While my experience was not a bad one, the cost of services like parking, fast internet and breakfast are absolutely outrageous and not justifiable. My one night stay amounted to R$811 which is roughly US$ 400. This is more expensive than a very good quality hotel in NYC, probably the most expensive place in the US for accommodations in the city.

We enjoyed our stay but we were unconfortable with the party at Club A. This kind of event does not match at all with Sheraton.
Also despite the fact that we had a sign for "peace and quiet" at our door, we had staff from hotel knocking at our door (and as we did not open it, they phoned us!)

A estada foi otima, a equipe fantastica, meu quarto estava limpo e era bem confortável, mas houveram duas coisas que ficaram bem abaixo da minha expectativa. A primeira é a touca de banho que é simplesmente TERRÍVEL! Péssima qualidade, pequena, rasga só de tentar colocar na cabeça. Vocês precisam substituir por uma de melhor qualidade urgente, pois essa é bem abaixo do nivel do hotel. Outra coisa é a qualidade dos produtos do banheiro (Creme hidratante, shampoo, etc). A qualidade da marca que vocês utilizavam antes era bem melhor, essa marca é muito ruim, não dá para usar. Eu sempre levo meus produtos pessoais, porque já desisti de tentar usar os produtos do banheiros.
Outra coisa é que aquele chuveiro é muito complicado sem necessidade. Não poderia ter 2 troneiras uma quente e a outra fria? Seria bem mais simples...

Positive- hotel has a nice crib if you do travel with infant. Staff is very helpful and room was very nice.
Negative side- very poor lounge for SPG platinum members with only chips and peanuts and not too many choice for soft drinks during happy hour also there is not a lot space like others Sheraton hotels in major cities. . Breakfast is average but needs improvement. Platinum members should have access to a better lounge. Fitness center small and not enough equipment.

After first night, I left the message asking for the malfunction of the stand light beside the bed.
But, I couldn't receive any feedback from the hotel.
It was so frustrated that my request was rejected without any explanation.

A HOSPEDAGEM FOI MUITO BOA NO GERAL, POREM NA ULTIMA NOITE TIVEMOS UMA EXPERIENCIA DESAGRADAVEL.
PRIMEIRO, HA O CLUB A DENTRO DO HOTEL, FICAMOS NO PRIMEIRO ANDAR E NAO HAVIA ISOLAMENTO ACUSTICO ADEQUADO, LOGO OUVIAMOS AS MUSICAS ATE QUASE 23:30H.
POREM O MAIS DESAGRADAVEL FORAM HOSPEDES OUVINDO MUSICA ALTA, FAZENDO BARULHO E FUMANDO DAS 2 HORAS DA MANHA ATE QUASE 4 HORAS.
ENTRAMOS EM CONTATO COM A RECEPÇAO 3 VEZES, O SEGURANÇA FOI TENTAR CONVENCER OS HOSPEDES A PARAREM O BARULHO, FOI NECESSARIO A PRESENÇA DA POLICIA PARA QUE FOSSE RESOLVIDO, POREM TUDO ISSO DEMOROU MAISDE 1 HORA PARA SER RESOLVIDO. APENAS ACHEI QUE DEMOROU MUITO JA QUE O SHERATON É UM HOTEL 5 ESTRELAS....

Foi sem sombra de duvidas, uma experiencia e uma hospedagem brilhante! Desde o innicio, com a reserva ate o momento do check out, fomos tratados com extremo profissionalismo e presteza. O servico nos encantou e nao tivemos problema algum, hora nenhuma. A gentileza de todos na recepcao e o cuidado que notamos na arrumacao dos quartos, foram detalhes que realmente fizeram a diferenca. A cordialidade e educacao dos funcionarios, tambem nos chamaram a atencao. Nosso muito obrigado, Fabio e Fernanda
