The location of this hotel in the heart of the tourist and embassy district provides visitors with everything you need to either work, or, more importantly, relax! The hotel staff is extremely attentive to guests' needs and one wouldn't need to leave the premises to have a relaxing and enjoyable sojourn. If one decides to wander away from the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants, shops and the beach within walking distance! I cannot wait to return for another visit!

Sheraton has a great location. Not only are they just across the street from a great beach, but its the section of the beach that we found had the best waves; and believe me we did our research.
Hotel is also very conveniently located to a number of really good restraurants that range from "street" food to higher end dining. Check out Sheila - outstanding. Also the walking food tour - Delicious Eats.
Most importantly the staff were great. From dinner restervations to phone SIM cards they were very informed and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff are friendly and helpful.
City noise such as cars honking can be heard late night, but I suspect that is the case in all the Tel Aviv downtown hotels.
Drop off and temporary parking area is too small for size of hotel.

This was my first trip to Tel Aviv. The Sheraton Tel Aviv did an amazing job to ensure I had an exceptional visit. The hotel location is perfect. I arrived just in time to see an amazing Mediterranean sunset from the lobby lounge while I enjoyed the best hummus I've ever tasted! The room was very comfortable and all the hotel facilities were beautifully maintained. The breakfast buffet is one of the most extensive I've experienced and all the food was fresh and tasty. I cannot wait to return.

The hotel has wonderful staff who go out their way for you. Idit and Tania at the front desk were gracious and accommodating
The pool is excellent, clean and organized.
The beach has fantastic sand and warm Mediterranean water.
As titled- a wonderful location to get anywhere in the city.

The images provided on the hotel website give the impression that the rooms are renovated and modern. This was not the case with my room that was old, outdated, and had rusty bathroom fixtures. Great location and views, but my standard (non-suite) room was lacking.

not worth for the price you pay. this is only spg hotel with no recognition of platinum. good location and access to the beach. but the room is old and small. the concierge and reception was not very helpful.
platinum status does not mean anything in this property. no check out avail on executive fl. my experience was not good in general.

I recently had a 2 week business trip to Tel Aviv and stayed in this hotel. Upon arrival the check in was pretty easy and welcoming. When i arrived in my room I was given a small but comfy room. I called the front desk and was told that there were no other rooms for upgrading me and this was the best they had at this time. As a Platinum Member I was under the impression that upgrades were guaranteed, but guess I was wrong.
The club lounge was very accommodating with a beautiful view of the beach. The assortment of food and snacks were very appealing. The only drawback was the help from the wait staff. When asking for a beverage from the back you would have to ask 2 or 3 times before you would get a beverage. It seems the tables with the gentlemen that were flirting with the girls had no issues getting their drinks or the extra attention. There was one waitress (Ella) that was very polite and attentive but she only worked 4 nights out of my 12 night stay.
Inspite of the lack of SPG loyalty it is a beautiful hotel in a great location.

I have been to Tel Aviv several times and have always encountered HORRENDOUS customer service in hotels,restaurants,retail stores... but that all changed the minute I walked into the front door of this hotel. This was my first time staying there. I stayed for a week and always was greeted with a hello and a smile from everyone I encountered. The front desk personal were always courteous, the wait staff in the breakfast restaurant were always cheerful and would accommodate any request, the club lounge attendants went out of their way to assist me. I stayed in a Tower room (paid for a club room but was upgraded due to my status) and could not have been happier. Room was recently renovated with stylish modern decor, comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. The bathroom was on the small size but I was alone so it was adequate for me. The Sheraton is now my home away from home in Tel Aviv.

we stayed in a suite (night award) which was very convenient. was happily surprised by the renovated lounge. i am staying in many lounges across the word and the Sheraton Tel Aviv definitely became part of the leading ones.

Stayed at the hotel several times. My most recent stay was July 2012 for 5 days. Hotel is in excellent location.
Staff is friendly and generally helpful and accomodating .Room is modern but shows signs of slight wear.
Concierge level is a great spot to relax after a long day... great snacks. The concierge staffer Mazel, has always given us excellent advice, and is an asset to the hotel!!
PS Hotel offered wine tasting with cheese one night that was a nice activity.

We returned this year as a platinum member and were welcome with so much...from the private check in to the great 1 bedroom suite...to the wonderful welcome basket and treats...the staff was incredible. they were extremely friendly and helpful. Access to the VIP lounge made it even more special. I stayed before as a Gold member and received the same wonderful treatment. We love the location, the lobby and the view. Everything was more than great. Definitely going back. My friend used the spa and was delighted. We did not have time since we have family around and spent more time with them.
Great hotel with great hospitality. The breakfast buffet is also incredible.

The Tel Aviv Sheraton afforded us an excellent location for exploring Tel Aviv. We were able to walk downtown, to Jaffa and to the new port area. All within 45 minutes from the Hotel. We will stay there again on our next visit. The staff was helpful with suggestions, directions & taxi fares to expect, since we had family to visit in many parts of the city.

The hotel was in a perfect location, overlooking the beach and an easy walk to the city center. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and helpful staff. The room was lage enough for the three of us - two adults, one child - and the room staff was quick to answer any of our additional needs.

First let me say that as a Platinum Elite, we were upgraded to the Towers and it was a wonderful experience. As I've written elsewhere, the Towers Concierge, Mazal, was exception plus warm, friendly and very competent. Good location, comfortable rooms, loved the Club and the extra level of comfort that comes with it. A wonderful choice for an amazing city - in a fabulous country!

We stayed here for a couple of nights while in Tel Aviv and it was a great choice. We had a room with an incredible view of the water. The room was spacious, clean, and cool (good AC). The included breakfast was a real treat with a huge selection of delicious items. The pool is very nice and there is a great bar right there for drinks and snacks. We had friendly service from everyone we interacted with - hotel staff, bell desk, lounge, restaurant, etc. One of the best Sheraton experiences we've had and equal to what we usually get at a Westin branded hotel. Highly recommended.

I have been staying at the hotel for more than 20 years,It became my "home " in Israel.
The stuff is amazing :from reservation,check in,security and the loungh.Everyone of the emloyees is making my stay a great experience.

many problems...I was questioned too many times about how many guests were in the rooms...there were four adults and two rooms! What is the problem? Questioned towel counts...would not allow friends from Holon to visit me at the pool...they were eating and drinking...this benefits the hotel! Room amenities were pathetic..towels were 1 star..iron and ironing board were disgraceful....restaurant closed on Saturday and Sunday

I have been staying at this property for 30 or so years, 20 - 30 days a year. Until about a year ago, as a platinum SPG member I was always upgraded to a suite, got some gifts in the room (fruit, chocolate, etc) and a welcome letter from the GM. The paper of my choice was always delivered to my door. The last few stays, upgrade was not available (this last time, at 6:30 PM even my not upgraded room was not ready, so after some unpleasantness, suddenly a suite became available) but no fruit and no paper still. I had not known that there was a change in GM and just found out. I guess these are new policies and Platinum guests, who frequent the property for decades are not as important. Too bad.

Stayed 3 nights & tried to put AC on - It was unseasonably cold weather & Hotel Assistant Manager said they could not operate AC & Heat at same time so they chose HEAT !!
We (tried to) slept on top of sheets, with patio door open - inviting in NYC like traffic noise for 3 nights - each night being promised that there would be AC that night.
We were originally offered 3000 Starpoints for our inconvenience of no rest for 3 nights - It would have cost 36,000 points for this stay!!!

Collusion between hotel bell boys and taxis result in higher "flat rates" being offered and refusal for meter to be used. "Hotel taxis" which are regular taxis waiting outside the hotel, were offered by bellboy at flat rate, upon entering the taxi the driver indicated had we come to him directly he would have given 20% lower rate. The hotel offered a taxi which was a van a rate of almost $40 US for a 10 minute drive. The rest of the experience at the hotel was fine and the other staff are very professional. Complained to management but their response was underwhelming. My 3rd time staying here in past 14 months.
