This is the first visit to Korea and it is an enjoyable trip. The hotel have all the facilities for a 5 star hotel . Spacious, clean and tidy room, next to sizeable shopping mall... The most crucial that made it differentiate from other 5 star hotel is the staff . The staff in the reception and concierge are exceptional helpful. We see enthusiastic staff in concierge that offer extra help that is unusual nowadays.

Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff.
Efficient/fast check-in and check-out.
We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 a.m. and one of the rooms we reserved was immediately available, our other room was made available before noon althought the standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Upon check-in, we were proactively asked if we need to have a late check-out and that we can check-out at 4:00 p.m. being an SPG gold member.

Being that I am in a hotel almost every week my stay at this property was the best I have had in a very long time. Everything about our stay was perfect. They have the best club lounge and their staff are amazing and very personable. I will single out Katrina and Lucy but everyone we dealt with was amazing and made my family feel very welcome. You felt appreciated for being an SPG member not just by words but actions. They could show the other Sheraton properties and frankly some Westin properties as well on how you take care of customers. I am advising my staff to start using this property when doing business in Seoul.
Thank you for being our hosts...we enjoyed it!!

Recently stayed here for business, on the club floor. Rooms are very well appointed. The staff is very helpful and speak english very well.
The restaurants on the 5th floor (not affiliated with the hotel) were great, as was the "feast" restaurant on the top floor of the hotel.
The fitness facility is well maintained, and the pool is a good temperature for doing laps (not too warm)
Cab drivers had no issues finding the place. We told them various combinations of "Sheraton, D-Cube city, Sindorim station". I only had to resort to a printed map showing the hotel's location relative to Sindorim station once.
Proximity to Sindorim station means easy access to rest of Seoul.

All of my family stayed at Sheraton D-cube hotel to celebrate my mother's 74th birthday. The hotel organized very beautiful dinner at a suite exclusively for my family. Every step from booking, contacting staffs , preparing the dinner to the stay went so smooth and efficiently.
As a result, my family and I could have a wonderful memory that we will share for our lives long.
The rooms were beautiful and very well prepared, the staffs were very kind and professional at the same time.
Thanks to Mr. Cuddon, the general manager for all the support even to the small details. It was really a great hotel experience.

I have stayed most of hotels in Seoul for the last three years, and I finally settled down on Sheraton D Cube City Hotel. Very new facility, professional staffs, high quality food, and good location in terms of local traffics.
The only thing that I want is that they need to customize room per customer. I usually stays 5-7 days, and the toothpaste they provide is a small one, lasting only couple of days. And also it would be very helpful if they provide nail cutting kit in mini bar for long term stay customer. And morning newspaper delivery, larger size shampoo and soap bottles, and so on.
Despite of all the listed above, this hotel will be my best favorite for the years to come I believe.

Stayed from 1/16-20. The hotel's city view, SPA, Gym, bed, towels are exceptional. Seoul subway and airport limo are at the front door step! Especially enjoyed my early morning run along the Han River, path is well lit and safe. Food quality and selection needs improvement however. Breakfast buffet food at the restaurant is lukewarm and average taste; stir fried vegetables are very oily. Cereal selection is limited; food groupings are scattered-cereal in one location, yogurt is 15 m away...confusing, . Drinks & food selections at cocktail hour at the executive club are poor and limited...not up to a 4-5 star hotel. If D Cube can improve on its food qulaity, it can be truly a great hotel.

This hotel is outstanding in terms of service provided by staff. They are always courteous and professional. Last week was my 3rd time staying at this hotel this year. Each time, I received the same level of excellent service by hotel staff, especially by those in the Executive Lounge. As the newest Starwood property in Seoul (only 2 years old), the hotel is one of the best in terms of facilities. The location of the hotel is also great. It is connected to a subway station and the city center is only 5 stations away from the hotel. The hotel is HIGHLY recommended for business as well as pleasure.

This was my first time to this property, and I was very impressed. I liked the location, being right on top of a major subway station on line 2. There is easy access to transportation, dining, and shopping. Myeongdong is only a few stops away.
The hotel has an excellent view over the city - early mornings and dusk give you great picture opportunities.
The service and staff were outstanding. Of particular note are Kelly from the club floor, as well as Candy and Amy from the concierge desk. My trip would not have been the same without their help.
I also really enjoyed the wide selection of Korean and Western foods during breakfast. I will certainly return to this property on future trips.

I have traveled to Korea more than 10 times a year, by far this hotel had met beyond my expectation in so many ways. Great customer service, impeccable rooms, best club lounge with a personal attention , many varieties of food for breakfast with stunning city view and so on....As a platinum member, . I will definitely recommend this hotel and guarantee you will enjoy every minute of it.

As an SPG Platinum member, you become aware of which properties recognize and appreciate your status and which properties don't seem to even notice. The Sheraton D Cube falls into the top-notch category of treating you like royalty and bending over backwards to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We were bowled over during our first stay - and now this hotel is officially our home away from home when in Seoul. Club rooms enjoy a DVD player with free DVD rentals in the Club Lounge and a Nespresso machine with a choice of three capsules (strong, mild, and decaf). Aside from the hotel itself, the D Cube has just about everything you need - restaurants, supermarket, convenient stores, subway (Line 1 and 2), movie theater, department store, clothing shops, and MUJI, my all-time favorite. A few notes - to help ease any potential disappointment - the elevator system takes a little getting used to. Guest rooms are accessed through a separate set of internal elevators and the service at Feast, their restaurant on the 41st floor where we have breakfast, is a bit hit-or-miss. This would be their one area for improvement. With that being said, there is one person in particular - Aaron - who always smiles and seems to truly have a heart for hospitality. I'm always on the look out for him so that I can be seated in his area. You'll know exactly what I mean if you have the pleasure of being served by him. Managers Cindy Koh, Nick Song, and all the Club Lounge ladies are the icing on the cake. I'll just stop here, otherwise I could write pages and pages of how great they all are. This property makes it easy to look forward to coming back to Seoul. As long as I'm staying here, I'm a happy camper.

Overall the stay at the hotel was very good. Both my wife and I enjoyed the views from the reception, the staff were friendly and attentive and the room more than met our expectations from a hotel of the Sheraton chain. The only negative point that we had was we had breakfast one morning, asked for the continental, and asked what we could choose from, told anything. It was very disorganised with no direction as to where to go. We were then charged for a full breakfast but this was changed when I pointed out I had asked for the continental. I would not of eaten there again.

I stayed with my friends , 2 people we ate breakfast in club lounge the lounge food is terrible. oh my god.....!! if 2people stay in club room, they provide only 1 free-breakfast. so another person must pay...... the staff in frontdesk didn't explain about it when I checked in.... I really don't understand this hotel's policy about this. even, the club in d-cuve louge doesn't have any egg-food in breakfast time.... the club lounge staffs were joking each other then.... and in the room, I called twice times for asking tooth-brush.... but they brought it 20minutes later..... maybe this hotel staffs needs to be retreated in service education..... sheraton D-cuve is a splendid facility, but poor mannered staffs ruin this nice building.

This is my second time staying here with my partner. Both times she and I have been very impressed with the cleanliness of all facilities. Last time, I missed the sauna, but this time I tried it out. It's a great place to relax in the hot tub while checking out the view. Definitely recommended.
I'd like to give recognition to your great staff; the young guy working in the sauna (2013/7/6), Lauren (customer service genius), and the man working in the club lounge (2013/7/6, dinner service) for giving live updates on the status of the Bombay Sapphire.

Absolutely a wonderful stay in Seoul. As the personal pleasure trip for celebrating my parent's birthday, it's proven to be a super-choice. Not only the great facilities of the hotel (brand new with grand decoration and high floors), but the great hospitality and professionalism, inc. but may not be llimited to, nice room arrangement, tailor-made birthday cake and card with hand-written warm greetings from hotel staff, and shuttle to the shopping areas, all of which have made the stay unforgettable. A definite must-experience hotel of Starwood !

I spent 7/20-7/21 in your hotel.
When i cheek in on desk i asked club room upgrade but not received. the reason staff told me is hot season. I understand. BUT i can not see any trying from them getting upgrade for me. just say no.
The biggest disappoint was deposit which i gave to hotel when i check in. I was surprised to know that it has been withdrawn about $ 100 after come back U.S.A
I solved this problem with international calls.
I have invested time and effort.
but They told me only sorry. That's it.
There was no compensation.

This hotel met all my expectations and all staff ensured they made me and my partner feel comfortable throughout our entire stay.
The club floor is spacious and the rooms equally accommodating. The staff who work in the lounge are of the highest calibre I have ever encountered and are extremely gracious and welcoming.
This hotel is definitely a place where we will return; no questions asked. It's in it's own great location with all the amenities that aren't available in room, nearby.
A no brainer for my next visit to Korea.

The stay in D Cube City is beyond my expectation. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety of food and I liked the Korean food they provided as well. The gym is big and has a lot of machine that can give u a good workout.

Go for the breakfast buffet, it is well worth it, maybe the best buffet I have seen. Views from the lobby - woos! The building is lipstick shaped so the rooms wrap which mean you have this unbelievable view of the mountains around Seoul and gaze out at the frenetic pace of the city. It makes the room also seem larger than you would expect. The bathroom was drop dead gorgeous. The health club and pool - maybe the best. The only negative is if you are moving around by private car, you will hit much more traffic each day in and out as the hotel is on the west side which is up and coming. If you are comfortable jumping on the subway or train, the bad traffic can be avoided, so spend a weekend day before meetings getting use to the transportation and the world will be your oyster!

Among many awesome features of this hotel (e.g. breathtaking view, friendly staff, prompt guest service, clean and modern decor of a club room), the food served in the club lounge was the very best in my experience. A wide variety of different quisines (i.e. Korean, Western, Chinese) along with drinks, dessert, fruits will make your stay pleasant and fulfilling. Friendly attention and recognition from staff can't be left out. My friend had to grab a bite like 10 minute earlier than the opening time of the lounge to go to work in the morning, the staff exerted flexibility to let us in, which really moved her, too.
My two night stay at the property was filled with fun and comfort and relaxation.
I will definitely go back to enjoy this hotel some time soon during my current stay in Seoul.

Stayed there with my mother after travelling a few weeks through Korea and having stayed at a few hotels. This hotel made us feel welcome and the staff couldn't do enough for us more.
The location is the best , close to everything near Sindorim subway station.
We had breakfast most mornings at the club lounge which was excellent and good value with very attentive staff.
The rooftop bar is very well set out with great views. Great Sauna, and more...
This is certainly a hotel I will be returning to!

This a very new and modern hotel with good facilities. The location is also very good for getting around and for travelling to the centre of Seoul. It sits above 2 subway lines having access without having to go outside. There is also a mall next door for shopping. The rooms are very comfortable, light and very clean. Breakfast is very good both in the restaurant and in the club lounge. The club lounge staff are very helpful and always showed us a warm welcome. Great views from the club lounge out towards Mok Dong and Yeouido and other areas. The general Manager is very hands on and happy to chat with guests which is a pleasant change especially as he genuinely cares that his guests needs are being well cared for. This is a good all round hotel and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had our best SPG experience ever at the Sheraton D Cube hotel. Jamie and all of the club level staff went above and beyond to provide unparalleled service, even remembering our names and when we were checking out. My husband and I enjoyed our two night stay here and were sad to leave. The hotel itself is new, modern, and conveniently located above an amazing shopping mall. Thank you to the staff members for your incredibly friendly service...we won't forget you!

I frequently visit this hotel, mostly because of its professional and friendly staffs, in addition to nice view and foods. However, my recent two stays were not that satisfactory as usual. They forgot to pay attention to my basic requests such as air washer, and check-out process was not smooth. The in-room dining food was so-so: steamed salmon was nice but spaghetti tasted salty... I am sorry to see this hotel losing its attractiveness in the area of service/software...

The hotel staff always met my expectations and worked hard to ensure I enjoyed my visit. The restaurant was fair and worked hard to ensure I always had a nice place to sit while I enjoyed the view. The selection of cuisine was an excellent choice for food and wine. While waiting for clients the courteous staff in the lounge was able to help my business needs. My overall experience here has kept my faith in the hotel group and allowed me to enjoy my visit.

Being a creature of habit and comfort my criteriers for picking a hotel is primarily based on the following. Location, friendliness of the staff, service, recognition and no doubt value for money. The Sheraton "D" Cube meets all of the above and more. My test of a good hotel is when my wife says she loved her time at the hotel.(my wife travels with me for 320+ days in the year so that is why it is important to hear her comment) "D" Cube Sheraton does this for us.
