your vending machines need to be fixed, they were not talking dollar bills, i went to every floor and could not find one that worked, i was upset that a hotel like this could not supply a working vending machine, yes i know it did take credit cards. but a few were still unpluged and out of order.

The hotel staff here is always amazing, from the front desk staff to the staff that runs breakfast in the morning.
They tend to recognize the regulars and take amazing care of anyone whom is here on business. I travel a fair amount and this is one of the only hotels I regret heading home from.

The room smelled as if it were growing mold as even the sheets felt damp and the pillow stunk as if the molding process had begun. The room triggered my asthma. The menu at the restaurant and in-room dining is NOT vegetarian friendly as there are little to no appetizing options. Don't order the garlic mashed potatoes...you'll regret the dry mealy clumpy and flavorless mush. Pool area looked nice.

A safe and nice option for my required business trip... to an area that doesn't have a lot of safe options. It's not a hotel loaded with business friendly options. No fridge or microwave. Big question about the breakfast buffet... coworkers dropped a chunk of change to eat, and the on the last day of our stay some were told breakfast would be complimentary if they'd given the hostess their room number. I skipped breakfast on the assumption it was not free. Communication on that subject was poorly handled by desk and restaurant staff.

The staff were all very nice, but very disappointed in the room. Called maintenance 4 times because door would not open with key card. Hot water was between very hot and cold. Was woken up 3 times by front desk saying my phone line was crossed with another room.

After a rough check in, (double billed) the staff fixed everything and even took care of some fees I incurred.
The staff though is very professional and most concerned about the guest. The room was great, bathroom door stuck a little bit. But the shower was hot, the room was quiet and the cheesecake is amazing! Fitness room is well equipped and up to date and clean!
The only downside, which may only be temporary (I think) is access to the hotel because of construction. That made it the toughest part of the stay.

Our family has stayed at the Sheraton Houston Brookhollow on several occasions. We are never disappointed. Front desk staff is the friendliest and most accommodating of any hotel we have ever stayed in. Rooms are quite and clean with very comfortable bedding.

Was here for 3 nights on a business trip. Staff was amazing, coffee to go, great front desk service.
Also the shuttle to the Galleria was greatly appreciated.
