Rated 5 out of 5 by Great new SPG Hotel Very Spacious, really nice. Brand new. James at the front desk was very accommodating, and cheerful, which is always nice to see. This hotel is still having renovations done, and unfortunately not totally clear for guests which elevators to use ( I ended up taking elevators that went to the back parking lot). Also, the restaurant closed earlier, which was a bummer. However, the rooms are huge, very plush. In a few months, when everything is done, it will be very nice. I look forward to my next stay here when I am in the neighborhood. February 7, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great place to stay The motel I would give all excellent but I was let down by the cost of the morning breakfast. I didn't do my homework and along with others I over heard others about the cost being described as " criminal" $$$ If you don't mind $21.00 omelet or $15.00 for a roll and juice. Other than that our stay was GREAT !!! April 7, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Satisfactory SPG Option I am a consultant who travels frequently to the area for business. As an SPG member, I was quite happy when this hotel opened as there aren't many other options nearby. Everything here is brand new. The beds here are quite comfortable and the bathrooms have a lot of space. The closets are not functional as there is no space to hang your clothes and the showers are aesthetically nice but often have too high water pressure. Compared to other hotel options in the area it's a solid option, but not a clear winner. If you like new hotels and want to stick with SPG, it's probably worth it. If you're here often and care more about conveniences, you might want to consider branching out. I probably stay here about 40% of the time when I have business in the area. Pros: A. Suites - Both the Junior and 1 BR suites are quite spacious B. Club Lounge - 24 hour access to bottled water, juices, sodas, tea, etc. C. Location - Good SPG option for Philly suburbs Cons: A. Closets don't have space to hang your clothes B. Showers - I like good water pressure, but these take it to an extreme. - Quite common for your floor to flood when you get the stand alone shower (standard in the King rooms). C. Vent in Bathroom can be loud and you can't turn it off, it keeps going...all night. D. Internet connection occasionally drops/is slow. April 6, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Must stay! The check in was very easy and the front desk personnel was both organized, patient and helpful in the process. I think the young lady's name was SAVANNAH. She made sure each room was exactly what everyone needed. After checkin and starting to settle in, we discovered that we needed extra towels and a rollaway bed. Not only did the staff bring them in a moment's time, they even took the time to make up the beds for us. The front desk was also successful in helping us order dinner for the kids. I was very impressed with how welcomed we felt. The rooms and beds were more than comfortable! There's only 2 things I would change here: the shower in the suite did have a fully enclosed door and there was no vent to get the hot air out, so the floor was wet and if we were told that breakfast was served this place would be the best ever! THANK YOU I WILL BE BACK IN APRIL!!! ROOM ALREADY BOOKED! March 26, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Staff and Service, Excellent Stay I stayed at the Sheraton Valley Forge while on business for five nights a week for over three months. Roman and James, two of the individuals at the front desk made me feel at home during my entire stay. The service was personal, attentive, and always reliable. Throughout the stay I had many requests that required the staff to go above and beyond the call of duty (such as individually changing the credit card on over 100 reservations) that the staff performed flawlessly and without question. This service, combined with a modern, well-thought out, and particularly attractive hotel, resulted in a stay that made being on the road just that much easier. My thanks to the entire Sheraton staff for all of their assistance, help, and care over my three month stay. February 26, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by New & Improved Newly remodeled and very well done. The attention payed to loyalty guest is fantastic. The staff is pleasant and eager to help. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel location is convenient to all major freeways and also to restaurants and The King of Prussia Mall. I would recommend this hotel to everyone from vacationers to business travelers. March 4, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by No Hot Water Yes, the hotel is new and pretty but the boiler is old. Of the 3 nights I stayed, I only got a hot shower one morning. Of the 3 nights I stayed, the hotel was sold out 2 nights. When I called the front desk, I was told that 'because they were sold out and everyone was taking a shower at the same time the boiler can't keep up'. I was also told the by mgmt that the boiler is part of the old hotel that the Starwoods acquired and build the Sheraton around. #not sure if that is true but would definitely explain the capacity issue#. Aside from the water issue, was everything okay? Far from it: *The bathroom fan #Room 556# was extremely loud and you cannot turn it off. I waited for maintenance for 1.5 hours before calling back again. They showed up within 10 minutes to inform me there was nothing they could do but switch my room @ 10:00pm * My tub did not drain. Ask for it be looked at and it was. But I was still ankle deep in cold, dirty water the next morning. I think the water pressure is too high for the drain system. * No down pillows in either of my rooms. Had to get one delivered at 11:00pm. Isn't this a Starwood room standard? I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. I have never be so unhappy with a Starwood property. I have 6 more reservation #15+ night# between now until April that I will probably cancel.
