Rated 3 out of 5 by recent stay We are SPG members/owners and have always had amazing service at all of the SPG hotels we have stayed at.I requested early check in on our September 22 arrival for Richmond Sheraton.We arrived a wee bit early but went to see if anything was available anyway.The first male front desk clerk was extremely rude and you could tell that he would of rather been anywhere but speaking with me.No smile, no hello and no eye contact and preferred to stare at his computer screen instead of making eye contact.My husband and I went and enjoyed the sun at the pool and went back to the other front desk female,as I refused to deal with the other gentleman again, to check on our status,again, no smile, no enthusiasm for her job what so ever.At least she gave us some choices about our two awaiting rooms and then we were on our way.In the morning when we checked out, the front desk gentleman was polite, friendly and a joy to deal with.My suggestion to you is to perhaps re locate your two front desk people that were working at noon September 22 to a job with no interactions with the human race.Your hotel was lovely but those two individuals should not be working at your establishment.They put a sour taste on our stay with you. Rated 5 out of 5 by SERVICE AND LOCATION We stayed from Aug 27 and will check out on Sept 5. From check-in, warmly greeted by Miguel even though hotel was booked full, guests were waiting patiently. Our sons checked in 3 days later & everything was handled professionally by Yuumi and Andrea. Problem with wifi connection in one of our rooms, it was handled and solved immediately. Food and service was great in the Bistro and lounge. Only the carpet shows wear and tear in our two rooms and some common areas. Enjoy our stay each time and appreciate your service and efforts. Rated 3 out of 5 by The hotel is in good location but some problems. I use my spg points to redeem free nights and stay here for over a week. Bathroom is the main thing I want to complain first, this hotel use cheapest brand for the toilet and the size of toilet seat is the smallest I ever seen in Sheraton brand hotel. Even A Loft's toilet is bigger than this Sheraton. Why Sheraton decoration department can let this kind cheapest standard pieces decorate in this Sheraton brand hotel. And no matter how big is the bath room, I can't find any tower bar in the bathroom. Really make me not convenient for hanging the towers. Second, the AV panels are not working to TV, because they don't connect this panel to TV so I cant input my HDMI or Apple TV for TV. Why they waste money to install AV panels for TV. I hope hotel team can fix the problem and upgrade your bathroom for future customers. July 19, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great staff Stayed over one night for a medical apt and found the staff to be excellent. As an ex maint manager with a major hotel chain I could have only wished to have staff so nice to deal with. The choices for what to eat is amazing, so many places to choose from in easy walking distance. Don't miss out on the hotel store, really good deals available May 31, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by good airport hotel choice Upgraded to Jr. Suite which is adequate for 1pax and a layover. Excellent property choice to redeem starpoints as is now cat2 property. Staffs here are very welcoming and friendly. Truly Canadian hospitality at its best. May 14, 2015
