By far - the friendly staff, excellent service, impeccable modern/new rooms and pool/other facilities makes this the best Starwood property in Seoul (also the most convenient location in Seoul with Line 1 and 2 metro line right underground) or anywhere in the world! I would definitely return and look forward to the next visit. Thanks to everyone from the Bell Service, Checkin, Club Lounge, Restaurants to Cleaning Staff for making my 9 day stay here this month extremely productive and memorable! Thank you. September 2, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by One of top best Hotels of Asia Pacific. It is D Cube Sheraton. The location of the hotel is good for me. It is close the the main core of the city, and perfect place for relaxation and fun. The buffet breakfast and the various restaurants on site will keep you satisfied no matter how long of stay you have. As a whole, the staff on the front lines are fantastic and have provided me the best service I have ever had. also, most staffs of guest service Center were great !! we can get a cozy and fast response. especilly thanks to Emily Kim. this hotel meets or exceeds all expectations of a category 4 hotel. Rated 2 out of 5 by Executive lounge staffs are not professional and helpful Every time, I visit D-cube Sheraton, the staffs of Executive Lounge ask me "Is this your first visi to our hotel?" I don`t know why they can not track my previous stays. Also, if you need some help, then go to reception not Lounge. The reason why I keep Platinum status is I want to get better service than reception. That is why I used to go to lounge to check-in. But, they, staffs of Lounge, are unhelpful, and seems they do not want to meet the customers` needs. I recoomend you go to the reception. They are better. And you do not need to stay Executive room. I and my fiance were feeling that we were treated the valuable guest from your hotel even if that was our first time to stay. We toured many types of top-rated hotels in Korea, Singapore, and Hong-Kong together, and I can say that your hotel can be the top of them due to the service level and guest management. Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent stay! This stay was to celebrate my wedding anniversary and my son's birthday. I got excellent and wonderful experience in Sheraton Seoul D cube city hotel. 1. A hand-written letter for my family was really touching and wonderful welcoming message from you. I was so proud of being a SPG member. Thank you very much again. 2. I could not finish my paper work at the Club Lounge, so could not meet the closing time. Olivia Kim and Kelly at the Club Lounge waited me with tolerance. I really appreciate it. They may take a taxi and suffer some trouble in their way home. I think they are real professionals. They made my stay become valuable. Thank you for your faithful attitude and excellent customer service. I was really impressed. November 3, 2014
