The checkin was excellent and the fact that I was a gold member was recognized right away and of all the stays I have had any where in the world- this is the first time- Iw was made to feel extra special. Without asking they upgraded my room to a more enhances room, thanked me for staying and I was extremely impressed with every aspect of my stay- I cannot wait to go again and I have highlight this experience with all my friends nad co workers- I wish I could remember the workers name who checked me in- he was amazing and made me feel extra specail!!

Stayed for 5 weeks whilst working in Ankara and had an excellent stay. The facilities were excellent, room very comfortable and the staff really went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

I am frequently at the Sheraton Ankara.
warm welcome and professional approach was always a standard. recently I find new faces and even new positions in the hotel, which indicate that management things consonantly how to better meet customer expectations and satisfaction.
Last caes in this stay was Dila, the new post and professional and emphatic new manager of VIP service. note her talking to the customers in the club lounge, learning what is important and what do we care for.

Rated 3 out of 5 by BMR1 A reasonable hotel, but in need of an update
The hotel is centrally located and close to Tuneli and many of the shops and restaurants. In general, the hotel is well maintained, but the rooms could do with a bit more sprucing up. In particular, the shower curtains in the bathroom stinks and needs to be either cleaned more often or replaced. Also, the one time I tried to use the pool, it was not working.
