A sensibilidade de toda a equipe envolvida, o cuidado, a atenção, o preparo e o carinho com que fomos atendidos tornou o momento mágico!

After first night, I left the message asking for the malfunction of the stand light beside the bed.
But, I couldn't receive any feedback from the hotel.
It was so frustrated that my request was rejected without any explanation.

Room (1207) dated and needs updating
Staff was not attentive, a really 'who cares' attitude
Pool was disappointing - in shade most of the afternoon and water dirty from previous night's Club scene
Even Numbered rooms noisy due to proximity of 'Club A"

pls rennovate the rooms and staff needs to answer the phone call when it rings, not just ignore it. I tried reaching bell desk for check out, had to wait atleast for 2 minutes and countless rings before my phone was finally answered in 3rd try.

Thier is a night club in the Building that kept us awake, book room the night before for early check in for clients and this had been given way. Romm service forgot my order then got it wrong

Como executivo de negocios, trabalhando para multinacional americana, chego normalmente ao hotel tarde da noite, apos dia longo de trabalho. Sendo reserva realizada por minha empresa priorizando esse hotel e eu concentrando minha preferencia na cadeia Starwood, senti uma total falta de sensibilidade do atendimento na recepcao ao dar-me um quarto com duas camas de solteiros ao inves da solicitacao original de cama Queen ou King (porque sou uma pessoa grande e quase nao caibo em cama de solteiro!). Apenas descobri que no quarto eram duas camas de solteiro apos chegar (NAO fui informado na recepcao!). Liguei no centro de atendimento ao hospede e atendente, explico situacao e ele me solicita que eu aguarde pois iria resolver. Apos 15 minutos sentado no quarto esperando, sem desarrumar malas ou quarto, ligo novamente e atendente tinha me ESQUECIDO!!!! Vou a recepcao e peco novo quarto, sendo informado que soh havia quartos disponiveis no 1o andar aonde nesse dia estava funcionando a todo vapor o Club A. Fui obrigado a me desentender e chamar gerente para entao receber um upgrade de quarto. O mais interessante é que sendo mais de meia noite, havia quartos disponiveis para upgrade, certamente, nao iria chegar mais hospedes e recepcao poderia jah ter resolvido toda situacao desde inicio. Ou seja, falta preparo, sensibilidade e organizacao a um hotel que, teoricamente, deveria prestar servico de excelencia... Grande decepcao. A partir dessa experiencia, estarei tambem alternativas ao Sheraton.

This hotel is good, but it looks that it is always full and do not have any special treatment for Platinum guests, I receive the smaller room and the first day I didn't have even water.

Nunca tinha usado o Sheraton no Brasil, a pesar de frecuentar os restaurants de os Hoteis no Rio, tanto o do Vidigal como o da Barra.
