I was going to write a review on my last day of an almost 2 month stay but decided to write it today instead because of how wonderful your staff were.
I had returned to my room after a long day and I had left the lights off in my room for energy conservation. When I went to turn on the bedside lamp, the blanket from the bed must have grazed my foot. I jumped back, screamed and knocked over the bedside lamp shattering it to pieces. Not only did the cleaning staff rush to my room to see if I was ok, they cleaned up the glass and were very nice. When I brought the lamp down to the lobby later, I was feeling really bad about the situation and I started to cry. When I got back to the room, your staff called me and assured me that everything would be fine and that there would be no charge for the lamp since it was an accident. All staff I spoke to were very understanding and also said they were happy I was ok. Thank you so much! I was so worried and your staff were very reassuring and I am so thankful.

I LOVED the room, the amenities at hotel, and the food at the conference I was at. A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT was not being able to get the Canucks hockey game in room. For $130+ a night it would have been nice to be "at home." That being said, it was great overall. I could not recommend it to friends if I know they couldn't see the game on TV while they are there.

This hotel is Starwood in name only. No Plat recognition nor upgrade. No newspaper delivered on muti-day stay. No coffee packets replenished in room even though I specifically brought it to hotel's attention. My associates said there were loud noises from nearby dumpster and it was difficult to stay asleep. Overall disappointing for the amount paid -- which was about the same as the Westin Bayshore which is in another league and is in downtown Vancouver with exceptional city/bay views. Not recommended.

This hotel is conveniently located in Richmond, next to a large shopping mall and close to the airport. There's a free 24hr shuttle service to the airport which is very convenient. Rooms are very nice and clean, beds are super comfortable and this hotel is dog-friendly! Excellent, friendly service. We have stayed here twice and will be staying a third time - no complaints.

The rooms in the hallway facing the court yard are very noisy. Why not have disposable ear plugs for the guests on the first floor those rooms. Glad I brought my own.
This hotel has the best staff of any hotel I have ever been to and the food is always amazing. One critique is when a group is there for more than 2 days - change up the fruit platters, breads in am things that after 2 days get quite repetitive. Fruit at 3 meals a day that look the seem feel very repetitive. Lots of fruit available so change it up.

Upgraded to suite even with cash n points, suprised considering its my first stay here. Complimentary airport shuttle service and the best club lounge in vancouver....meaning REAL food!
Only downside is no in room safe, only at lobby
