I think the room cleaning service forgot to vacuum and fully clean the room. Plastic from a disposable cup was behind the chair and a disposed bandaid wrapper and other debris were under the bed. Thank goodness the bed sheets were clean!!!

I would like to share that we missed a package with pictures taht we took at Jungle Island with my kids and called a couple of times and people from lost and found couldn`t speak english .
The experience was bad and the kids were very sad.

I could not stand the squeak noise in midnight. The staff were very slow to help us. They never returned my call and never communicated between other members for the situiation. As a lifetime SPG gold member, I was just shocked and tired.

The Sheraton front desk staff was very helpful, and so were the bar and dining area staff. Although I only spent one night, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and stay at The Sheraton the next time I visit Miami.

room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful however, was a bit disappointed as the website indicated shuttle service to different locations and this was not the case.
we would stay here again and rent a car for convenience.

Great place to stay. Nathalie wasgreat! Arrived a day earlier & she helped with everything. Bar staff exceptional. This hotel is clean, plenty of room and close to MIA. Shuttle service was right on time! Would definetly stay here again.

Arrived at 9pm for a 3 room, one night stay vacation to find that they were over-booked and was asked if we would mind bunking 2 of our rooms into a suite. Normally I would have said yes but this time we had the in-laws, our party of 5, and another party of 2 and needed the 3 rooms. The front desk kindly obliged and gave us our 3 rooms but I was never recognized as an SPG Gold member, only as a preferred guest member. This may have been the fault of the SPG system and not the hotel themselves but this should be fixed, AMEX Platinum will be hearing about this and I think they will not be happy to hear that their High-value clients are not given the recognition that they have negotiated with the partner hotels.
So, no arrival gift given, no bonus points offered, plus my request for a PURE room was not honored. Hotel room did not have all the basic toiletries or coffee by the in-room machine and had to call housekeeping to have them provided.
On the plus side, the bar staff was excellent in helping us feed our tired, hungry 3 children and should be commended.

Check in staff was so rude, i was in front of their desk nd yet they keep on talking to each other
they should go back to school and learn the meaning of the word "Customer"
Facilities should be upgraded and needs improvements

The internet was not available in any part of the hotel (lobby, restuarant, room). This was very dissapointing since the rate we paid included wifi. These days wifi is as necessary as power or A/C. This was very disapointing.

Sheraton never disappoints. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in/out was quick. Staff members in the hotel were very friendly. Service in the restaurant was very slow considering there were barely any other customers.

The room wasn't in the best shape. The bathroom door was coming apart and the toilet ran all day and all night. I told the front counter staff after the first night but nothing was done during the 4 nights I was there.

We had a very nice room but the advertised free shuttle to areas close by was none existant. We tried twice to receive this service on two different days and were told it was not available. We had counted on this service.

My room as a Platinum member was 5 floors below club level. Full menu not available in bar aftre 10. Wall street Journal was not available even in the gift shop. Miami Herald not in club lounge. No hot food in club lounge

When we checked in the staff forgot to bring our bags. We went to eat dinner and the bags were still not in our romm when we got back. The air condition in the room was not possible to change, it was very hot in the room.

I stayed at this property last week for the first time. I was surprised as a Gold Level status I had to pay for parking, but other than that it was a nice comfortable hotel. The room itself was very nice and comfortable.

Great quality/price ratio for a trip to miami. Excellent facilities and profissional staff. Since there are to portuguese speaking guests the hotel could have someone who speaked Portuguese.

The hotel staff are great and very nice. Special attention to David at front desk and Rocha at the restaurant. They are very nice guys and gave me and my mom all the attention we needed to be confortable at the hotel.

The hotel is at walking distance from the car rental facility, but miles away by car. Difficult access, so not a good option for a trip that requires driving. It's shuttle option makes it ideal for an overnight stay.

Quick overnight stay that had lots of little errors...though all were corrected when brought to the management attention. Definetly would stay again as it is a very nice property. Did NOT feel like an airport hotel.

The hotel was ideally located. The services and amenities were just what we needed. Pool, internet and onsite restaurants were great. Staff were friendly and efficient. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

THE ROOMS ARE NOT ABOVE AVERAGE, BUT TE SERVICE AT THE RESTAURANT, ROOM SERVICE, BAR WAS EXELLENT AS WELL AS THE FOOD ITSELF. ALL EMPLOYEES STARTING AT THE FRONT DESK, WAITERS, HOSTESS, COOKS DID A GREAT JOB.

Airport staff checking in was great. I have to give a special hello to Torry at eh front desk. As a SPG Platinum member, she took care of me even with a large bus dropping off several guests at the same time.

& people at the same time had their rooms keys locked out and had to stand in line waiting for fix for 35 minutes!
Showers had mold on the tiles.
Wont stay here again unless the hotel is renovated

My first stay as a Starwood Preferred Guest and it really was not a good start. Reception staff pleasant on check-in, but on arrival in our room we did not receive the booked (and paid for) Double Golf View Room (I was travelling with my daughter). On going back down to reception I was advised that these rooms did not have 2 beds anyway/they are on a first come basis/they do not cost more than standard rooms. All lies. I was also booked on a 'breakfast included' rate and received 2 breakfast vouchers at check-in which of course only gave us breakfast on one of our two mornings at this hotel. On questioning this after breakfast on the first morning I was advised that Expedia guests only receive one breakfast no matter what their length of stay was. I was not booked though Expedia. So, I book 2 nights bed and breakfast in a Double Golf View Room and receive 1 breakfast in a non-Golf View Room. I did get compensated on day 2 for the lack of Golf View Room, but the whole stay was spoiled by that one person on reception's lies. I won't go back - the beds are very comfortable though!

The hotel is very convenient to my work needs. My business is Charter travel with the National Basketball Association for delta Airlines. Having a nice, clean and comfortable property to stay is essential!

The corridor outside our room was noisy all night and I couldn’t sleep. Maybe it was due to people needing to catch red eye flights but as I looked out the peep hole there were staff moving carts as well.
