Rated 5 out of 5 by A comfortable and convenient stay. Our stay at this Sheraton was extended. We found the accomodations to be clean and comfortable. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were quite friendly, courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel made it walkable to numerous restaurants and shopping. There were two disappointments with our stay. The first is a chronic problem in the hotel industry and involves the cleaning service employees loud talking in the halls in the morning. Our second problem involved the hotel restaurant where the food was generally below average. We only ate breakfast in the restaurant and the eggs we ordered were powdered and not fully dissolved. They were inedible. Fortunately the numerous dining options made eating at the hotel unecessary. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and we would gladly return. July 2, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not what I expected This hotel did not meet my expectations. I felt more like I was in lower rated hotel. Beds seemed to be sunken in you could tell the mattress needed to be replaced. Then night we checked in there was silly string on the bathroom walls, which tells me house keeping doesn't clean as thoroughly as they should. Breakfast was not worth the $41 it cost for 3 people. The morning of our check out I was woken up at 8/8:30 by house keeping (she persistently knocked for 3 minutes) July 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Use if only visiting LOCAL businesses Second time (not much better than first) at this property. I would ONLY recommend this hotel if visiting very Local (ie Towson) businesses, we were visiting Goucher, which is almost a stone's throw away. Otherwise, nothing special, no easy public transit (ie light rail) to Baltimore. Were on concierge level, where diner hors de vours (sic) were delicious, but showed up at least 30 minutes latter than expected. Bathroom vanity base was coming apart. Staff friendly, but not a 5 - expectations were met but definitely not exceeded March 31, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 One night stay. Staff was friendly and professional. Of note: When making my reservation, i mentioned I was here on business with a certain company in town. The person making my reservation checked to see if that company had a rate agreement with the hotel. They did, and I received the discounted rate. KUDOS to Reservations. Room was very comfortable, clean and plenty of room. Really enjoyed the Club Floor breakfast and the late night snacks. Also, great location. Close to everywhere. Bottom line, would I stay here again - Yes! November 18, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Stay this weekend My overall stay this weekend as far has the hotel and comfort of room was great. My complaint is that I was booked in a block grouping. We weren't directly next to the other rooms, which was not the worst, but very poor planning on the hotel. Instead placed us by rooms with very young children and families. My only advice would be when there are blocked rooms see what type of group gathering is it and be conscious of where you place these rooms, bot only for our group sanctification but for other guest as well. Rated 3 out of 5 by keys and one other thing i have stayed MANY times at your hotel. The housekeeping staff is exceptional. Here is my problem. almost everytime i come back after a VERY busy day my key DOES not work. i do not put my key near my iphone, i always put my key in a separate pocket in my purse. so then i go back down and get another key, give them my id, etc, etc. Two times in four days i had to wait for over 15 minutes to get a new key (4-6 people ahead of me). Just thinking...there has to be a better way. the other thing: dining room STINKS February 1, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Business stay The hotel was nice, the room clean and comfortable. My waitress at Rain brought me the wrong sandwhich and insisted I had ordered it when I told her I'd ordered a club and not a chicken. I just said fine and left it alone as I was too tired to wait longer. The room was great but 429 is by the swinging doors and staff kept banging them open- It was loud enough it made m jump about 8 am a couple mornings. Not what you would expect for a King corner. Beyond that the property was nice and the staff was great. August 30, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by This is a good hotel however, needs maintenance I have stayed at this hotel several times and enjoy it for a number of reasons. However, I am seeing lack of maintenance and customer care that concern me. Examples: * Bedsheets were not ironed so when I turned down the covers, the sheets were not crisp white and somewhat wrinkled. * The right door to the closet would not stay completely opened but would return to a half open position making it difficult to work around when hanging or removing my clothes. * The wallpaper in the bathroom seemed worn, making it less attractive than intended. These are small things and my overall stay was very good. I must mention that the Room Service was quite good when I arrived very tired. I do hope the hotel maintenance will attend to the presentation and maintenance of the room components. Thanks. February 25, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by double charged I booked thru hotwire and I noticed on the bill they slid under my door that I was charged again I went down & made them aware of the mistake and they assured me this was taken care of and sure enough it was charged to my credit card. I have left a couple messages for the manager to return my call and nothing yet after being told I would receive a call by 8:45 it is now 9:45 and I have called 2 more times. I was also charged 9.00 for parking which seems crazy to me I am very unhappy with this hotel November 20, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good experience Other than the distance from BWI and the noisy teenage lacrosse team members running up and down the hall one evening, it was a great stay. The hotel facilities were nice, clean and the staff was responsive. I particularly want to thank my server in Rain 903 late evening on 7/15/14. I believe her name was Zada. She was overwhelmed by customers, but she did a wonderful job and was very friendly. July 21, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel is very comfortable We had a restful stay. Only problem was the party in the hallway on SAT nite due to wedding occurring in the hotel. Once security was called, all went quiet so sleep could occur. Wish we had had rooms on a floor without wedding attendees. Thanks for the bottles of water. Greatly needed after a 7 hour drive. Rated 4 out of 5 by Making It Right Sheraton really tried to make it right on my stay. Brian did a great job checking me in and running the club lounge when no one else did, even though it was not his area. In the morning, the lounge was quite, but good customer service with made to order omelette. At checkout I told the front desk about a car in the neighboring paring ramp that had been there for months, and th GM personally walked out with me to take a look, even though it was not Sheraton's parking ramp. Rated 3 out of 5 by Latest Stay Overall it was a good experience and the staff tries hard. There are a couple things that would make this a Great stay instead of average. The internet speed on wireless is horrible...I gave up and went to my phone's hotspot, and the TV reception. The TV keeps pausing like its queing up....really annoying when watching your favorite show. Staff is great and beds are wonderful. If you want business guests, you must fix wireless. BTW - if you check Foursquare everyone talks about the bad internet. May 16, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by F & B service Sunday, Went to the contintal breakfsat on 12 floor! a note on table will return in 15 minutes. Was out of coffee, very little anything else to eat. Not a big issue but if your paying for extra service shouild be provided. The person was not back in 15. Saturday night, return from city to finish watching football game in lounge/restaurant. 10:00 pm bartender more ancious in closing up (no wedding in houseso we don't stay open) even though I thought you had a good number of guest sitting at bar. Rated 2 out of 5 by no internet "come on sheraton hotel" nice hotel from the outside but that is far as it goes. could not even get a baggage cart for at leas fifteen minutes beds were lumpy for my taste's. an no internet connection through out the two day stay unacceptable. when you are paying those prices an just for two days you would think you get a little bit more bang for your bucks. but of course that did not happen i'am sorry but I cannot recommend this hotel to anybody. get your act together Sheraton I will not be returning to this hotel. Rated 2 out of 5 by Stay was just ok The ice machine had been removed from our floor and the one on the floor above us was broken. The beverage machine was out of order on our floor. The cleaning staff did not replace our “one compliantly water” in our room after the first day and they failed to replace the Kleenex box that was empty or replenish the cream or sugar to go with the coffee in our room. The free water really bothers me since both bottles in the room have a large tag on them that look identical except for the very fine print at the bottom of the tag. On one is printed complementary and on the other is printed one dollar, I feel that was really cheap. No mini fridges in the rooms, from my experience most other hotels in that price range have one. On a positive note the location was great, and there was plenty of parking. October 7, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Disorganized When I checked in last week, I went to my room, but a man was in the room. Interestingly, my boss had the exact same experience 2 weeks prior there - something is wrong with your scheduling. In the room I ultimately stayed in had water spots on the shower walls, and the stainless bars under the sink clearly had not been cleaned in a while. The best positive the hotel has is its convenience to businessess, restaurants and shopping. June 30, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel was a disappointment I was very disappointed with the quality of the room. It did not meet up to the starwoods standards that I am use to. I asked for a non smoking room, the room had cigarette stains on the furniture the sitting chairs were very warn and not appearing very clean. I was truly disappointed, although the staff was very courteous. I will stay at starwoods facilities but I will not stay there again nor would I recommend the hotel to anyone It really needs a refurbishment done. Thank you April 14, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice rooms. Service Needs improvement. I have stayed here three times. The rooms are not great, but nice. A person can actually swim laps in the pool. However, the service at the front desk is is a little off. The staff seems to think that a sing-song "have a nice day" should suffice when an apology for the inconvenience is more in order. The service in the restaurant is inept. I ordered ice tea. About five minutes later, the waitress walked by and said, "Oh, I'll get your ice tea." I asked for a price for bagel only and she did not know, and left to find out. When I was finished, the waitress was nowhere so I went to the host's podium to pay my bill. Of course, someone had to go find the waitress. I noticed during the duration of my stay (2 nights), almost no one was in the restaurant at any time. I guess that's an indication to not bother. Rated 5 out of 5 by Club Level not worth it Given the several challenges in modifying our original reservation, we were given a room on the Club floor. I would not pay extra for this type of room. The on-floor lounge was small, with poor food (especially breakfast, which the front desk told us would be "identical" to the downstairs Rain restaurant experience. I would get the breakfast plan and dine at Rain - great buffet. July 14, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Rooms are in need of an upgrade and repair. Your Staff at this hotel are excellent! The hotel it self is in need of up grading and repair. I booked two rooms for 3 nights. Both rooms air conditions did not properly cool the rooms. Both rooms faucet linked. Disappointing. The rooms were on the Club floor...which made it even more disappointing. July 30, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Room Service When I placed my room service order, someone named Staci (Ann?) took my order. She was so friendly and pleasant on the phone in taking my order. I forgot to order dressing for my salad, but she called back immediately to find out what I wanted instead of just assuming I wanted bleu cheese because that is what accompanied the other part of my order. Dearon delivered my food order and he was very courteous and professional and wanted to make sure that my order was complete. February 2, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Party City My wife and I could not sleep till 1AM because there was a lot of loud noise in other rooms of the hotel. The front desk told us a wedding party was staying at the hotel. This seemed to be a normal situation and the staff did not even offer an apology. August 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Visit to Townson We stayed at the Towson Sheraton because it was literally right next door to my niece's college, Goucher. It was a convenient location that turned out to be a pleasure to stay at for my family. The proximity to a variety of shopping, grocery and restaurants was a lovely surprise. It made it very easy for us to have a lot to do and eat with a variety of age groups in our family. The pool and workout room were an awesome and convenient feature. May 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellence at its BEST The Sheraton Baltimore North was instrumental in making our daughter's wedding day PERFECT. From the front desk, wedding planning staff, chef, wait staff, maître de, hotel manager, everyone involved were the utmost consummate professionals. All of our guests who stayed at the hotel were exceptionally pleased with the accommodations at the hotel – most comfortable beds and loved the pillows! Kudos to ALL and we much appreciated all of the exceptional service received. December 31, 2012
