The staff was very nice and helpful. But my room had a musty smell. There wasn't a plug near my bed for my phone so that was a bit annoying.

At the check in the bell captain requested me $5 for each luggage I was going to store with them, total $ 15, cash only. Beside this everything else is a good hotel with nice golf view, as SPG gold, I still consider this a serious pitfall for the otel.

Guest services and bell man staff needs more training on customer service. They need to be more approachable and smile more. Not once during my stay, in the elevator or I walked in into the hotel your staff greeted or any other guest . That's not good customer service. My first time visiting Miami and staying at this Sheraton, your staff couldn't provide me with info about public transportation and have any available local maps or tourist info. I doubt I'll be staying there again.

Great location. The rooms were nicely decorated and the sleeper bed was fabulous . Customer service was outstanding.
