The location on the beach and the view from the room were great. Food and service in the Tower lounge were excellent. However, the Tower Suites concierge was much more interested in the American corporate customers than an independent traveller. In general, my Platinum status was not very important and it proved difficult to get some help from staff. Staff at the front desk were actually rude at times.

Came with a top executive customer. We were given the worse hotel rooms, lower floor, by the Main Street and no noise isolation. I was embarrassed and had to apologise several times to our customer for the unpleasant experience.
I will make sure Amdocs excludes the Sheraton from our hospitality hotels list.

I stay in this hotel on a regular basis 4-5 times a year. what I experienced is that service staff in the lounges is not on par with other Starwood hotels. I also experienced that staff does not care about "normal" guests - recently I forgot a piece of cloth and send an email only hours after checking out. It not only took them 8 days and 3 reminders to answer, obviously they did not find anything.

I stay at the Sheraton Tel Aviv Hotel each and everytime I visit Tel Aviv. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Henri Levy at the front desk welcomes me like an old friend. Miki Erez and Marylin both made sure that my requests were taken care of on the spot. Michael from the 18th Floor, since there are two Michael's, has a HUGE smile when he sees me in the lounge and always asks me how I'm doing. Devorah is the person who creates the most beautiful flower arrangements for the hotel. She even made me a going away flower arrangement this time around and told me to give her a heads up when I return in September so she can have something for me in the room. What service!

not worth for the price you pay. this is only spg hotel with no recognition of platinum. good location and access to the beach. but the room is old and small. the concierge and reception was not very helpful.
platinum status does not mean anything in this property. no check out avail on executive fl. my experience was not good in general.

The images provided on the hotel website give the impression that the rooms are renovated and modern. This was not the case with my room that was old, outdated, and had rusty bathroom fixtures. Great location and views, but my standard (non-suite) room was lacking.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Danshe No real value for money
This is my 2nd time at this hotel. My impression in the 1st time was not good and I made the mistake expecting the hotel to improve. The rooms are overpriced, lack basic attention to details and the service is not up to 5 star level. Not likely I will return. TLV have quite a few new places that offer much better value for money.
