I was seriously disappointed with this hotel, it's like Sheraton went in and bought out a Chinese 4-star and did some cosmetic upgrades. That's the problem with this location, its all cosmetic, there isn't substance to their management. Simple things like syrup with their french toast, regular milk that's chilled, not hot... a juice bar that isn't hidden in the back corner of the restaurant... fruit in the buffet that doesn't taste look like it was prepped yesterday and left on a counter. Pool closed, people smoking in the 'fitness center', this was not my best visit to a Sheraton of SPG hotel.
