Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for QVC guests The location is convenient for QVC and i prefer this property to the other one that is closer to West Chester. The hotel looks new, the club lounge is nice and the fitness center is great. I have one complaint. No one ever wants a follow up call from room service. Why do some hotels do this? If there is a problem, i will call them back. Please don't bother me 2 hours after my meal! I am a platinum guest and spend around 100 nights in hotels every year. Only a few hotels do this and it is really annoying. Other than that, great place and I will stay again and recommend to others. February 8, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Close but.... The room is fine but I could not use the refrigerator. Clearly some guest left something perishable in there and it took months for the cleaning staff to discover it. The fridge needs to be replaced as the smell has permeated the plastic. At least give it a good bleaching, but in all honesty I doubt bleach would be enough. My only other issue is that you cannot get the room service menu at the bar. It appears the bar is independently owned, and it even appears there is a surcharge for drinks billed to your room since I signed a slip for a $9 drink that then became $14 when I checked out. The buffet breakfast was good but the waffle mix needs something more. The waffles tasted like sawdust and were about as moist. May 8, 2014

I live in the Phila region but was taking my Mom out for a special night in town and since shopping was one the agenda I booked a room here and wanted the best for her so I booked a suite in which I was going to stay in the living room area. Upon check in they did not have it marked that I requested club level access in which I had to show the confimation email I had from SPG to prove I did have club level access. We then go to the suite which I was sharing w/ my Mom. I closed the room partition doors and they did not close but worse the one door was missing the entire glass panel so we could not have any privacy. The staff did move us quickly and were very helpful but the standards of the rooms were not up to par especially when I wanted to impress my Mom. August 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Customer Service My son and I came to your hotel because my so was having back surgery at the Laser Spine Institute.. We were greeted by your front desk manager Roman, our stay (4 days) just kept getting better after that. Roman was vary familiar with the needs of the patients getting back surgery and did over and above to see to the needs of these guests. You are very lucky to have him in the most important position. I do not know if I will ever have the need to stay at your hotel again, but I know have a new standard for any other hotels I may stay in the future. Thanks July 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Geat hotel room! Sheraton took an old hotel 14 months ago and renovated it to a Sheraton. This Sheraton had a more upscale look than other Sheraton's I've been to. I was familiar with the old hotel, which was nice, but now as a Sheraton it looks great. The room (Studio King) décor was really nice and large. Water pressure in bathroom was terrific and really HOT. A/C was go good you had to turn it down. Bed really comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical (not included in room). Location was next to King of Prussia Mall and not far from the down town area. July 3, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by What a great find While trying to spent a night at the VF Casino I came across this hotel. Better facility and beautiful rooms. Only a short drive away. 2 minutes! Great price too!! will stay there again when going down that way. Very hard to top this place. Can't say a bad word about it. October 13, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Mixture After a 3 hour disaster of checking in, the staff tried extremely hard in satisfying our needs. The front desk and the engineering department continuely tried to accommodate our requests. The room refrigerator is poor. The refrigerator is small but you have plenty of ice. No evening hor do revers on the weekend. The club room does not have much. On the weekend not worth the extra money. The continental breakfast is excellent. This Sheraton does well for a business travel not for a weekender. September 2, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bringing me back to Starwood First time I've stayed at a Starwood property and I was very impressed. I loved the well placed outlets in the nightstands, the incredible water pressure (and the hot water is very hot), and the large display that I was able to easily connect my iPhone to for watching videos. Wi-Fi was okay but LTE coverage is good and performance is so much better. I did not eat at Ralph's but look forward to doing so on a return trip. I called SPG to reactivate my account after checking out and changed an upcoming reservation to a Starwood property. June 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Staff and Service, Excellent Stay I stayed at the Sheraton Valley Forge while on business for five nights a week for over three months. Roman and James, two of the individuals at the front desk made me feel at home during my entire stay. The service was personal, attentive, and always reliable. Throughout the stay I had many requests that required the staff to go above and beyond the call of duty (such as individually changing the credit card on over 100 reservations) that the staff performed flawlessly and without question. This service, combined with a modern, well-thought out, and particularly attractive hotel, resulted in a stay that made being on the road just that much easier. My thanks to the entire Sheraton staff for all of their assistance, help, and care over my three month stay. February 26, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Best hotel shower ever I have traveled quite a bit. This was the best hotel shower I have ever encountered - quickly got as hot as I like, and nice strong spray. Sorry, the pool was too cold for me to get fully wet. The jacuzzi was very nice. Our room fridge did not have a freezer section, that we really needed for my ice packs. The location is terrific. If you take a left out of the parking lot, within a mile you are at a huge mall, cinema 22 and casual dining options. Most helpful, friendly staff I have met with anywhere. June 29, 2014

THis is the first Sheraton where front desk told me that Club lounge is only for Platinum guests. Secondly, Gold members do not get free internet. This is the first time and truly disappointed. Rated 4 out of 5 by C'mon Sheraton - You Can Do Better Communication is my number one topic. I couldn't find any info in the room about connecting to Wifi, whether or not the hotel offered a breakfast other than room service or what kind of church services were available in the region. The coffee maker was the absolute "pits". Is it too expensive to provide a maker that would produce two to four cups at a time into a carafe that could be kept warm, rather than a single Styrofoam cup? Besides that, the packets provided are too big for the tiny basket and the coffee ends up squirting out the sides onto the counter leaving about half the coffee in the cup and the rest to be wiped up. Not good! The TV remote was a little flaky as well. It would work for about five minutes and then would go unresponsive. If we let it sit for awhile it would eventually come back so it didn't appear to be a dead battery issue. August 18, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Always outstanding Im staying at this hotel ove 100 nights a year and always rooms are perfectly clean which I don't see often. They are always respect platinum members and I get great room upgrades when available, suites have great layout and they are very comfortable. Front desk staff is the top I've seen with Mr Roman, James, Mahika and Jeanna. Great food in Club Lounge specially eveninigs so I dont even need dinner and always plenty of fresh fruits ... Staff goes above and beyond to meet your expectations.... May 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best staff I've ever encountered I have been raving about my stay at the Sheraton Valley Forge since I left on Monday. The front desk staff is absolutely phenomenal and helped with every single thing I threw at them with smiles and genuine interest in helping me. The servers and bartender at the wedding were also spectacular, and every other staff member I encountered had a very good attitude and smiled from ear to ear when passing by a guest. Beyond that, the rooms are very, very nice, and very clean! This is wonderful hotel! December 5, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Home away from home I travel for business about 60% of the time and have stayed at this hotel about 1x per month for the last year, sometimes more. It has become a home away from home. The staff is fantastic - professional, efficient and friendly. Especially Roman at the front desk. The gym is awesome. The restaurant is great. But mostly it's the people. It makes being away from home a lot easier. I also love how it's right next to King of Prussia mall and lots of restaurants. It's hard to beat the convenience. Rated 2 out of 5 by Nice renovations, but mediocre service I'm a consultant that stays at hotels every week and a SPG loyalist. I really enjoyed the facilities and room here, as it's been a newly renovated. In addition, the location is pretty nice since it's close to restaurant options and lots of shopping. However, the past two nights I've ordered room service, sadly, they've been terrible. When I called, I'd be placed on hold for at least a minute before somebody finally took my order. The food also took 2 hours (I ordered a starter, salad, and dessert - should be very quick). Unfortunately, both nights, they gave me the same excuse as "they received many orders all at once." Both nights, I ordered past peak dinner times and I know they were not sold out at the hotel. Overall, I like the hotel itself as a business traveler (other than the room service). October 9, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great service! The young lady that checked me in was wonderful. I was arriving for a business conference and there were no standard rooms available. She upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge. The next time she saw me come through the lobby, she recognized me and asked if I was enjoying the suite! When I realized that I had not packed a hair dryer and could not find one in the suite, the front desk had one delivered within minutes to my room! Great service by staff! June 12, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful Hotel.... This is the second time we've stayed. I got the suite.. it was gorgeous. Roomy and a corner suite.. very quiet... I don't understand the entrances though, we were on the third floor and had to walk all the way around because there is only one main entrance. Also, we went to Ralph's for a quick bite to eat before our dinner reservations at Morton's and they had nothing small.. its a bar, but there was no bar type food. We had to get in the car and drive to wawa. Israel was great and very attentive. The only other issue was that check out isn't until noon and someone from housekeeping knocked our door at 9am and woke us up. Last time a housekeeper actually walked into the room while we were still in bed.... that needs to be addressed. If checkout isn't until noon, I shouldn't be woken up at 9 am by someone wanting to clean my room. May 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wow, what a change! I stayed here several years ago when it's décor was worn-out colonial. Pleasantly surprised to see the impressive upgrades to the property. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Upgraded to a comfortable suite. Also, impressive Fitness Room. Probably one of the best compared to other Sheraton properties. Ralph's, the restaurant on property, was really good. I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. July 21, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointed Beautiful new looking hotel but the staff needs a lot of work. When I checked in I asked for the wireless code as I am a gold member. I was told curtly that I was NOT a gold member (I am). When I got to the room I called SPG, confirmed my gold status and had them call the hotel to get the wireless code. The code the hotel gave the representative was incorrect. Throughout the wedding I was attending I heard how unhappy people were with the front desk staff. December 29, 2013

Your bellhop person did a great job of emptying all of my daughters things for school(she attends Villanova) from our vehicle and bringing it to our room and loading the car the next day. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Experience Our family vacation couldn't have turned out better. We were checked in to a king room and were moved to a suite the next day. The lounge was not ready yet, so we were given vouchers for a great breakfast buffet. We used the gym, the pool and dined at the restaurant. All in all, the staff was phenomenal,and special thanks go to James at the front desk. Location was not important to us, since we were visting family but it is located in a great area. Rated 4 out of 5 by My stay in May 14 All in all the hotel was nice, with a good location and they offer great amenities most of which you will not know unless you ask e.g. bath robes, shuttle bus anywhere within 5 miles etc. The staff were friendly and attentive, but they should make more of an effort in being open and transparent about services and products that would incur additional charges e.g the bottled waters that were only complimentary for the initial day. This hotel has been revenovated recently and the amenities are amazing. The gym is huge and clean; although the pool could use some work. Rated 1 out of 5 by Horrible Experience The front desk/Manager service wasn't friendly, this one of the sorry service I've had. I had insect in room issue wasn't resolve, breakfast food had hair in it, also room rates was overrated. Be ware of the service from time you check in to check out. I wouldn't recommend to ANYBODY. Stay at hotel with lower rate better service. August 16, 2014
