Family Plan Policy

Children ages 12 years and under sleep free in existing bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways, and cribs for children (up to and including age 12) are complimentary. Children ages 13 years and older incur a fee of EUR 40 per day in an extra bed (breakfast is included). Please advise the resort of children’s ages prior to arrival. Rated 4 out of 5 by Erholsamer Kurzurlaub Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, das Zimmer überraschte durch seine Größe. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber zeigte leider schon einige "Gebrauchsspuren". Am ersten Abend überzeugte das Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant auf ganzer Linie, am zweiten Abend wurden die Erwartungen kaum erfüllt - schade! Der Samstag-Abend an der Bar enttäuschte leider - die Cocktails konnten nicht überzeugen; der Apfelstrudel und die Torte jedoch sehr. Insgesamt ein toller, erholsamer Kurzurlaub, allerdings auch mit ein paar Schatten. May 13, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by One of the best experience of a SPG 100 member I was upgraded to a duplex with 2 balconies, the hotel itself is old, but extremely cozy and very clean with home feel. The view of the lake outside the balcony is awesome especially after snow. I could imagine how great it would be in summer. The staff is slightly green, but extremely friendly and with excellent attitude towards meeting your expectation Breakfast is traditional and with a good selection of drinks Make sure you check out the little museum/store 10 min away by the lake. I drove over here, so it was no problem at all, but I can imagine logistics might be an issue for people not driving April 16, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Für eine Übernachtung ohne Ansprüche. Zimmer in Ordnung, jedoch keine Slipper und Bademäntel. Service Mangelhaft. Restaurant gutes Ambiente, Frühstück sehr reichlich, Dinner nicht zu empfehlen. Preise heftig. April 18, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Review of recent family stay. While the setting may be beautiful in the summer this is an isolated wintry property 35 minutes drive from Salzburg proper. Cab fare can run in excess of 50 Euros one way. A hotel shuttle into town would be highly advise able. In room wifi was disabled creating a significant inconvenience for those needing wifi access in the room thus requiring time in the lobby where wifi worked. Restaurant was mediocre and not inexpensive. April 4, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by A great hotel with excellent facilty This is an excellent hotel with resort facilities. We enjoyed our stay. We did not take breakfast, however, because the choices were not good enough for EUR20 per person. We had good dinner in the hotel with fresh fish from the lake. The location is a bit far from Salzburg and requires a car. The staff were nice, but with little knowledge about Salzburg city center visiting information. Other than that, we had great time.
