I always enjoy staying at this hotel, as the rooms are comfortable, as is the hotel itself. We were there for a large event, and the hotel did not seem to anticipate the staff needs for the event, having only two bartenders working at an event with over 200 people at a cocktail hour before dinner. The guys were working hard and as fast as they could, but another bartender would have made the evening go better. Also, several of the top shelf items that had been there the previous year, were missing (cash bar, so people would have been glad to pay for what they liked). Banquet food was not as good as I remembered the last couple of years, but still tasty.

This is my 5th time in Sheraton Stamford Hotel and every time the experience is better.
I definitely recommend the hotel! I also enjoyed it a lot.

Everyone in the hotel was friendly and helpful, especially one gentleman whose name I did not get. When I called the hotel to ask for directions (I had gotten lost in Stamford), he did not just give me directions, he came out in the shuttle van (on a dreary rainy day) and led me to the hotel. That is incredible customer service and very appreciated!

Stayed twice at the Stamford Sheraton and found the beds very comfortable and the rooms quite nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast brunch was a great value too - I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, centrally located in Stamford. Comfortable rooms with all the aminetes I need when I travel - free wi- fi, Starbucks coffee in room, fridge, nice big desk.
