Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect Birthday Getaway So, first lets start with Check-In. I was greeted kindly by Rovella and she explained the check in process thoroughly and provided an option that would best fit my birthday plans. She was so warm I felt comfortable and confident I had made the right decision to stay at the Sheraton. Check in was quick, and easy. The room was immaculate, clean and comfortable (OMG I want one of those beds for my house). About 15 minutes into settling in there is a knock on the door. A birthday gift package was delivered to my room from the staff!!! Can we say awesome sauce? I then called down to guest services to thank them and ask for a fridge. Joy answered and it was a Joy to speak to her... she knows customer service well and went above and beyond my expectations. She even called back to make sure the delivery went well! The next morning, a secondary birthday package with a taste of New Orleans was delivered to the room as well with a birthday card from Rovella. She's the greatest. When asking the staff about suggestions for eateries and local attractions, they were quick to answer and even drew out maps to help us get there! This is my 6th trip to N.O. but definitely my favorite location to stay. I will be coming back! Thank you all. August 24, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by My problem Great hotel - Great people!!! Treated great by every individual. Would not stay elsewhere in NO. Here is my private problem. Promised a copy of bill by email so did not make young lady print out copy for me. Now I don't have a copy and, trust me, that becomes an issue for me with reimbursement. presently going to my credit card to piece something together. August 18, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Almost 6 stars instead of 4 Great hotel in a almost perfect spot. Close enough to the action but also far enough away to take a break from it. My reason for the 4 stars is simple. They have the absolute worst parking situation. Valet parking is over $40 a night and then to make matters worse they are not the most efficient. When arriving it took about 20 minutes to get in. The next day I had several business appointments scattered through out the day and each time it was 15 to 20 minute wait to take car or to retrieve car. That evening I decided to take a taxi to my last to meeting just to avoid their inefficient and confusing system. They do not have self park so you do not have many choices. The rest of my stay was great and I would definitely consider staying here again however if I am in car I will probably avoid. August 14, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by No corner room People should not be assigned a room next to the elevators.These are nice big spacious rooms but the noise from the elevators is really disturbing and unless you are a sound sleeper you will not get a good nights sleep August 8, 2016
