I am so impressed with the Brookfield Sheraton and my Hotel Stay with them. This never happens to me I received this reservation through hotwire.com and this was the location I reserved. From the moment I walked up to front desk and was greeted by Brittany at the front desk. To being informed that I was being upgraded at no charge to a King executive suite. Very nice room with a sitting area sofa and coffee table, microwave and fridge. Brittany informed me that I would be able to extend my stay if I wanted and would be able to stay in the room I had so I wouldn't have the bother of moving rooms. Then after I parked my car near the entrance where my room was located one of the maintenance staff that evening was kind enough to open and hold the door open for me as I came in with my bags even though it was past 6pm and the doors are locked and secured. I didn't have the opportunity to know that gentleman's name; but thank you it was a very thoughtful gesture and added touch of class. Once I reached my room. I called for Room Service and was greeted by Shelby who not only was very friendly courteous and polite but very helpful as well with my order that she took and personally delivered to me. She informed me about the Starwood preferred reward program which I have since signed up for. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

The stay here was for a funeral family gathering. The staff was very helpful & we were so happy to spread out at the Club Lounge. The meals were good at the restaurant.

We had a great stay! There was a little confusion upon check in, which caused some billing questions upon check out, but overall, our stay was great! Our kids loved the pools, we all enjoyed the in-room dining and I loved the fitness facility!

First of all it was a nightmare to check in. Staff was not knowledgeable. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Outlet in bathroom did not work. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Needs updating, common area seating areas didn't appear to have daily cleaning, glass doors needed cleaning. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Restaurant service was slow and too pricey for the food offered. I would recommend with reservation.

Arrived for a one night stay on a Friday. Upon arrival at the front desk, I verified that the property was still selling suites via the SPG app however I was not upgraded. In addition to not receiving the suite I was not even assigned a Club Level floor. This was brought the attention of management and their only resolution was to program my non Club Level room key for access to the Club....which required a lengthy walk.
Next time I'm in Milwaukee, I will return to my preferred SPG location; the Four Points in Brown Deer.

I am really disappointed in this hotel. Room service made a mistake on my bill one night and theyJul refused to fix it. They initially agreed to fix it when I called about it but have since refused. The error was on the person who took the order. I am not asking for the entire thing to be taken off. I just want the overcharge taken off and they won't do it. It was their error and it's just ridiculous that they won't fix it. Too many choices out there to put up with that so I will stay elsewhere when I am in the market, which is quite often.

HOTEL NEEDS A FACELIFT. ROOMS ARE OK. TRANSPORTATION IS EXCELLENT. AT BREAKFAST TIME 6/8/15 8AM I ORDERED AN OMLET AND I STILL DID NOT GET IT(06/12/15). THE WAITRESSES WERE HORRIBLE EVENTHOUGH I GAVE A GOOD TIP EVERY DAY. THE RECEPTIONIST WHO CHECKEDME OUT WAS RUDE AND SHE DEMANTED CHARGING TIP ON MY CC EVENTHOUGH I PAYED EVERY DAY.THE SHUTTLE DRIVERS WERE AMAZING.
