Rated 4 out of 5 by great hotel but can improve Bartender and lady in cafe went above and beyond to help. Front desk needs training. They do not try to help, they only respond. I.e was told about a taxi but no mention of lower cost shuttle. I asked to have my rate confirmed at check-in. They still got it wrong. June 30, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel has great people I have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff is extraordinary. From Locksley and Linda through the entire staff at the front desk and in the administrative office. Everything they do is to ensure that the guests have a very enjoyable stay. I give this hotel my highest recommendation. May 27, 2015

Rated 1 out of 5 by Internet is very slow or no connection 1. I have been staying here for last months and Internet is a constant problem at this Stamford Sheraton location. Even the premium internet service is very BAD. I got disconnected during a training session and couldn't reconnect. Couple of times had a siuation to connect to the work but unfortunately couldn't connect so had to drive to the work in the night. Complained few times already to the front desk. 2. One of the personnel at front desk is not not all courteous. 3. Sometimes key cards doesn't work right at the first time. December 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good solid hotel Have stayed here several times when visiting family in the area. Rooms are very comfortable, excellent breakfast buffet and decent gym. Parking is easy and only $10.00 Indoor pool is real small and there is no hot tub. Not very inviting. December 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Room I was never able to raise the room temperature above 66 degrees. The room was too cold. Either the thermostat was not working properly or it is too compiicated. I complained at the desk but nothing changed. November 30, 2014
