Hotel was very good. I had an executive king room which was very spacious and comfortable. Reception desk staff was exceptional and very friendly. I would recommend a stay at the Sheraton Orlando downtown.

The hotel itself is nice enough and the beds are really comfortable, however, the smell in the hotel is really awful. My room smelled like everything had gotten really wet sometime and never dried out so is incredibly musty. Those I traveled with noted the same.

I'm not sure why the parking staff wanted to charge guests $16 dollars a day for parking at the hotel. It seemed rather excessive as parking for the college is right across the street and we just parked our car there instead for free.

Sheraton Hotel in Downtown Orlando is a beautiful luxury hotel. So I was really disappointed when there was no TV service in the entire Hotel all day long just because it was raining outside, and have some channels have sound but no picture. What a joke! At that point, It just shows how cheap they are when it comes to providing a great customer experience! Having Direct TV as your TV service provider is a Joke! Sheraton hotel need to do better!

You need to advise all guest in your hotel of the parking problem you have an be honest of all hidden fees associated with your customers stay. You may think your in NYC but your not.

Due to isolated location we were limited for the most part to hotel food service. The menu for dinner was very limited and service slow. Soup of the day was the same at 2 days in a row. For breakfast the buffet food was cold and again service slow especially if ordering from menu...not the prep time but the server responses.
Bathroom lighting is BAD!
The staff(Front Desk/Club/Housekeeping) were excellent...courteous and helpful.
