down the hall....sadly so.
The best part of the hotel was one person, she was the person who greeted us and made sure we had all the we needed and then some. She was very sensitive to our needs and very accomodating, I appreciate that more than I can say. Yaschike (spell check) is an huge asset....thank you again.

Asked for towels and toilet items four times . Did not get them. Last time asked in person when went out to dinner and 2 1/2 hours later we still did not get them. Had to go down to lobby and wait for them to be brought to me. When I tried to call guest services, the call was frequently not answered. I left a wake up call for the morning, but was never called.

My wife and I came here for a quite short vacation with two of our teenage grandchildren. The living room was great for the kids and we had the master bedroom. The staff was helpful and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool.
