Rated 1 out of 5 by Do not stay me! This is a terrible hotel for customer service. They are always rude every time I stay here. Both, the managers on duty as well as the front desk staff are never happy or friendly. The worst part of the stay was the 1 1/2 hour wait for the airport shuttle. Yes, one and a half hour wait in the cold (unless you wait inside in hopes of not missing the shuttle). They told me that the reason was the 40 minute drive it was to and from the airport. Nope, it took 18 minutes both ways every other time I went (as well as this particular time I stayed there). So, I tried to cancel the stay without a penalty because I was waiting for a hour at this point. I rather have stayed at another hotel (one that had already been back and forth to the airport like 5 times while I waited). The manager on duty refused and was very rude about it. She kept saying that it was because I was past the deadline. I reiterated that I was canceling due to sitting out in the freezing weather for an hour waiting to get to the hotel. The manger again told me sorry but the rules are the rules haha. So, I waited and waited. I got to the hotel 2 hours from the time I landed to the time I walked through the front doors of the hotel. And it got better when I came into the hotel. There was no apologies. Only "blaming the customer attitude" the minute I spoke my mind on how I felt about the incompetence of the hotel procedures. If it's my fault the hotel is run this way then I will gladly stay out of their way and stay elsewhere next time. I sent the GM (sub) an email regarding my stay and I have yet to hear back from him. Not fair, especially since I took the time to wrote an honest letter describing the issues I had. Please stay elsewhere, especially if you are coming into the MKE me on this one. February 4, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by My 2 Night Stay I stayed at the hotel on Friday, November 28 and 30th. When I checked in I was greated by very professional front desk personel. The hotel was nice, quiet and cozy. The food was amazing and our room service was good. I would stay there anytime and would recommend this place to my family and friends. December 3, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Front Desk Staff The front desk staff went over and above to accommodate our numerous requests for supplies we were lacking such as scotch tape, scissors etc. after 10:00 PM. on Friday evening. We able to secure our Auction Baskets (that they graciously allowed us to store close to the front desk), This made it very easy to move them to our meeting site very early on Sat. AM. We will sing the praises of your staff because that is what really counts, it makes up for any negatives related to the lack of incidentals or room wear and tear. November 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by 15 years and counting... everything for the business traveler!!! I can't say enough about this hotel. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have always been a pleasure to work with... especially as a business traveler they have well thought out the entire stay and anytime I've forgotten or needed some flexibility on their part they have also been a professional organization. Jennifer Houdyshell is world class I would hire her in a heartbeat !!! November 6, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Unpleasantly Surprised Overall a nice facility but had a few issues. First, while I was bringing in the bags my child cracked a water bottle for a drink and we found out at checkout it cost us $4. Second, we left a jacket in the room and made two calls to see if it could be retrieved since we didn't realize it until we were back in Chicago and still haven't heard back. October 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Ask a lot of questions Upon our arrival we were greeted with professional and accommodating front desk representative, Jacquelynne Barret. We were unaware of the rewards program and she helped us become a member. We were in Mlwaukee with 2 of our grandsons for the final baseball game and as many parents and grandparents certain amenities have to be there. Luckily for the swimming pool but unfortunately as we were told there was not a game room to be seen. As one staff person put it, no where here to be seen. Checking out was not as pleasant. The gentleman was unaware of the rewards program and their requirements. Unfortunately for us there are disclaimers not shared. The female representative that showed up to help responded to us in a very condescending manner and we left the hotel with a bad taste in our mouth. No matter how great your rooms are or your restaurant and food services are, the customer service representatives make or break a return to your facility September 29, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by It was okay! The dining room leaves a lot to be desired; the layout etc. On a Saturday, the bar was closed until around 4 or 5, until there was a party. The room door has a space of about 1inch on the bottom. This became very noisy around 11PM when very noisy partygoers decided to continue their party in the hallway. September 15, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Love the bedding Hotel very comfortable and (most of the time) very quiet; bed and bedding super comfortable and luxurious! Staff very friendly and responsive. I would appreciate better lighting -- enough lights but need brighter bulbs -- this may be an issue of trying to be more environamentally conscious but for middle-aged and older people good lighting is a must. Rated 3 out of 5 by Hotel has improved since last stay. We have stayed at this hotel in past years. Rooms have been redone since last stay and are more attractive. Bedding was comfortable. We were disappointed that there was no refrigerator or microwave, even though there was a space under the counter for a refrigerator. Had we known, we would have brought a cooler. Ice bucket was missing a plastic liner bag so we didn't feel like using the ice for beverages. Coffee service only provided for 3 cups of coffee and not enough cream. Bathroom was ok but nothing special. Where base tile met the floor, there was an unpleasant looking scum. Otherwise clean. Fan in bathroom was annoying and could not be turned off separately from light. Was disappointed that hotel offers no complimentary breakfast - not even a minimal continental. Restaurant prices are high so we went elsewhere for breakfast. Room prices seemed a bit high for what was included - basically just the room. Would have stayed somewhere else that included breakfast, but everything was booked. A plus for this hotel is location. Close to expressway and to a shopping mall if you need that. August 31, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Option in MKE Clean, quiet, comfortable facility. My wife enjoys this SPG location because of the close proximity to the mall. Recommend taking advantage of Club Upgrade. Caution on airport travel time - due to construction and traffic, allow at least 30-45 minutes. August 27, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by reservations We made our reservations 3 months in advance to have adjoining rooms so our son, daughter-in-law, and grandkids would be close to us so we could help with babysitting. When we checked in we were going to be on different floors. We did get on the same floor but different wings. August 18, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great place to stay but ------------ The breakfast offer with our deal was terrible, it ran from 6:30-900 we went at 8:00 and there was hardly any food and no hot food. At 8:15 asked the attendant for more hot food she responded well we only serve till 9:00, but said she would order up some at 9:40 left with a apple and had to eat breakfast at restaurant . Rated 3 out of 5 by More workers were needed! The Sheraton Brookfield Wi. has a great facility but I encountered a gross lack of employees. Check in was very cumbersome due to the lack of clean rooms. when we did get to our room the entire hallway was littered with dirty linen. The restaurant that evening was again grossly understaffed! Only 2 workers were on. Maybe workers quit or simply did not show up any way it was a total mess. The Milwaukee Brewers were playing ,the Wi. State Fair and a large Wedding. We were never accknowledged while in the restaurant for over a half hour. August 11, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Check in was confusing 1st room checked was still DIRTY at 4 so we had to go back down from the 3rd floor to the front desk & get re-assigned to the first'd THINK you would know what rooms were cleaned by a CODE provided by the cleaning staff when the room was ready to be re-assigned. Rated 1 out of 5 by Expected More & room not what we had reserved The room we thought we reserved was 2 dbl beds & a sleeper sofa to sleep 6. We were going to the State Fair, as one of our daughter's 4-H projects were selected. We had 5 down on the reservation. Grandma decided to come, as the room was for 6. Well low and behold the room only had 2 dbl beds & the white comforters were stained - disgusting! Got in the room & my husband went right back. Someone at the front desk said we had a roll away that we paid for - not true, when we checked in no one said anything about a roll away & we NEVER would have gotten a roll away in the first place. Husband called from front desk & I spoke to representative - RUDE as heck, put me on hold 20 minutes when asked for mgr. Hung up went to front desk, another 10 min wait for mgr. She was nice, said would call back and try and work something out - had someone else call back and said hotel full and only could give one roll away. Left one person without a bed. First only going to give free rollaway then took $40 off of bill and gave free roll away. However, still ruined the night, no one slept well except the daughter that ironically got the roll away! The mgr of housekeeping came and looked at the comforter that was stained and did apologize and get changed --- but really this is a SHERATON & you think 1st class, not at all. Not sure where the room we expected went, but we know it said sleeps 6, or we NEVER would have gotten it, as we had 5 to begin with & travel all the time. Will NEVER EVER go back here. We also paid more for room by the pool & the sliding patio door was not on a track - there was no track, so my husband had to physically lift the door to open/close. August 10, 2014
