This is a very nice hotel located in the new part of Incheon where is close to newly built hi-tech park and industry. The service is very up-scale and attentive. The VIP lounge is at high floor with breath taking view with great selection of breakfast servings and beverage. The location allows walk to a large beautiful park, Subway, local restaurants and shopping.

As a seasoned traveller who spends about 4 months of every year travelling on business I can recommend this hotel as one of the best I have ever stayed in.
Without a doubt from the second you arrive you are treated to service second to none – from the warm smiling welcome to the sad time when you have to leave, everyone in this hotel does their best to make your stay a welcoming – warm and pleasurable stay.
The motto of the hotel is “life is better when shared” and I can tell you that I shared a great stay with some of the warmest most professional people it has ever been my pleasure to meet.

I stayed here for the last weekend. Overall, my feelings toward this hotel divides into three ways. 1. Nice bed room, 2. improvable bathroom and 3. disappointing staff.
First, the bedroom was much nicer than my expectation or previous experience. Nicely designed and well equipped and organized.
Next, however, I have some mild doubt that the bathroom really reached the expectation that I had previously. The wide sink, at first, it looked like a catchy design, however it took too much of space, hence there was not really any space to put my glasses when I wash my face. I guess installing a simple small shelf to put glasses will be very helpful to keep glasses dry for the people who wear glasses. Also, despite the Hotel's selling line of 'Asia's green hotel', the hair dryer was always plugged in, which means it consumes energy even for the time I don't need it.
Last, the staff, it was a tough and challenging part that I never have dreamed before. The staff should learn how to serve their customers. When I checked in or checked out, What I commonly encountered was rather 'indifferent' and 'mechanical' attitude than 'deferential' and 'welcoming' spirit.
Going into details, this impression came from mostly from two things. 1. Staff usually only looked at their screen or document, when they are talking to me. There was almost zero eye contact from the first greeting to the last good bye. 2. No friendly greeting lines. I know this might be quite old-fashioned, but I expect to hear the typical but still polite "How was your stay" rather than "Can I have your credit card" as a first comment when checking out. Also, when checking in the staff abruptly asked "passport and identification?", without any explanation. I know typically receptionist asks a credit card for the deposit, however, you always asked it with an explanation of why you needed it, however this time the receptionist asked it out of the blue and did not tell me the purpose of the request until I tried to clarify.
One minor note is this hotel certainly needs a discipline to guide clients at reception, When lining up for check in/out. Queue for the check in/out easily got messy, when the reception was busy . I was a bit frustrated when people tried to push in.

THE CLUB IS THE BEST WITH SERVICE PROVIDED BY YUREE & SENA IMPOSSIBLE TO BEAT. THE ROOMS ARE LARGE, AND AS IS EVERY PART OF THIS HOTEL, SPOTLESS. THE GM AT THIS PROPERTY IS TO BE CONGRTULATED. .

What we liked:
Rooms and washrooms are big and clean.
Service from staff is exceptional with great attitude and smile.
What should be improved:
Bene had good service, but did not have good Italian cuisine. The shrimp was overcooked, the pizza's dough was too thick, the carbonara sauce was too thick, and the tiramisu had too much cream.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sidang Beautiful hotel in new part of the city
Sheraton Incheon is a nicely decorated new hotel in the newer Incheon area. The hotel is fantastic, but since it is in a newer area there are fewer people and businesses nearby. The lounge is very comfortable, and all of the staff very accommodating. The hotel itself leaves nothing to be desired. Very nice... will be back!

I am staying in this hotel as a business traveler. The room is perfect for my needs-good internet service, great food, excellent service and a really good fitness center. As an SPG member and frequent traveler of many hotels, I highly recommend the Sheraton Incheon.

My stay at the deluxe room last weekend was an absolute delight. As it was the last weekend of the year, there were more people than expected, but all staffs I encountered show no sign of difficulty but were kind and helpful. The sauna facilities were a bit disappointing to me, in terms of its size, but was still very clean and reasonable. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a great city escape.

I really enjoyed my weekend getaway at the Sheraton Incheon. It was full of fun and joy with all the staffs' hospitality, especially front desk staffs treated me with warm and sincere care. I hope to come back soon for another memorable stay with my family.

The hotel is nice, and modern. The area is boring unless you need to be at the Songdo Convention Center.
However, the staff is very non-flexible. We tried to find some area to watch Champions League semifinals at 3:45am in the hotel: Bar, Lounge, anywhere. There were around 15 guests from the hotel. However, they were not able to provide anything in the hotel.
Also the lounge did not have even glasses and drinks, we had to use coffee mugs.
The lobby did not have an free wifi.
The elevator was very slow, you may have waited 5min during some times.
Finally, the minibar in the room is so expensive, a beer is more than 8$.

A business hotel through and through. Korean service is generally very good, however it was noted that the lower level staff members, particularly many waiters/waitresses were not engaged in their work or at least inconsistent. For example, at breakfast, though expensive and somewhat limited in choice, they do not ask whether it is the full buffet breakfast or anohter choice. It is assumed the full breakfast. Or, when taken to a table some ask whether you prefer a coffee or tea, sometimes the waiters/waitresses only indicate the table adn you ar eon your own. Most annoyingly, is to dump the check on the table when you have just only sat down with a coffee or tea served without a word in communication.

Stayed 1 night at Sheraton Incheon. It's close to Incheon airport, transportation airport to/from hotel is convenient.
Staff were friendly and recognised SPG status definitely.
Room is a bit disappointed. Large, but temperature control was poor. Only 2 small complimentary water bottles provided. Tile flooring made walking on bare foot quite impossible because too cold. Shower water flow rather small, with difficult to adjust hot water control.
Breakfast offer was average, less variation if compare to other Sheraton hotels.

I was very unhappy with the overall service. This hotel is not cheap, therefore I expect a hotel staff which treats you accordingly. I was quite stunned by the unflexibility when ordering food for a 40 people meeting. There are so many things I found dissatisfying but I am not starting to count all the things I disliked. Therefore I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

I travel for 320+ days in the year with my wife. So while I have a job to occupy most of my day, I need to find a hotel that would be a second home to us. The Sheraton Hotel - Songdo suffices that need through primarily the fantastic staff that makes us feel like family everytime we walk through the front door and secondly the facilities that the hotel provides helps my wife to pass her time. Location is also ideal for us. Close to the airport and other venues.

Myself and my husband stayed at this hotel recently. The room was comfortable and spacious. However, we booked a table for 16 people to celebrate my husband's birthday and the whole meal was terrible. The service was slow and the staff were completely overwhelmed by the number of guests. The food was bland and hugely overpriced, the portion sizes were tiny which was laughable considering how much each dish cost. At one point the staff disappeared for half an hour and I had to go looking for them to order more wine for my guests. I was embarrassed to take my guests to this restaurant. Never again.

Sheraton hotel stay was very relaxing and comfortable.
Above all, a comfortable bed and the bathroom facilities were the most liked,
If you have just regret the summer holiday season, a lot of customers with children's pool and then a little bit inside the hotel was noisy atmosphere.
I went to get the car in the parking lot up there, but the hotel was uncomfortable.
(My wife was pregnant, we need more like if there were subsequent consideration.

I had just landed after a long flight from Dallas Texas and needed a light dinner before turning in for the night. The waitstaff especially Jenny Lee and the two sushi chefs were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
I really enjoyed my dinner and I will stay here again when I am passing through Korea.
Everyone from the front desk person to the bell hops were great.

As a frequent traveler with many hotel stays to look back upon I have to say that the hotel in general was very comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The room was very nice, meeting all my needs. This having been said the most important feature of a quality hotel is Service.
Service is the stand out feature at this establishment and is second to none in my estimation. Front Desk, Concierge, Room Service, Room Cleaning Service all were impeccable.
This hotel was good enough to garner our return patronage and deserves it.

In this age of mobile and free wifi access everywhere I could not believe this hotel forced guests to pay for in-room wifi access. They informed me that wifi access is free in lobby area, but it was slow due to high traffic and lobby area did not provide adequate working area. As a business traveler this was the worst condition having to connect to VPN to access emails each night and each morning. I would not stay here next time based on the principle of "service". They need to get with the trend and stop nickeling-and-diming customers for wifi access.

This is one of my most favorite Sheraton hotels in all of Asia. The staff is always extremely pleasant, and they speak good English. The rooms are luxurious with high quality furnishings and modern design. The noise insulation between rooms is excellent as well and I've never had a problem getting a good rest here. It's served by an Incheon Airport limo bus that stops right at the front door (7,000 won per trip).

I was staying at the Sheraton Hotel for the first time.
I think Sheraton is a great hotel.
Sheraton Hotel with the child in a quiet place and it was too good.
In particular, it was in good condition so that you can do with your kids in the pool.
I had to wait more than 20 minutes to breakfast.
But when you check out, breakfast until the approval process did not
So I checked out the next destination after arrival because he got a phone call, a payment request to my phone need the approval process.

This is my third stay at the Incheon Sheraton and I’m always impressed by the alacrity of the staff. From the front desk, to the concierge, to the restaurants – the employees are friendly, attentive, and quick to please without being pretentious or insincere. I consider this Sheraton one of the best, if not the best all-around hotel I have ever stayed in. The surrounding area is great for a jog or just a stroll through one of the many local parks.
