The hotel offers first class service, friendly atmosphere, super surrounding. We especially recommend the spa facility. The hotels own restaurant facility is designed for a huge choice of tasty local game dishes. Parking is directly close to the hotel and free of charge (which is not the case in all hotels). The staff pose in the traditional attire, which adds a finishing tradional touch.

At first I wasn't sure if I book this hotel or not. And I was surprised when I reached the hotel and they gave us our rooms in the old section of the hotel and I really hatted it more over the bathroom in the rooms that we got first were separate and the rooms were very stuffy and next morning we informed the reception and we thank them for the prompt response they changed our rooms to the newer side of the hotel which was just heaven on earth enjoyed every second I have spent in this hotel. The location is breathtaking and calm with marvellous views that I haven't ever seen in my life. I totally recommend this hotel and the area very peaceful.

The Bar-Service was very poor.
In a way we felt not to be served well. We asked for a wine from the wine-list. It was a problem to get the wine list and in a way we could fell reluctancy to serve us a wine from the wine list. Finally it worked out, but it was a problem;
Additionally the food was terrible; I had a steak, which I would have expected to be much better; I heard also from my friends the same;
A lot of room for imrpovement in the service area and dining area;

The lady at the check-in was very unfriendly and not professional. We got at first a room which was very dark and we requested to change the room, the gentleman at the reception was very professional and he show us few other room to change, which we did... But we didn't realise that there was no air conditioning in the rooms with almost 36C during the day!!!!! We didn't realise by choosing the room that we were not able to open the closet as the side table is on the way and we couldn't mouse it.
We didn't get any upgrade as a gold member but we have been offered an upgrade for a fee.

Superb location. The hotel restaurant provided outstanding meals. The room could have been better lit for reading and I never understand why a room for 2, only has one comfortable chair!!. Lighting in bathroom needs attention as it is all in front of you, making hair and makeup awkward.
The biggest negative was on the second night of our 5 night stay some young men burst into our room (fortunately we were dressed!) and despite investigation by maintenance, no satisfactory answer was found to the invasion. The door was closed but not security bolted - it was secured from then on.
