Rated 5 out of 5 by 服务热情,景观一流,适合自驾游。 1、酒店位置远离市区,非常安静,适合自驾游。 2、海景房景观不错,一线海景,在阳台上听海浪,吹海风。希望每次都能给我最好的海景房,哈哈。 3、早餐丰盛、泳池漂亮、沙滩舒服。 4、酒店服务主动、热情,希望不管是淡季旺季都能保持这个水准。 5、推荐在酒店享用早餐,在岛上的渔排和朋友晚餐,这样才像旅游。 May 5, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by 体验海南本土味的度假地 房间中规中矩,没有什么亮点,新开酒店这样的硬件不算好。泳池很大,但是水有点凉,服务人员都比较亲切有礼貌,酒店沙滩极不干净,很多垃圾,免费借用的自行车养护不好,都有发出怪声音,酒店周围没有什么景点。海景套房里有BOSE家庭影院,但是可用选择的DVD少的可怜。毕竟是独家酒店,早餐结束的有点早,西餐厅的服务不太好,早餐的时候不热情,晚上10点多去吃宵夜,居然对面双手抱胸疲倦的盯着我们用餐,也许是快下班了,耽误了她休息,可是这样的感觉非常的不舒服。 February 16, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by 其实不是很满意 这是第二次住神州半岛喜来登度假酒店,感觉不是很好。理由如下: 1.也许是因为春节末的关系,早餐让我感觉完全失去了喜来登的水平,果汁没了,水果没了,酸奶没了,芝士没了.....总之让我觉得餐厅像是被抢劫过一样。waitress告诉我说春节的时候被客人吃完了..多让我无语的回答,这也能算是理由吗? 2.我check in以后也没人想指引我入住,没人想理我,好吧...我只能自己找。 3.客房的夜灯和阳台灯是坏的,这在我第一次入住这家酒店的时候也有这个问题,难道没人定期检查的吗? 总之我认为,春节客人的多这不应该成为我为什么会有如此糟糕体验的理由,再豪华的客房和酒店装饰,也不能掩饰这家酒店的不足! Rated 5 out of 5 by 很好的度假酒店 寒假期间带孩去酒店住了6天,虽然是新开酒店,但获得超出预期的服务,希望将来还有机会再去。 本次入住酒店,白金卡获得了全部待遇,酒店员工明显都经过培训,尽力让客人满意。特别令人印象深刻的是行政酒店的韩国主管对客人非常友好,是遇见过的最好的行政酒廊服务人员。 设施方面无室内泳池是小小的遗憾,天气寒冷或下雨天,仅室外泳池还是有些不足。 July 23, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great stay with some improvements Before the stay, we were hesitant. But the stay was perfect. Positive - Nicely designed room, great landscape of hotel, temperature of the pool was right, fabulous views, 24hr access to fitness center. Negative - 1) F&B particularly the breakfast. Not enough varieties for Western and Chinese cusine. The quality of the food was below average. No change of food for the 4 days of breakfasts. However we enjoyed food at Yue, hot pot at Casa Churrasio and cake at Lobby Lounge 2) Most of the hotel staffs were very nice, especially the Concierge and Front desk. However, we had a very bad experience on the last day of stay, we requested for a cup of cappuccino as usual during breakfast (which we were served on the past few breakfast). 2 waitresses declined our request and insisted the cappuccino was chargeable. When we explained that we were given the cappuccino for the past few days free of charge, they rebutted that the rest of the waitresses were not as knowledgeable (with bad attitude). We clarified with another personnel when leaving the restaurant and were told that the cappuccino was indeed complimentary. It was an unpleasant experience on the last day of stay. Very disappointed.
