Rated 5 out of 5 by JadeBA Excellent stay
We stayed here for 5 nights in July 2016. 4 nights were paid, the last was a free night award from SPG. The hotel staff, particularly those on the Club floor (specifically Mazal and Isaac) are the best. We got upgraded to a Club room with lounge access as a Platinum; if you don't have elite status with SPG it is completely worth it to pay extra for a club room if only for the lounge access. The pool is nice but gets very crowded on Shabbat afternoon. Excellent proximity to the beach. Try the city bike share, there is a starion just across the street from the hotel. Also, skip the hotel Shabbat dinner. It's expensive for what it is and the staff who work it are not Starwood employees (read: they're nowhere near as good).

It was really good stay at Sheraton Tel Aviv. It was my second stay at this property, and I really enjoyed it.
Only pros, no cons:
- staff (gr8)
- food (delicious)
- room (spacious and comfy)
- location (amazing)
- club lounge (Yumi, thank you!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by DM2016 Excellent hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv!
The hotel was great! Very clean, spacious rooms, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast! Also I highly recommend the "Garlic Sea Bass" for lunch or dinner at the Olive Leaf Restaurant!

Rated 5 out of 5 by liad good feeling
This is a welcoming hotel. We are SPG members and we felt that we were recognized for this. The staff was friendly and responsive to our requests.
The buffet breakfast was outstanding. The pool was clean and the staff there was great. We certainly go back the next time we are in Tel Aviv.

Rated 3 out of 5 by StevenNY Unfortunate changes
While the hotel is in a great location (right near a great stretch of Tel Aviv beach, and the amenities are generally very good (pool, health club...) there were many noticeable changes made this year. I have been coming to the hotel for years and suddenly the category was changed to "5" which makes it more expensive (and need to use more starpoints). Club access now denied to Gold Members and front desk staff has mostly become cold and distant. Unresponsive to emails before arrival and "run around" at the front desk when I called with a simple question before arrival (I wanted my girlfriend's name to be on the reservation along with my name and they neglected to do this - simple reasonable request but no reseanable response). We had a problem with our room and in general were so disappointed by the unfriendliness at reception. I will be looking for a non Starwood property for my next trip after many many years of staying at the Sheraton Tel Aviv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Angieg Beautiful Hotel in Tel Aviv
This is a great place to stay in Tel Aviv. The hotel is right across from the beach and has all the facilities you could want. It's got a couple of restaurants (didn't eat dinner but breakfast was great - lots of choices), the staff are friendly, and it's clean and airy. I would recommend, and have chosen to stay her when I bring my family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MrZero An Amazing Stay Thanks to Miki and Mazal
My stay was really great thanks to the attention to detail provided by Miki and Mazal at the Lounge. They made my stay Awesome from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The room perfectly renovated, very large and comfortable (something very rare in Tel Aviv). The hotel food was very good (omelette bar is awesome!), you can't beat the location and everybody in the hotel went out of their way (including the valet) to make me feel at home. I had cancelled another hotel on my return in 5 days so I could stay again at the Sheraton. Kudos to Miki and Mazal.
