There was a problem with my original bookings but she cleared everything to my satisfaction. She was coutesious and professional. Rated 4 out of 5 by One Night Stay We only stayed one night just to relax and we were satisfied for the most part. The pool needs some work. There were alot of rust spots, and it didn't feel clean. But our breakfast at Rain was excellent. No PPV movies were available which was disappointing since we were planning on relaxing and watching a movie. November 7, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel! I have stayed at this hotel a number of times while visitng my son who is attending Towson U. The management and staff do a great job. The hotel is always clean and the staff is always friendly and accomodating. The hotel is in a great location and offers competitve rates. I would highly recommend this hotel! March 5, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by overrated Coming to Maryland from out of state, I chose the Sheraton because of its reputation. I was disappointed in what I received for the price I paid. No breakfast, a charge for parking, and even a charge for bottled water! Next time I will try another hotel who offers more for a lower price and take my chances. August 12, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by cold and noisy Out of the 4 hotel staff that I came in face to face /verbal contact with, 3 of then were excellent. The room never got above 70 even though I programmed the thermostat for its maximum of 90. There was neither a microwave nor a refrigerator. The noise level due to improper insulation was unacceptable. August 18, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel has wonderful features We stayed at the Sheraton while visiting a local university. The hotel was very clean, staff extremely friendly and was a pleasure staying there. Upon check-in we were invited back to the lobby where they offered adult beverages, and a nice assortment of horderves. We will be returning on our next visit. August 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel I found my room to be very clean, the white bedding is a nice touch, it just makes the room look brighter and cleaner. The atmosphere and decor in the hotel is very nice and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I agree with some of the other reviews the navy decor really stands out and is very nice. June 30, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Clean and Comfortable From check-in to check out, the visit hit the mark for comfort and service. The room was clean - of note the carpet seemed to be brand new. The bathroom had plenty of towels and the toiletries were high quality. We enjoyed the preferred member breakfast and it accommodated gluten free dining needs. June 10, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by This hotel needs some updating. I was a disappointed in the facility. It looked run down. The dining room was not ready for the conference, even with a buffet breakfast. The food for lunch was not good. I could not even cut the chicken with a knife it was so dry and hard. The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful! November 18, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Food service Only ordered breakfast, restaurant was not busy at all, server was attentive, but all food ordered arrived cold. Server was very apologetic and offered to replace but we were in a rush and refused. She did take 20% off the check though to partially compensate. Not really sure whose fault it was? Rated 4 out of 5 by OK Hotel is in a good location and in decent shape for the most part, although I understand they are in the process of upgrading some rooms. Ordered room service, which was fast and good. Main problem was hearing the other hotel guests through the door/walls yelling in the hallway and in the rooms. June 6, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Service & Cleanliness Brian front desk supervisor did an excellant job. Resturant was poorly staffed and slow needs a good manager. Room was very clean except for carpeting. Bar area fountain was discusting but service there was excellent. All and all a good experience that could be made better by management. October 17, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Location Convenient to fantastic Towson shopping and restaurants and only 20 minutes to Baltimore's Inner Harbor. A great compromise between downtown and suburbia, right off of the Baltimore beltway and minutes to I-83 and I-95. On the minus side, bathrooms are small and hallways are a bit dated. May 11, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Brrrrrrrrr..... The air conditioning in the room was not working properly. The temperature was 61 degrees no matter how much the setting was raised. Since we came in late at night, we did not call to have it looked at. When checking out the clerk at the desk didn't seem to be concerned about our issue. June 24, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Staff Outstanding customer service from front desk staff members Brian and Lauren. Also, fantastic service from Bell Captain/Shuttle Driver Jason. Room A/Cs were adaquate but could be better. Humidity in the room was too high. Lighting in guestroom bathrooms could be improved. July 1, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Our Stay Overall it was not a bad stay. The room we stayed in was a corner room and had 2 thermostats which made it impossible to get the room to a good temp. The hotel has a little age on it it could use a renovation but it was okay however, I would not stay again unless i had to. March 31, 2013

Parking is great and convenient. Love being near Towson Town Center. There is access from Hotel to Towson Town Center. Location is great. November 6, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Room near Gym My flight was delayed and I checked in after midnight. The room I was given was right next to the fitness center. Starting at 5 AM - I was awaken by slamming doors and the sounds of treadmills. I had a very important meeting that day and was exhausted. Not a great night. June 26, 2013

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Rooms are fine, altho" not de luxe. Concierge lounge is most pleasant and have always found the staff most welcoming. December 25, 2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by Very disapointed This is a beautiful hotel the staff was wonderful, but you could hear everything that was said in the room next to mine and the room where the conference was held was freezing, even after repeated requests to have the temperature raised. Rated 4 out of 5 by Allergies Please Read! .After several hours of sneezing, red puffy eyes, & sore throat...I looked to see if there were feather pillows, & sure enough they were!!! Both the comfortor & pillows are! Rooms were very clean ALL 3 times! The rooms were hot or cold, & meeting rooms were always hot. January 10, 2013
