Staff was very helpful and personable during my stay, particularly Ms. Diane Cheek, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome.
I do think food prices are too high in hotel restaurants. Only the prices at the Starbucks located within the hotel are comparable to food avaiable at commercial places outside of the hotel.

I have stayed many times, it is my go-to hotel when in Los Angeles. Excellent SPG recognition, outstanding service, and great food. Reception staff is top notch and a wonderful gym that is way above average.
My only constructive issue would be the soundproofing, as one can usually hear conversations in the adjoining rooms.

Came in late from Hawaii. Used SPG points! Near the airport & easy to find from the parking lot.. Wonderful Tuna Cobb salad - made at our request @ 10 pm. Rested well. Great work out room. The pool was sooo warm. Best swim I had in two months.

we were with 6 persons and i made the reservation through the Lax booking service, which i thought the hotel supported.
when we arrived they told us we could not get sheraton points.The rate we paid saved us about $10/pp.You were supposed to match it and we were to get our points.
what can you do to rectify the situation?

Upon entering the room we were overpowered with a strong BO smell. It never really improved. The shower drain was clogged and we finished our showers in 6 inches of water. Throw in a fire alarm and multiple intercom annoncements, man what non-restfull night. Thank goodness my two kids slept through most of this disaster.

I have stayed at Sheraton facilities several times in the past and found them, as a rule, to be underwhelming but this hotel is definitely the bottom of the pile. From having to check in twice for the same stay, the beat up looking room and the toilet that just would not function, I can only say I was disappointed.

Room - bare basic
Did not eevn have a shower cap
The hotel reception was not helpful when assistance was seeked. I left my bag in the room when I checked out - had to come back for it. Told the reception over the phone to brng the bag done as I need to catch a flight. They made me go back to my room to retrive my bag!

I stayed there recently with my son, and was upgraded based on my platinum status to a suite, which was a very nice room. We found oursevles lounging around the Club Room and the attendants were excellent and provided great customer service. The pool area was great and made for a relaxing "father and son getaway."

Waited at check in near midnight for literally more than a half hour with a queue forming behind me. Staff all disappeared behind door and did not come out until I called the hotel number to let them know there are people waiting. Staff appeared unapologetic, blaming computers problems. Very unpleasant experience.

When I checked into my room it was not ready for guest. Spoke with housekeeper on floor, and front desk. When I checked out nothing had been corrected. I will never stay in this hotel again. Thinking about disputing the charge with American Express. Called to speak to Hotel Manager, put on hold and disconnected twice.

All the personnel I interacted with were very cordial, helpful, and professional. There is one employee who really was outstanding - a young man working in the lounge area named Butch. Charming, personable, and representing the Sheraton properties extremely well. Please take could care of him!

This is my second stay at the hotel. Feather pillows were on the bed for our first stay. But, foam pillows were on the bed on our second stay. We were undressed and in bed already before realizing the problem. So, we did not call to get them changed. But, feather pillows should be the standard, not the exception.

This Thanksgiving I needed a hotel for my wife and two daughters because they were dropping off a college friend at LAX. They arrived late, around 10:00PM. Upon arrival the valet did a great job taking care of the car and giving me a piece of mind. The club floor room was great and the location perfect.

Check-in took 45 minutes. Personnel wandered in and out from the back office but left only 2 to process a large line. A loud barking dog was present on the floor. The front desk did not answer the phone and it took another hour to change rooms. There was no toner or paper in computers to print boarding passes.

Great fast check in and out both days, shuttle to and from the airport very fast and on time.
The best and fastest Onion Soup at Rendevous, and great atmosphere.
Perfect twice in a week, coming and going to Seattle!!

The front desk had SPG line for Gold and Platinum, but no one was there to help. The agent did not help me with priority either during check-in or check-out.
The phone didn't work properly in the room.
There was no mini-bar or fridge in the executive suite.
I think I wasted my money here with the stay.

The hotel staff at this hotel was excellent. Our needs and/or request for items were met in a timely manner. The employees performed duties in a professional manner and friendly when approached face to face.
The knowledge and professionalism exhibited by the General Manager was excellent. Job well done.

Overall, a nice property. Close to the highway and airport. Stayed there for work. However, there was one hiccup. There was dried blood stains on the bed sheets and the bedding. Obviously it did not come from me. The hotel staff promptly changed the sheets. Thats all I can ask for. Will stay there again.

The overall tax charge is over 20% at this hotel. The rate for self parking is at $15, and out side the hotel. The facilities in the room is very old. The bathroom is small. All you get in the room is a bottle of water. No more privilege you used to find for staying at Sheraton Hotels any more! How sad!

Over the weekend of my stay, the hotel experienced a water outage for an entire day. Though inconvenient, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick reaction of the hotel staff. From my perspective, they did all they could do to make the unfortunate situation more bearable, while repairs were being made.

Although I select this hotel for its proximity to LAX, it is a great choice in every way. The restaurant, bar, and fitness center are great amenities, and the Starbucks in the lobby is a great way to start the morning. I have stayed at this hotel several times and will return for future trips to LA.

high pressure sales - 1st said only room available is a parlor with no bed, then upon acceptance, he said oh, we do have a room with a bed, it is much higher rate. felt it was planned to create desperation for a late arrival, and then upcharge the room.

Most convenient for returning on rental cars and you wont be late for your flight unless--Zzz
Down Side- Location of the hotel is at the airport area so the air around is polluted with jet fuel sheers and also would encounter some minimal oil sheers if you are driving around the area. Not Too Bad.

1. Clean outside of windows in order to see the great view. Windows are filthy.
2. F&B prices are way too high. Other local hotels are much cheaper. Lower prices mean more activity in the lobby/restaurants = more fun.
3.The club is really a beverage outlet since the free food part is pretty lame.

Bed was a bit lumpy and air conditioning fan was a bit noisy.
Hotel responded to past issues with upgrades and discounts this stay.

we were in LA for less than 10 hours...over night stay
Typical experience of a hotel by an airport....high traffic levels, insufficient staff numbers at reception. Those working were excellent
Room was OK - it was room for people with disabilities....the bathroom shower was not in good shape....
