Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel nice, train station nearby The hotel met all my expectations except the fact that I was unable to sleep because of the noise from the trains coming in all night long! May 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excelent Hotel This is one of the few hotel that is still giving free hot breakfast instead of the sad continental breakfast. Service beyond any reproach May 14, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Dreadful hotel The worst hotel I have stayed in for many years. The decor is like something out of the 1970s and the whole place is in need of refurbishment. The corridors were musty-smelling; the ice machine looked like something out of the ice age; the in-room fridge was sticky inside, the lifts were dirty; throughout the night every night, trains hooted their horns as they drove past on the railway line right outside the hotel, so I got very little sleep; an unexpected charge ( $16) for car valet was applied per night, which wasn't revealed when I booked the hotel online. This is a terrible hotel anyway, but for the price - and the Sheraton brand - a real shock. I often used to stay in Sheratons, but will not risk it in future. May 6, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by To much noise between rooms / hallways Great staff and the new fitness center is fantastic! The noise between rooms and hallways would make me stay away from this hotel again. The walls are paper thin and from 12:00 midnight to 5:00am, I would rather sleep then hear most of what was said and done. May 6, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Friendly staff From the minute I walked in until I checked out the staff was helpful, professional and friendly May 6, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Stay but Trains goes by Slept like a baby, the bedding was that comfortable, after moving from the side with the trains. The room was clean and all staff members were courteous, friendly and professional. Any of the staff members we spoke with were able to answer our questions or would point us in the right direction. The pool area needs some umbrella. Only did breakfast, it was ok. Did not use the Fitness Center. There was 2 things that I found negative only valet parking ($16 per night) and paid WIFI from the room. May 1, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great location near downtown Had a nice stay. Would recommend if wanting to stay near downtown orlando May 1, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable hotel The hotel is excellent. The only reason that I gave it a four stars is because the breakfast menu is limited and expensive. This time I tried the buffet which was horrible. I will probably stay at this hotel again, but I will not eat there. April 30, 2013
