Rated 5 out of 5 by great hotel we arrived early at 9.00am and the starwoods desk took care of our reservation at that time we were originally told we would have a smoking room on the twelfth floor although we requested non smoking when booking ,after consulting with her manager we were upgraded to a suite on the ninth floor May 20, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by 大きな失望 楽しみにしていた分、失望が大きい滞在でした。何よりもまず、スタッフの対応に魅力がありませんでした。チェックイン、部屋案内、ルームサービスなど、いずれの対応スタッフも声が小さく頼りなかったです。また、室内清掃(浴室)が全く行き届いていませんでした。始め、壁面の棚に前の宿泊客のものと思われるゴミが残っており、再清掃を依頼しました。再清掃後、そのゴミはなくなりましたが、壁面のその他の汚れが多く残っており、おそらく手順に壁面を拭くというのが無いのではないかと思いました。ホテルの浴室としては経験したことのない汚さでした。 May 4, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by My Best Vacation ever I was with my two daughters and my wife and we were unanimous that this is the best Disneyland Affiliated Hotel we have gone across 5 different hotels. The room was great, the staff were friendly and the over-all ambience was kid friendly. I look forward to going back on the 35th Year of Tokyo Disneyland. April 29, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Easy access to Disney Easy access to Disneyland and decent size rooms. The buffet breakfast in the morning gets extremely busy so make sure you allow an extra 5-10 minutes as you will need to queue to get in. It does have an excellent selection though! April 16, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Restaurants are good We are having the dinner at Japanese restaurant and lunch buffet at Grand Cafe. Using two Kids pass. To enjoy all they can eat at selected restaurant. Food is good and especially the kids menu for the Japanese restaurant is very well. April 8, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by really "average" stay, but considering it's next to disneyland and they have good service, i give it "Good". Conclusion: really "average" stay, but considering it's next to disneyland and they have good service, i give it "very good". This stay: 4 nights. Was upgraded to the one bedroom suite on the 12th floor, but it was smoking room, so i asked to switch. Chris S. (who was helping me) promptly switched me to 11th floor corner room, same space a bit shabbier, but still ok. Two double beds, two single beds. Bedding was ok, but pillow was too high, and the mattress springs are too old and too soft so i didn't sleep very well. it's a suite of of a sort but with so many beds, it's more of a motel feel. this cannot be level 6 SPG?! but then, it's a 30year property (albeit renovation done 5 years ago) and it's next to Tokyo disneyland! so it's a relative value thing. 12th Summit for breakfast, not super exciting in terms of appearance but it was tasty and efficient. The whole of Tokyo Disneyland is old and not efficient with the door to door experience (taking the 2 min bus from hotel to monorail bayside station and then couple minutes on monorail to Disneysea or Disneyland) but it is what it is. the silver lining is that the renovation makes the facilities (lobby, restaurants, Oasis (pool, sauna, play room) decent enough and slightly attractive. the rooms are terrible (given the price). But then it's Tokyo disneyland... (yes i am wavering on this property) Pros: cannot get closer to Tokyo Disneyland than this, unless you stay at Disneyland hotel (there are two). built for families with kids. service is excellent, very efficient run Considerations: (i) old and a run down (ii) old school design (the rooms) - every else is passable with the renovation they have done (iii) pricey and honestly not really the best value - but then it's Tokyo Disneyland! feel free to send me a messege if you want more feedback on this property About me: East asian male, based in Hong Kong, travels for business and pleasure 100-150 nights a year (most Asia), SPG platinum 75 April 6, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Our favorite Hotel In Tokyo The Sheraton Hotel Tokyo Bay was our favorite in the Tokyo area. The Staff were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The was a certain ambiance of the reception and public areas. The hotel was clean and tidy in both our room area and the public areas. Our only criticism was that a previous guest had smoked in our bathroom, and the odour had lingered. We enjoyed the food and coffee at the coffee cafe near the main reception area. We will certainly return, and will recommend this hotel to our friends. March 16, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Holidays Like 1990 I am fairly disappointed with the whole concept,that I could not book any breakfast online, there was an extra 3000 Yen per day and Person to pay on arrival if needed, the bathroom facilities such as shower gel, shampoo came out of a dispenser . Our travel Bags arrived after 1 hour in our room, but only after we called Reception. Some other rich People climbing out of a Mercedes got the door to the Hotel opened by staff, sorry we came in the Bus :-( Fairly unhelpful in the circumstances in getting Information around the whole Complex. It seems only cashed up people got the Royal treatment. But let me tell you, I"ve stayed in Ginza, Nagayo , Kyoto and the Snow Fields in very High End Hotels and I will definitely recommend them... I just thought the Sheraton was such a good Hotel Group, but I must say it did not full fill my Hopes at all..Sorry to say, but I am very disappointed. March 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by A superb choice We returned to this hotel for a third time and will return again several other times this year. The staff is quite helpful and friendly, and the hotel is a great choice for R&R from Tokyo at Disney. One of the delights of the spacious buffet restaurant is to see so many really happy kids with their parents walking around, all well-behaved. The spa area and pool (25 meters) is very comfortable. The fitness center does not have more than a couple of treadmills and elliptical machines. Sheraton should install others, perhaps a Smith machine, something for resistance training. March 6, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Resort Hotel It is our second visit to Disneyland. We choose Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel again because of the excellent experience we have from our previous stay. We are not disappointed by Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel this time. We were offered an upgrade to the suite room which was spacious with nice Disneyland view. Our stay was very comfortable with the kindness service of the hotel friendly staff. They never miss out any chances to offer their help whenever they can. The Club Lounge was great place to enjoy the beverage and snacks after a long tired day at Disney Park. The hotel lobby have a Playstation game area to play for free which is awesome. It have different game at each individual station. For sure we will come back for this hotel again for our next Disney trip. February 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Big Bang for our Buck... The only problem was that we had just one night to enjoy this wonderful hotel. We checked our luggage, checked in and received our room keys at the Sheraton counter at the Disney Resort Center (just off the train) without even stepping foot inside the hotel. This allowed us to begin our day at Disney Sea right away without dealing with our luggage. When we arrived at the hotel, after a long day at Disney, we went straight to our room and our luggage was there. Complimentary tea and coffee and a bottle of water were in the room. Robes, was very comfy. I would absolutely choose this hotel again. February 19, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotel excels in service I am a tough grader and stay in stay in Starwood hotels worldwide. Whether you are looking for R&R near Tokyo, as am I, or travelling from afar, a stay in the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay is a superb choice. Outstanding service, from the Ambassador at the Concierge area for Gold/Platimum members.. At the station, upon immediately entering the Disney Area, you will find a check-in second floor for Starwood. Your bags will be directly to your room while you enjoy the Disney Parks, Land or Sea. You can walk easily from the Monorail stop to the hotel. This is an original Disney Hotel, so Tokyo Bay is an aged dowager, but it is well preserved. And the service is exquisite. The ambassador accompanied me to my room. And when I wanted to take a special picture of Mt. Fuji, the sea, and Disney, a hotel staff worker came up, opened another room, and let me shoot. I plan to visit Tokyo Bay many times in 2013. Door to door from my place in Tokyo, it is less than an hour away. January 1, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Kind Disneyland Partner Hotel We are very appreciate and delighted by the service provided by Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel. We are staying 2 nights here for Disneyland and return to our home Country on the last night by airport limousine bus. Our flight is at 11:40 p.m. but we found out that the last bus depart from the hotel to the airport is 6:35 p.m. The hotel was kind enough to extend our late check out till 6 p.m. in order for us to enjoy the Disney park more and have time to back to our room to pack. Further more, we had been upgrade to a suite room as a SPG Platinum Elite member with a very nice Disneyland view just right in front of our room balcony. December 1, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Everything will cost you at this hotel My family and I have only been staying at this hotel for 2 days (out of 11 booked) and already we wish that we had stayed somewhere else. Right from the start there was no greeting or help with our luggage from a doorman (not sure if they have one), we had to carry our entire luggage up one floor before we found reception and then waited around 15mins to be served. After check in we had our (approx) $100 USD breakfast. After breakfast we found out that it was going to cost us (approx $55 USD / day to use the outdoor pool, it would have been nice to know about this before we booked, as we would have stayed somewhere else. So to sum it all up there is no service when you arrive and most of their facilities (i.e. pool) appear to have a fee attached. September 10, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by (Category 5 Hotel*) Surprising Disappointment Why surprising? 1st encounter of staff was thru email - professional, swift, and concise. Check-in was promising upon arrival with a very welcoming atmosphere of the bell staff and gold/platinum SPG counter staff. The lobby was simple yet refined - a visual treat to enjoy... things begin to fizzle from there. 1. *Had to get gold/platinum SPG staff and bell staff to confirm how our luggage was to be handled since we arrived prior to check-in; bell staff presented us with a ticket which we gave to the G/P SPG staff who instructed us to give it to the bell staff - which we did, and the bell staff intersected us to give it to the G/P SPG staff - which we did not - thus instructing the bell staff to go and figure it with the G/P SPG staff. Result: resolved prior to us leaving to enjoy Disney. Confusion of staff was awkward 2. Hallways: Carpet appeared discolored and wet/stained 3.* Club level room: Very disappointing; - basically a room with 2 beds and a TV, 2 chairs, and a table. No desk, no dresser for clothes, no iron, no added/notable amenities, no wireless internet, internet LAN cord was very limited with its distance; 1 nightstand - which we had to bring over to the LAN cord in order to use laptop. I really felt as though I was in a motel and not a Sheraton hotel; Saver -bathroom was clean, and toilet was ultra quiet when flushed. 4. *Guest Service phone staff: Never addressed us by name, and acted as though it was an inconvenience for us to ask them for an iron; and when I questioned about wireless internet in the room, there was a brief but awkward silence, and then a brash " you don't get wireless in your room". 5. Room service (food): Hair in the food; this was swiftly handled when we notified the staff - complimentary fruit and bill reduction was provided for the inconvenience. 6. Braved room service again: Again hair was in food; I thought my wife was joking but there it was... we didn't notify the staff this time, and just left the food for pick up... 7. Club level lounge staff: Once coming off the elevators, the lounge is there - the staff looked, but didn't smile, nor greeted us. The next morning, although the personnel instructed us where breakfast could be had - which was on another floor, their demeanor was not very welcoming. They also told us that the lounge was for business access as if to discourage us from coming back. 8. *Restaurants: Buffet style was very average; no speciality dish. Aesthetics was nice. Order menu was the same as room service menu - consisted of about 12 items. Asuka restaurant started off a bit rough, but was very pleasant and food was wonderful. I could write for awhile, but I will conclude as follows: Based on my visit - this was not a good visit. I would however recommend Asuka Restaurant . May 29, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel for family vacation Our family stayed for 3 nights at family room on 8 floor. It was a 2 double + 2 single room. The room was big, comfortable, cute and clean with good view of tokyo bay. Breakfast was great and lot of varities. The hotel is located close to the bayside station which make it very convenience to going around disney resort. Staffs were very helpful from the check-in at welcome center to the hotel. Special thanks to Christopher Samaratunge, SPG Ambassador, who was super generous and helpful. We were very much appreciate his hospitality when our son was sick there. Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay will surely be our preferred hotel when we have a chance to visit Japan again. April 24, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Disney Package Rocks!!! Stayed here with my family. 2 adults & 2 kids. Everything was sensational. Great service & hotel. Very convenient for Disney. Great package deal for the family. Included 3 day Magic Passport for 2 adults and 1 child. We stayed 3 nights. Airport shuttle service to Haneda was also very convenient. All in all, a great stay at Sheraton. Great to know you get this same service here. Christopher was great in explaining the package to us and also giving us an upgrade to Club Lounge. Rated 4 out of 5 by Not a hotel for business travelers This hotel is great to take your kids/family on a weekend getaway to Disneyland, but probably not the best if you are traveling for business. The hotel also does not have very good access to the city, and does not have actually have complimentary shuttle service to the train station (as advertised). The facilities at the club lounge were also somewhat disappointing for a Sheraton hotel caliber. January 5, 2012
