Staffs do not smile even when guests are smiling. I feel staffs think they stand higher than guests. It is really ridiculous..even bizarre.

when check in this hotel , always be trouble by various reason. last time, even after check in hour , not prepare room condition , so have to wait 2 hours meaningless, in other room. at this time , room lighting and heating system trouble make me insomnia night. weird and scared and cold even though I payed full charge for comfort night. and then they excuse for my claim , so make me so angry. I wanna just apology. but they insist my control miss. but at that night other staff checked that problem I took a video at the scene.
after night , when check out , I indicated this uncomfortness and leave at that hotel without any claim. but several hours they called me , talk to me sorry about that and will give me chcolate at next time . zzz. I am a not kid. this ruthless apology makes me soooooo angry more.

Relatively new hotel, facilities and room are clean and well managed. Just one night with my family but connected room assignment was nice and thankful. View from window, location, parking are all great.
But I'd like to point out two things.
One is, breakfast buffet. I stayed many different SPG hotels, and even I'm Korean and most of foods were Korean food, it was worst than any other SPG hotels I stayed. It's comparatively worst, food itself was good but worse than other hotels.
The other one is, I requested amenities for my family, most of them were in bathroom only except tooth brush and paste. I talked it. But staff brought everything in one vinyl bag fully, looks not good, even I felt I'm beggar, terrible feeling. We used tooth brush and paste only, put others in room. But anyway, I felt very uncomfortable.
Except those ones, relatively nice hotel.

1. 수영장 튜브 사용 금지, 사전고지 미이행
아무런 사전 고지 없이 수영장 내 튜브 사용에 대해 현장에서 고지함 구명조끼는 허용을 하나 사전에 몰랐기 때문에 가지고 오지 못함
호텔 사용의 목적 중에 하나가 아이와 함께 수영을 즐기는 것인데 아무런 사전 고지 없이 현장에서 거부당하는 것에 대해 매우 황당함
2. 13세 이하 어린이 라운지 사용 불가에 대한 사전고지 없음
위 1번과 동일한 사항임
사전고지 없이 현장 체크인 시 아이들의 라운지 사용금지를 알게 됨
2. 직원의 대 고객 말투 중 부정적 단어 일관함
이 호텔에서는 할 수 없는 것들 투성임
특히 아이를 대동한 가족 손님인 경우 그 정도가 극에 달함
피트니스센터 직원들의 처음 말투가 안됩니다 성인만 사용 가능합니다 아이는 못들어갑니다 등등의 부정적 말들을 계속 쏟아내면서 안전의 문제를 제기함
결론적으로 사전고지 없고 직원들의 아무런 대안제시도 없는 채 안된다라는 말투의 이런 태도는 이곳이 과연 오성급 호텔인지 의문을 들게 함
이런 식의 호텔운영 방식은 고객들에게 잠만 자고 아침밥 먹고 얼른 나가세요 라는 의미로 받아들여지게 함
이 호텔이 비즈니스 출장 손님만 받겠다고 천명하는 게 나을 것 같다는 인상을 남겼음

Arrived at ICN 2 hours late due to flight delays in HKG. As traveling all day took much of my energy, I hopped onto a taxi at the airport and headed to the Sheraton Incheon. I arrived approximately 10pm and the taxi driver told me he cannot take my credit card. With the language barrier there, he told me to "change money hotel". So once I got inside, I went to the front desk to check me in, but also to handle a quick exchange. The front desk gentleman, was quite sincere (apologies I do not recall his name, but he was the only person there at 10pm on December 16th). He told me taxis can take credit card and that I didn't need to exchange just for a cab. The cab driver came in, and the front desk spoked to the driver extensively about credit card. The cabbie just kept saying no and that my card declined. I was tired and didn't want to make a big deal out of nothing. So I exchanged $500 HKD to Won so I can pay him. Well, sure enough the credit card that the cabbie said denied it ran through just fine with the hotel. The front desk informed me that a lot of taxis want cash, but I was entitled to use my cc.
There was genuineness that the way the front desk approached this and I would like to commend him for efforts to help me. This also shows how upper management is training and it all filters properly to the team at Sheraton Incheon.
I'm a frequent traveler with approximately 100-130 nights staying at Starwood Hotels annually, so I do try to speak up for those hotels that do excel.
I'm still staying here as I type away, but want to get my feedback out before I leave. Thanks!

I stayed in excutive room and executive suite. Although the hotel claims that it uses Sheraton Sweet Sleeper, it is hard to belive that it is the case. What is the use of staying at a hotel when you cannot get a decent sleep. I stayed in Sheraton D Cube and Sheraton Walkerhill and I can say with confidence that they are not the same bed. The bed in Sheraton Incheon is a cheap imitation that is very uncomfortable - what you find in a cheap motel. If you want to get a good night sleep, avoid this hotel.
