The hotel staffs were great, friendly and cooperative. We booked through hotwire and were treated well. Jimmy recommended us to local areas and assisted us with directions. He has great customer service skills and is an asset to the hotel. We will definitely come back.

The only mention of my membership was when I handed in the green choice and the desk attendant said he would put the points on my account. Other than that nothing at check in or check out which is very sad as I use to work for Starwood and actually trained this hotel in SPG alongside another trainer.

I frequent this hotel very often and the main reason is the incredible team that works there. Everyone is great but a there are few people that stand out that make the real difference. Annessa at the front desk is a sweetheart and she always finds me the perfect room with all the little touches that she knows I like and Orlando in the club lounge who's attention to detail and special care is always great! These two people and the rest of the Sheraton team, make all the difference!!!

We had a room on the club floor. it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We did the stay, park and fly package, including shuttle to and from the airport. It was a very good value. A couple notes of caution - When scheduling your shuttle to the airport, keep in mind that it may be stopping at other hotels along the way - allow extra time. As well, the club floor "breakfast" was of no value to us, as we had to depart to the airport prior to the club lounge opening. Always read the fine print / ask before you book.

Many thanks and kudos to Jodi-Anne who went above and beyond to locate and return some clothes left in one of the 2 rooms were rented.
I would certainly not "take advantage of the Club Lounge to meet with friends or my team" The tables were not cleared of the breakfast dishes until 6pm on the Saturday and on the Sunday we checked out, that morning's dishes were still there at 4pm.
We tried to have a "delicious meal at the Olio Restaurant", however not only were they out of Calamari, when we ordered Mussels,even though they were on the menu, we were told they would not be available until Spring!.

I come here once or twice a year for conferences and always enjoy my stays. Huge hotel, lots to do. Preferred floor is lovely.

Booked a park and fly at this hotel. Not to far from airport with good shuttle service. Check in with Jeffery and check out with Ann provided excellent customer service. Room was excellent especially after returning from our trip. On check our request for a shovel was met as we required to move snow in front of our car. The young lad even offered to clear the snow for us. Although we declined it certainly was a nice touch. Going above and beyond. Did not catch his name but Anna would remember. Thanks and look forward to coming your way again in the future.
