From the time we enter the Hotel the staff was super friendly. We wanted a early check in because we arrived early and they were happy to assist. Elisa told us about SPG program and was super friendly and courteous. My husband said as we was leaving if we have to come back to Houston this will definitely be where we will stay.

This hotel is spacious, has a several meeting rooms, several computers in the business center and the staff are very friendly.

I stay at this hotel about 15 to 20 times per year. I have had very few negative experiences.
Beautiful outdoor pool/hot tub area.
Large rooms with excellent beds and furnishings.
Hotel is clean and well maintained.
Staff is near perfect
Free local transportation (when available)
Best Club Lounge that I have stayed. Free wine and beer with excellent appetizers
Restaurant food is good -- not great. Need better selection and lower prices.
Bar is fair -- need larger quantities; they are a bit stingy on alcohol content and a bit pricey.

A little underwhelming.
Our first room smelled like mold. Thankfully, we were changed to a new room promptly. It was better, but it smelled like someone had just walked through with a can of cheap air freshener.
SPG gold doesn't get you much.
Overall, it wasn't what we expected.
I would suggest a different location.

The location is in front of a big road construction site.
Unless you want to eat in hotel you need a taxi.
The air conditioning unit is very loud and seems from the 80's.
Breakfast buffet is very limited.

your vending machines need to be fixed, they were not talking dollar bills, i went to every floor and could not find one that worked, i was upset that a hotel like this could not supply a working vending machine, yes i know it did take credit cards. but a few were still unpluged and out of order.

The hotel staff here is always amazing, from the front desk staff to the staff that runs breakfast in the morning.
They tend to recognize the regulars and take amazing care of anyone whom is here on business. I travel a fair amount and this is one of the only hotels I regret heading home from.

The room smelled as if it were growing mold as even the sheets felt damp and the pillow stunk as if the molding process had begun. The room triggered my asthma. The menu at the restaurant and in-room dining is NOT vegetarian friendly as there are little to no appetizing options. Don't order the garlic mashed potatoes...you'll regret the dry mealy clumpy and flavorless mush. Pool area looked nice.
