Family Plan Policy

Children ages 12 years and under sleep free in existing bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways, and cribs for children (up to and including age 12) are complimentary. Children ages 13 years and older incur a fee of EUR 40 per day in an extra bed (breakfast is included). Please advise the resort of children’s ages prior to arrival. We offer following discounts for halfboard and breakfast: 0 to 5 years: 100% 6 to 12 years: 50% 13 years and up: regular price Please note the following rules apply to meal charges for children in our restaurants: 0 to 5 years: complimentary 6 to 12 years: 50% 13 years and up: regular price

Rated 5 out of 5 by One of the best experience of a SPG 100 member I was upgraded to a duplex with 2 balconies, the hotel itself is old, but extremely cozy and very clean with home feel. The view of the lake outside the balcony is awesome especially after snow. I could imagine how great it would be in summer. The staff is slightly green, but extremely friendly and with excellent attitude towards meeting your expectation Breakfast is traditional and with a good selection of drinks Make sure you check out the little museum/store 10 min away by the lake. I drove over here, so it was no problem at all, but I can imagine logistics might be an issue for people not driving 16. April 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by A great hotel with excellent facilty This is an excellent hotel with resort facilities. We enjoyed our stay. We did not take breakfast, however, because the choices were not good enough for EUR20 per person. We had good dinner in the hotel with fresh fish from the lake. The location is a bit far from Salzburg and requires a car. The staff were nice, but with little knowledge about Salzburg city center visiting information. Other than that, we had great time. 2.
