I've stayed at this hotel more once and each time the front desk has been rude. The check-in process is extremely slow across the board. After waiting over 10 minutes to check-in this week, I got to the counter and was told by Andreas that he was going on break. There was still over 10 people waiting in line behind me. As I stared at him in disbelief he finally said he would check me in but very rudely asked if I was a Gold or Platinum member. When I told him Platinum his attitude changed a bit but not enough to call friendly. If I had a choice I would never stay at this SPG property again.

As a platinum member, I pick starwood hotels more so I know what I am going to get. I used some suite upgrade coupons for an upgrade at this hotel (I wouldnt recommend, suites are dated and far away from club lounge) My biggest disapointment was with the internet, which was a pain to get (didnt help that my phone also didnt work so I had to walk back to club lounge twice to get a simple code) and then it stopped working mid trip (only there two days) which took two phone calls to resolve. disapointing for a business hotel, but I honestly just think they are too busy to care.

Eigentlich ist das Sheraton am FRA gut, aber sie haben Räume in denen die Belüftungsanlage so laut ist dass man selbst mit Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen kann. Dieser Umstand ist dem Personal bekannt. Kommt man nun in das Hotel und hat ca 6h bevor man wieder weiterfluegt, fragt als Plat. Member nach einen ruhigen Zimmer und bekommt das wird aus 6h mal schnell 4.5h Schlaf....dieser Umstand ist unschön und rechtfertigt meine neg. Bewertung. Ja sicher konnte ich das Zimmer wechseln, aber muss man sich diesem Stress aussetzen von Amfang an? Ich denke nicht. Der Grund das Hotel zu buchen also die Flghfn Nähe und die somit verbundene längere Nachtruhe wurden durch das laute Zimmer kaputt gemacht...da hätte ich auch zu Hause schlafeb können und mir die 133 Euro sparen

I must say I was very disappointed with the lounge on the Club Tower rooms. Food was very limited,...I would not call the food available there as a light dinner. As for Alcoholic breverages, the last time I stayed there,.... wine was available and spirits were also available. This time, if you wanted a Gin and tonic you had to ask the staff, that was very busy....and had to wait! At the price we paid for the room...I believe this is the biggest downfall. A mus to correct...

The staff does not consider to response of customers' wishes and expectations. The managing of the hotel is more designed to meet the predefined general conditions and not the satisfaction of customer.
It was not the expected high standard hospitality of Sheraton.

Rated 1 out of 5 Room maids need training in cleanliness
Check-in was slow. The receptionist may have been new as she seemed to be unsure as to what to do. The glasses in the bathroom were dirty when we arrived and never cleaned during our stay. The coffee cups were never replaced with clean cups. They appeared to be cleaned with a rag, leaving coffee residue in the bottom of the cup. The glasses and coffee cups were never changed with clean ones. This was easy to see by the imperfections on the cups. The coffee maker never had a complete set up. We made coffee once and when we returned to the room that night the coffee was still in the pot. Every day that we returned to the room the keys did not work. We had to go to the front desk and have them reset. This seemed to annoy one of the receptionists.
Rather then extend our stay we checked out and went to another hotel.

Had a nice stay at the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport. Combined our stay with a visit to Weihnachtsmarkt. I would like to mention Mr. Matthias Z. He forwarded important documents to us and arranged our stay. Much appreciated. If you come to Frankfurt and would like a hassle free stay near Airport, go to this Hotel.

I'm hoping this was an anomoly, however, our experience in Flavors restaurant was unsatisfactory. The service was exceptionally slow. We were served by 3 different waitors, so we were never sure which one was ours. After our plates were cleared away we were never asked for dessert. After 20 minutes I asked one of the waitors for the cheque. After another 15 minutes I rose to find a waitor to pay my bill.
