eateries are around the hotel, all within walking distance, more of local cuisine though from small cafes to fine dining.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Iamnotpickybut not yet for everything
The main reason I was picking up this hotel was the great city view at night.
The view of first room hotel provided was blocked by another building so I wouldn't enjoy the view at night and there was a stain on the bed's sheet and I was so surprised!!
Finally and slowly the hotel changed the room for me and the housekeeper must forgot to put some amenities. That's another surprise for me!!
Oh! the sauna also has a great city view!!
and when I requested champagne glass and water, etc.
I ended up with four champagne glasses instead of two glasses which I asked.
The staff was trying to be very helpful and nice ; however, it seemed like they did not know how to do so.
So here is a checklist you can bring with when you go to Sheraton D-cube hotel
1. make sure you are in the room with "youido" or "mok-dong" view-it guarantees you such a great city view at night.
2. Check your bed's sheet
3. make sure all amenities on the place.
4. The new house smell is still floating around room. So if you're very sensitive, please be prepared!!
That's all I can say this time.
I am very and really hope that Sheraton fix and train all staff so I can visit the hotel again and enjoy the great city view at night

Please be aware of the following issues regarding my stay at the Sheraton D Cube Hotel since this is now the 3rd time I have stayed in this hotel.
Whilst I like the hotel very much and the location is really excellent I wanted to update you with some upcoming issues which I have noticed for the first time last week:
1. Room was not cleaned within the day – so I came back in the afternoon to a dirty room. The do not disturb sign was not on. The manager (Mr. Jung) gave us lounge access to compensate – however the lounge area was empty at that time and only coffee and orange juice was available!
2. We used the glasses provided in the room on day one – and after that they were never replaced with new ones!
3. The quality of the room service food is excellent – however the try always comes with things missing – e.g. olive oil and vinegar – we had to always call.
In conclusion, whilst the overall experience is still very good at this hotel – and therefore we shall return! – I think it is important they standards must not start to slip down to the levels of cheaper hotels.
I trust that you may find this constructive feedback important for your ongoing measures, and I hope to book at this hotel again in the near future. I look forward to see what possible remediation options you may take for me in this case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by siunganlo2899 Credits to the staff of the Sheraton in Seoul
I would like to say, thank you very much, to all the staff at the Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel, who made our stay in Seoul very pleasant and comfortable. Especially we ( two daughters with our mother who is disabled and in a wheel chair) was the first time in our life to visit Seoul.
In particular I would want to thank Cindy, the Duty Manager who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Cindy did even stay back at work, well past her hours of duty to present a carnation to our mother on the 8th of May, the Korean Parents Day.
William, the Front Office Manager, checked every morning of our well being and did his best to ensure that we can enjoy our day and that we arrive safely back home in the hotel at night.
I also want to include Gina, who was very helpful, and Lena, Isaac, Tony and a sweet little boy called Jxxxx (a Korean name I don't know how to spell it, but he always has such sweet Korean smile to everyone that I will never forget it!), all contributing greatly to ensure that our stay was comfortable.
In the Club Lounge, I would like to thank Julia and Sam for their affectionate and personal attention.
And at our last day in Seoul, Gina ( she also past her hours of duty), William, Isaac....and probably another six staff members were waiting for us to say good bye! Sorry, I can't remember all of their names and we were in a hurry to jump into the car!
It is the staff that makes the Sheraton an extremely memorable experience in Seoul.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KHLMDPHD My Best Sheraton Experience, by far
My family and I recently spent 3 weeks in South Korea, partly for business but mostly for pleasure. The trip included stays at 3 different well known US branded hotels. The Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel was clearly the best experience by far! Due to a multi day tour and an excursion to Jeju Island, we checked in and out of the hotel 3 times during our stay Korea. Each time the check in and check out experience was seamless. Our bags not needed during excursions were stored and then placed in our room and waiting for us upon on our return. The level of service provided by the front desk staff was outstanding. So much so that I opted to go to the front deck for any issues despite having access to the club lounge services. The hotel is very new, clean and well designed. The rooms were relatively large and comfortable. The spa and fitness facilities are state of the art. I belong to a premium fitness facility at home and the equipment at this hotel was better than at my own fitness center and all the machines are facing floor to ceiling windows with great city views. If traveling with children, this hotel is a great choice. The room service has a children's menu that was surprisingly reasonable and my daughter loved the Mickey Mouse pancakes. Also there is a department store in the lower levels of the hotel building with a food court and multiple great restaurants expanding your dining options. In addition, having a subway station beneath the hotel with convenient elevator access made it easy to get around town. When we return to Seoul, we will definitely plan to stay here again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by drelapider Definitely a Sheraton I would go for in Seoul
Definitely Sheraton I would go for in Seoul
I stayed at Sheraton D-Cube for one night during weekend. Since I live in Seoul, I had many chances to visit other SPG hotels. But, for Sheraton D-cube, this was my first stay. I read many reviews about this hotel and the reviews were very nice. So, thanks to the reviews, I had a great level of expectations. In conclusion, my expectations were met in almost all categories. The first and the best thing I want to mention is the kindness that the staff members showed to us. I and my wife enjoy visiting a hotel for just to rest, get away from ordinary life. As a SPG platinum member, I have visited all the SPG hotels except Sheraton D-cube. I just want to say Sheraton D-cube is the best SPG hotel in Seoul if we judge just by the kindness of the staff. We went straight to the club desk located on 38th floor. We were warmly welcomed by a friendly staff.. We were upgraded to a club floor room. This was the first time that we weren't upgraded to a suite having stayed at other SPG hotels. I later found out that there aren't many suites in Sheraton D-cube. The room was quite small, but had everything we needed. As being on 38th floor, we had a great night time view. The next day morning we went to Feast for breakfast. Food was nice and fresh. The staffs were also outstanding at the restraunt. The gym was spacious and here also, there were like more than 4 personnels in the gym. They were always around to help. As we were extra satisfied with the hotel, we are planning to come as often as we can. If only I had visited Shearton D-cube earlier, I would not visit any other SPG hotels for weekend getaways.

Rated 5 out of 5 by donnival Amazing Service, Wonderful Stay
Amazing hotel, in entirety and in its constituent parts!
The limousine bus dropped us off right in front of the D Cube City entrance, but the hotel entrance is around the corner, off the street (a bit confusing but got to the entrance without too much trouble). Got in very late (around 1:30AM) and the front desk manager greeted us by name. Introduced us to the different amenities and details of our reservation (they put my parents two doors down from our room, which they upgraded given our SPG Platinum status). Offered to take our luggage (yes, please!) and we also asked for a crib, which they sent up as well.
Service is super-swift and professional; the bags came up within five minutes, and the crib came up another five minutes after. I didn't see the person who brought in the crib, but the person who brought in the bags bowed before leaving the room! Very respectful.
Our Executive Suite is beautiful in every respect. You walk into a foyer with a granite counter on the left where there's a coffee machine, tableware, waters, etc. along with a full closet. Half bathroom on the right. The sitting room is directly in front with a very nice TV and a great A/V system and integrated iPhone docking station. Office desk just beyond the sitting room with integrated outlets, etc. on the left, with more storage to the right (open shelves and a cabinet). The bedroom is separated by two heavy sliding doors, with another closet, a chaise and a full king-sized bed.
The bathroom is not too large, but has everything you need to do your business in luxury: a separate toilet, a rain shower stall, a nice sink with a beautiful wood box that stored all of the bathroom amenities, floor-to-ceiling windows, a sitting stool and a bathtub (complete with integrated TV).
Everything is automated, where switches control the entire room's lighting features, shades for the bathroom windows, A/C and heating, etc. Don't let the Sheraton flag fool you; this is a bona-fide luxury hotel.
Breakfast for four was included in our rate, so we ate at Feast the next morning. Restaurant staff was very friendly and gave us an amazing location right next to the window, where you have a bird's-eye view of Seoul. Food was decent to very good (the noodles were average but I loved the fried dim sum items as well as the traditional Korean food).
They even brought out children's tableware for our daughter and poured her orange juice in her own little cup, even though she's a little too young to be feeding herself, and it was all Pororo-branded. One of the servers gave us all sorts of local expertise about the clubs in town (his recommendations: Octagon, Volume, Answer). Our daughter wasn't really enjoying the fruit on offer, but when we found the roasted squash, she totally went for that (just mashed to bits with a fork first). While we were eating, the window washers came down and washed the windows just beyond our seats, so our daughter was transfixed by the window washers who were hanging off the building with nothing but a rope and a small bench keeping them from hurtling down towards the earth (they were fine, obviously).
The Club Lounge is beautiful and is located on the 38th floor. There were four Club Lounge agents on staff and one asked for my room number (very nicely) before letting me in. Floor-to-ceiling windows across the entire Club Lounge, with snacks and non-alcoholic beverages on offer. Three very nice banquettes to the left of the entrance and a conference room and small "living room" off to the right. I spent about 30 minutes enjoying the view and writing the first part of this review. Nice.
I can't say enough about the service. It was courteous, efficient, professional and comprehensive. Easily one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and this is from someone who's stayed in hundreds of hotels for work and leisure.
