Mauricio was absolutely wonderful. He always remembered what we liked to drink and always our previous conversations. My husband and I were at the hotel for 2 weeks while we were waiting on our furniture to arrive. Jorge was phenomenal too. I was greeted every morning and evening at the front door.

This is my second time staying at this Sheraton and am in total shock at what a lovely property this is for Stamford ... Here's why:
Excellent excellent staff ... From the shuttle drivers to the front desk staff ... Everyone here is friendly and accommodating
The club room is one of the best, great selection of beers AND wines at happy hour ... Good selection of snacks and very spacious
Lovely updated room with generous bathroom, huge shower that steams and a comfy bed
Good internet, small nut functional gym and a little pool
Great lobby with lots of computers and printers should you need to run something off
I will def be back

I am a frequent guest at this hotel and the staff is terrific but the rooms are hit or miss. Rooms are always comfortable but the bathrooms cramped and not in the best repair.

The food at the restaurant was phenomenal, however, the wait was unacceptable. We sat down when there were maybe 2 more tables with people, ordered our food, our friends came in later than us, ordered after us, and got there food about 15 minutes before us. They blamed it on the pasta cooking. I know pasta doesn't take 30 minutes to cook. It was a rediciously long wait for dinner.

Everything about this hotel, starting with the welcoming courtesy at check in, the quality of the room, the superb comfort of the bed and the excellent breakfast food, made this a very memorable stay. This hotel is at the top of my list for a return visit anytime my family and I are in the area !

Upon arrival you will see that you must pay to park at the hotel $10 per day. Already a disappointment.
Staff was very friendly and helpful so there is a plus.
Wifi/Internet access you must pay $10 per day for as well or go down to the lobby and use their time limited computers.
Pool is tiny in comparison to any other hotel I have ever stayed in.
Breakfast for 2 was $32 plus tip. This was disappointing (we thought there would be a continental breakfast at least) and a total rip off.
Location of hotel is very nice, but all the other factors killed our trip experience. Please improve your hotel with some of the constructive criticism.
