Rated 5 out of 5 by Will always come back As a frequent traveller to Asia, I always make a point of coming back to the Sheraton Incheon. Without a doubt the staff are the best , always making me feel welcome and attending to every request. The club lounge staff , June,Hailey, Ashley, Chloe and Douglas go out of their way to making you feel at home. A better hotel you will not find! I will always return... September 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by SPG members can enjoy friendly Club Lounge services and feel great comfortable things !! This is my twenty-eighth stay at the Sheraton Incheon as SPG Platinum member and it's gotten better. The room is clean, spacious, and bed is comfortable. I stayed on the Executive floor, The club lounge offers nice tasty treats and pretty good selection of wine during cocktail hours. The view is excellent. The club lounge had plenty of friendly staffs that help you feel comfortable. especillay thanks to Sena and Douglas. They were really great. Youguys can find them easily. You have a choice to have your breakfast downstairs at feast for a full buffet or a light breakfast on the club lounge. I also ate at Bene. This restaurant was fabulous. Overall, I had a very good experience at this hotel and, yes, I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip. December 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel meets and exceeds category 4 expectations! I've recently started staying at the Sheraton Incheon, when I visit to Incheon. Since the Summer of 2013 I've logged in over 20 nights and I think this hotel is quickly becoming one of my favorites. This hotel has some of the best staff and is an exemplary role model for any service company! but some staffs need to know and recognize frequent guest. The location is great for me, the atmosphere is a generally sophisticated and trendy. all the staff are all very friendly and speak acceptable english. Besides, the reservation associates are exceptionally friendly and have been always very nice to me! especially thanks to Hong yookyung and Kim do Hyun. they are great !! The prices are so-so, but you get what you pay for. This hotel meets and exceeds category 4 expectations! Yes, I recommend this hotel. February 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Over twenty stay, Great friendly staff and nice place ~!! Over twenty stay, Great friendly staff and nice place ~!! This is my twenty-third stay at the Incheon Sheraton and I’m always impressed by the alacrity of the staff. From the front desk, to the concierge, to the restaurants – the employees are friendly, attentive, and quick to please without being pretentious or insincere. I consider this Sheraton one of the best, if not the best all-around hotel I have ever stayed in. The surrounding area is great for a jog or just a stroll through one of the many local parks. The rooms are luxurious with high quality furnishings and modern design. The noise insulation between rooms is excellent as well and I've never had a problem getting a good rest here. Rated 3 out of 5 by Great Hotel but extra costs a bummer We stayed at the Sheraton Inchon for one night in preparation for our return flight home the next day. The hotel facilities and staff were first rate, and right across the street from Central Park. The hotel is newer, and the room was very clean and large, with a king bed, desk and also a chair and footstool. The only negative was the extra costs associated with the stay. We arrived at the airport via KTX train from Gwangju at 10:30 p.m. and took a taxi to the hotel. Took about 30 minutes and cost $40. The hotel doesn't have it's own shuttle, but contracts with a bus service. The cost for that is $7 per person, and we took that for our trip back to the airport. Since we arrived late, we were looking for a glass of wine and a bite to eat. A glass of Chilean Chardonney was $23 and a cheese plate was $31. They were both great, but that's a bit pricey. Should have walked to the Lotte Mart, which is a short distance away. There was some coffee in the room, which was great. But we also had an Americano in the lobby in the morning, and the cost was $12 per cup. And to cap it off, the cost of using the internet in the room is $6 per hour, or $22 for the day. Every other hotel we stayed at in Korea (4 in all) had free internet. All in all a great hotel, but we felt a bit taken advantage of with the extras. September 13, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Spacious and Outstanding views I stayed in Deluxe room(King bed) with my wife and daughter. Spacious room and nice sofa gave me great comfort. Nice staff actively helped setting a rollaway for my daughter by my request for free. Separate toilet, shower room and bath tub are good to use. Temperature in swimming pool were warm enough to swim for my little daughter. Thanks for great memory in Sheraton. September 9, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor Customer Care Room had NO climate control. Staff looked for every reason to deny any benefits for SPG membership. Book your stay with a Hotel that recognizes and honors their most valuable clients. January 20, 2012
