Rated 5 out of 5 by What a great find While trying to spent a night at the VF Casino I came across this hotel. Better facility and beautiful rooms. Only a short drive away. 2 minutes! Great price too!! will stay there again when going down that way. Very hard to top this place. Can't say a bad word about it. October 13, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Being Platinum does not matter to the hotel or the Concierge Services I was placed in the worst room right next to the check in desk. I could not sleep for the three nights I stayed there because of the noise. I could hear the conversations in the check in desk. During my check out I complained. I called the concierge services and was told that I got the room I booked. This is not true. I am sure they have more rooms within the same room type. I doubt that this is the only room within the type of room I booked. I received no resolution from the Hotel or SPG Concierge services. So, why do I spend all my travel at SPG hotels? What is the point of being loyal and reaching Platinum? I have 67 nights and the year is not over. What is the incentive to spend more nights when I do not get the upgrade, get the worst room and no one cares? Now, keep in mind that I have staff reporting to me and they use SPG because I use it. Rated 1 out of 5 by No Access to Club Lounge for Gold Members I have been Platinum member past 3 years and Gold in current year. THis is the first Sheraton where front desk told me that Club lounge is only for Platinum guests. Secondly, Gold members do not get free internet. This is the first time and truly disappointed. Rated 3 out of 5 by Mixture After a 3 hour disaster of checking in, the staff tried extremely hard in satisfying our needs. The front desk and the engineering department continuely tried to accommodate our requests. The room refrigerator is poor. The refrigerator is small but you have plenty of ice. No evening hor do revers on the weekend. The club room does not have much. On the weekend not worth the extra money. The continental breakfast is excellent. This Sheraton does well for a business travel not for a weekender. September 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great New Property I was very pleased with my stay at the Sheraton Valley Forge. The property itself is a new building which is a plus and the staff is very attentive. The room was clean and very nice (definitely one of the better Sheratons I have been to.) Both the gym and the restraurant at the property exceeded my expectations as well. However, the only issue I experienced was my request for a late check out being denied despite my status. Nevertheless, we would return here and I recommend this property to all. September 1, 2014

I live in the Phila region but was taking my Mom out for a special night in town and since shopping was one the agenda I booked a room here and wanted the best for her so I booked a suite in which I was going to stay in the living room area. Upon check in they did not have it marked that I requested club level access in which I had to show the confimation email I had from SPG to prove I did have club level access. We then go to the suite which I was sharing w/ my Mom. I closed the room partition doors and they did not close but worse the one door was missing the entire glass panel so we could not have any privacy. The staff did move us quickly and were very helpful but the standards of the rooms were not up to par especially when I wanted to impress my Mom. August 29, 2014

I would highly recommend it, as the rooms are clean and the surroundings are excellent for KOP mall access and food options. The front desk staff Jeana however needs help with her customer service. Your bellhop person did a great job of emptying all of my daughters things for school(she attends Villanova) from our vehicle and bringing it to our room and loading the car the next day. This hotel has been revenovated recently and the amenities are amazing. The gym is huge and clean; although the pool could use some work. Rated 4 out of 5 by C'mon Sheraton - You Can Do Better Communication is my number one topic. I couldn't find any info in the room about connecting to Wifi, whether or not the hotel offered a breakfast other than room service or what kind of church services were available in the region. The coffee maker was the absolute "pits". Is it too expensive to provide a maker that would produce two to four cups at a time into a carafe that could be kept warm, rather than a single Styrofoam cup? Besides that, the packets provided are too big for the tiny basket and the coffee ends up squirting out the sides onto the counter leaving about half the coffee in the cup and the rest to be wiped up. Not good! The TV remote was a little flaky as well. It would work for about five minutes and then would go unresponsive. If we let it sit for awhile it would eventually come back so it didn't appear to be a dead battery issue. August 18, 2014

I had insect in room issue wasn't resolve, breakfast food had hair in it, also room rates was overrated. Be ware of the service from time you check in to check out. I wouldn't recommend to ANYBODY. Rated 5 out of 5 by Rooms are large and very nice Only there for one night, but loved the hotel and would definitely stay there again. We checked in pretty late and the front desk staff brought our bags to our room. The beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet. The location is great too. Close to Valley Forge and lots of restaurants and shopping. August 11, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing hotel The hotel exceeded my expectations from check-in to check-out. The facility was beautiful, spotless and appealing. The room was the same. The fitness center was well equipped with much more than just cardio machines and weight stations... there was yoga equipment and stretch bands too. The pool was large and spotless. August 3, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Good but double charged We stayed here the night of July 5th. We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. We had a great stay. When we checked out my husband chose to pay cash. He did not take his receipt (his mistake) nor was he offered change. 3 days later we realized our credit card had been charged as well. we immediately called the hotel to tell them what happened. They told my husband they would look into it. My husband has made 3 phone calls at this writing to have the issues resolved but at this point no one has contacted us for a week despite him leaving another message July 20th. I realize you have to research these issues (we were told they were going to talk to employee who handled transaction, check drawer to see if it was off, look at security cameras to see us paying cash) but this seems excessive. I have never had this issue at the Sheraton and am disappointed this happened. I just want this resolved and my money back. Staying in a hotel is a treat for us, so while this might not be a big deal to others, it is a big deal to my family. July 21, 2014
