I choose this hotel because it has good access to the places I need to go in Houston - around 290, NW Beltway 8 and the 610 corridor. It's not a place I'd come on vacation, but when I'm traveling on business I actually appreciate that - no screaming toddlers running amok in the lobby. Attentive staff always willing to help - that's key when I need a strange check-in/check out time and aren't using Your24. Will definitely come back.

I would highly recomend this hotel for business trips. I suggest upgrading to the club level. I was very happy with the club lounge service.

The television had to be unplugged and plugged in repeatedly to reset the satellite connection. Air conditioners are loud. I Drpped some crumbs on the floor from a snack and left some business receipts on the desk. Cleaning staff through away the receipts (which I needed for my expense report) and failed to vacuum the floor or replace the used shampoo. I told the staff and they will tell the cleaning staff(?). staff was very accommodating and friendly. low points for a sheraton in good location. only issue is i feel they should have a safe in the room to lock up valuables. did not like carrying all my important docs or valuables on me all the time.
other than that, it was great for what it was. i would stay here again.

Once I was able to get firmer pillows I could sleep much better. The upgrade to VIP status was not worth it though. Food on the 9th floor was not good and the hot food, though very little of it, was cold

All rooms have upgraded the TV service- HD on all channels makes the stay feel more like home- The front desk staff cannot be beat- the restaurant staff in the mornings is the very best of any hotel I have ever stayed in- friendly, courteous and very attentive- I have stayed at this hotel at least 60 times and it continues to get better.

Stayed 3 nights.
Wanted to watch the olympics. TV kept blinking on and off and losing signal. Staff could not correct, said it was occuring in most rooms.
Pool was greeish when we arrived so I would not let my kids swim in it. Next day the pool was closed and stayed closed for duration of stay.
Road construction is horrible around the hotel. The property is difficult to access from hwy 610.

I stayed with 2 other gentlemen from our company. Their rates were about $30 cheaper than mine. Plus they received a free meal. I verified my company name with the desk clerk to receive our rates. I was somewhat disapointed when we were discussing the rates the next morning. I might note that there are 2 other nice motels on the same block and that my office is located within 3 blocks of all three motels.

The hotel is very nice but with the construction going on, the entrance is tricky, which made checking in and parking a bit tricky but exiting is another story. The highway I needed was no longer there and I booked this hotel for the convenience of getting on that highway for my next destination. Without GPS I would've been lost. Can't blame hotel for this but it should be noted on their website.

We stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday
and found this hotel very nice. It is clean, appears new, had very helpful staff at the front desk and in the Cimirron room for breakfast. It is located just off Hwy 610 so it was easy to access. It had a good fitness center with plenty of equipment and machines. We didn't use the pool. I appreciated the bottled water and Starbucks coffee in the room.

i love the fantastic staff, fitness room, club level lounge, and location of this hotel. not too many hotels today have the exceptional customer service like brookhollow. even though its not located close to my meetings i still want to stay here because i know the staff will help me feel comfortable and welcome. the fitness room is state of the art as well. terrific value overall!

I stayed here for a conference. The room was well appointed and clean. Bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the large desk, free in-room wifi and complimentary computer usage/printing in the business center. Front desk was always helpful and friendly. Wish there was more surrounding the hotel but the shuttle service to the Galleria is a nice extra.

Beginning with the SPG reservation team to arrival at the Brookhollow Sheraton and checking in with Amy or Ushi at the desk who show genuine appreciation of your SPG membership you are made to feel comfortably at home. Kathy in room service was great. Throughout my stay I was greeted warmly and courteously which makes me look forward to my next visit. Thank you to all.

I hadn't traveled on business for several years and when the company booked our group into the Sheraton for the week, I had was very pleased with the accommodations. The staff that met our large group was friendly and efficient and able to check us all in quickly. We found our rooms easily. I didn't know what to expect as I had always used another hotel when I traveled extensively. Upon entering the room, I observed a clean, soothing atmosphere with all of the amenities I would expect in a very good hotel. The deciding factor for me was the bed. After a long day's travel, longer meetings and near exhaustion, I climbed into the bed and immediately recognized the "aahh" factor...that moment when you stretch out in a very comfortable and comforting bed and know you are going to get a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the "green" cleaning policy of earning coupons towards food purchases for not having daily service.

Since i am a gold member with Starwood, I decided to request for a free upgrade for both of my rooms. The gentleman was nice enough to upgrade our rooms and have both room next to each other with connecting door.
I want to thank you for making our trip a relaxing and wonderful vacation. The pool is a little small but it was clean and open every early in the morning.

I HAVE STAYED AT THIS LOCATION DURING THE WEEK AND WAS HAPPY WITH THE ACCOMIDATRIONS. THSI TIME THE BATH WAS CRAMPED AND SHOWER WAS MILDEW STAINED. A SERIOUS FIGHT BROKE OUT JUST OUTSIDE OUR ROOM AT 3AM AND WENT ON FOR QUITE A WHILE. NO APOLOGIES THE NEXT MORNING ON CHECK OUT. THE MANAGER DID CALL LATER TO ASSURE ME HE WAS PLANNING TO LOK INTO THE INCIDENT FURTHER.

this hotel is about convenience for us. first stay was very noisy because of a biker convention. most recent stay was quiet, sot that was good. had a problem with the bathtub, which they fixed. the upsetting part was that the maintenance person tracked and left mud/shoe prints all over the bathroom floor. this should not happen. good news: the tub was fixed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the hotel and rooms. A very nice place for the ~$80 per night rate. I'm not sure, but perhaps the rate is lower because of all the construction going on around the hotel. It makes for an interesting and sometimes inconvenient commute. If not for this setback, I would have given 5 stars. Staff were very friendly!

The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. However, the noise in the hallways can be loud as the doors are heavy and slam easily. Must be great for events as there were lots of weddings and reunions going on the weekend I stayed. Staff was very flexible when I asked to be moved because of a noisy baby in the next room.

The road construction made this a difficult place to get to.....that should have been mentioned somewhere and directions clarified....the fitness area was nice...breakfast was fine/good my room 225 was designed oddly...the sitting area was not appealing and both the sitting area and bed were far from the tv...bed and bedding were excellent

We called to let the hotel know we were running late and to make sure it was still okay to arrive. When we arrived the staff greeted us by our names and were very attentive. Room was exceptional and clean. The continental breakfast was better than expected and the espresso machine was an unexpected treat! All the staff was very friendly.

Coming through the lobby one day after a long session in my workshop, I heard someone from across the way call out my name in a pleasant greeting. "Hi Mr. Blank, Good to see you!" I looked around and across the way toward the guest counter , where one of the guest staff was waiving and smiling. Gave me a great feeling. Way to go staff!

Construction on the road was the only problem we had at this hotel. The front desk agents were very friendly. Great bar/lounge to hang out. I am allergic to down, so they made sure my room was the way I requested. The executive level lounge was nice, and it had a computer to print out directions upon departing.

The AC unit was very loud and had to turn it off just so I could get some sleep. It would come on every 5 minutes and I had to turn the tv up just to hear it over AC.
Very disappointed to find there was not a microwave or fridge in the room. Room provided the bare minimum for the price paid.
I won't be returning.

The Hotel is very attractive and comfortable. It has a diverse well balanced staff of exemplary professionals intent on ensuring that your stay is a pleasant experience. The value for the quality of amenities (Love the Pool area) is remarkable. I definitely recommend this Hotel. They treat the SPG Guest members like celebrities.

As far as Sheraton standards are concerned, this is a mediorce hotel at best. I was surprised at how uncomfortable the bed was. The furnishings were outdated; however they had updated the televisions with large flat panels. The restaurant for dinner was adequate, but the breakfast buffet was pretty good. Staff was helpful.

This hotel is a good economical hotel for the Houston area. The hotel is conveniently located between 3 freeway systems. This convenience also makes the hotel a little difficult to get to without GPS and road audible from the rooms.
The hotel is older but well kept, the rooms are very spacious with a decent work-space and sitting area. The Gym is well equipped with several cardio machines, free weights and some cross-fit equipment.
The pool area is spacious, with plenty of chairs for lounging, and a hot tub for warming up after a dip in the unheated pool.
The club room, is above average with lots of seating and ample room in the workstation. Breakfast in the club room is average, evening appetizers and desserts above average.
In the past I had some concern with the staff, Management reached out and did everything in the power to correct the situation. Subsequent visits have been much better.
All and all I would recommend this hotel an affordable and available option.

Rated 3 out of 5 Hotel is tired and cheap.
Check in was slow. Keys took at least 3 or more swipes to open. The room has to much furniture for its size. No drawer space. 2 drawers the size of a desk. VIP lounge was poor, open 2 hours in evening and the food was subpar for morning and nite. Employee's were very good. Security appears to be very good at nite.
