The location on the beach and the view from the room were great. Food and service in the Tower lounge were excellent. However, the Tower Suites concierge was much more interested in the American corporate customers than an independent traveller. In general, my Platinum status was not very important and it proved difficult to get some help from staff. Staff at the front desk were actually rude at times.

The Sheraton Tel-Aviv is a great property that reminds me why I'm keeping my loyalty to Starwood.
We spend a February weekend to celebrate a very good friend's birthday.
The whole experience could not be better. Good atmosphere, great Platinum recognition, amazing breakfast, Nice & stocked Club lounge.
Special thanks to the front desk people (Henry, Tania) that are so customer service oriented..
To sum up the whole stay from checkin to checkout was amazing,

I stay in this hotel on a regular basis 4-5 times a year. what I experienced is that service staff in the lounges is not on par with other Starwood hotels. I also experienced that staff does not care about "normal" guests - recently I forgot a piece of cloth and send an email only hours after checking out. It not only took them 8 days and 3 reminders to answer, obviously they did not find anything.

The renovation has come along nicely at this property, staff is generally friendly and accomodating and the hotel is a great location for visiting the beach.

not worth for the price you pay. this is only spg hotel with no recognition of platinum. good location and access to the beach. but the room is old and small. the concierge and reception was not very helpful.
platinum status does not mean anything in this property. no check out avail on executive fl. my experience was not good in general.

I stayed here for four nights, and I honestly can only say positive things about my experience!
Rooms were immaculately clean, high SPG recognition, awesome breakfast and Shabbat dinner! Nothing was every a problem for any of the staff from any department.
A benchmark for other Sheraton hotels!

The images provided on the hotel website give the impression that the rooms are renovated and modern. This was not the case with my room that was old, outdated, and had rusty bathroom fixtures. Great location and views, but my standard (non-suite) room was lacking.
