Rooms are dark and dated. They need to be refreshed.
Room was very cluttered with furniture and difficult to walk around.
Breakfast buffet was very expensive.

Some rooms are very old equiped ex AC. Not all rooms are equiped with coffe maker!
I found one room with hair drayer U/S. Meny pro lems witn electonic door key, at last stay every day I shpuld change the key, I didn't store close to an electronic device! Last stay it was OK!

Of the numerous airport hotels that I stay at, I always look forward to my stay at the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport. The rooms are well appointed, generally quiet and comfortable. The choice of dining experiences is the best. I particularly enjoy the Taverne.
I have no met a more friendly and competent staff.

Travelers coming to Sheraton Frankfurt Airport are not bargain hunters. They are largely professionals seeking convenience and efficiency in their travels. This includes reliable Internet connectivity.
While my room and the staff were great, the Internet was a disaster. First, it was expensive. Second, getting connected via the website was a struggle. Once connected, service was slow.
The staff was great when I brought this to their attention and credited back my 19 Euro purchase.
Please just build reliable Wi-Fi into the room rate and dispense with all the extra complexity and fees. I'm in this business. There's more money to be made and customer satisfaction to be earned by adding 5 Euro to every rate and offering a great service in the guest rooms.

great hotel, great tower lounge but please fix the internet in the tower lounge,
people are frustrated,
it goes off every 10 minutes or sooner on mac and windows as well
I mentioned this issue 25 x times to severel managers there

Wireless internet wasn't working. I was into 16 hour day and had a Go to Meeting - ready to complain vociferously. Then Bianca at front desk went to work trying to solve the problem. She empathized with my trials, told me how to find my mac address, gave me a voucher to replace my forgotten credit charged username, and revealed honestly that there had been problems with the wireless at the hotel (implied assurance that I wasn't just crazy). Finally, after we got a half-wired, half- wireless solution going - she called my room to make sure I was OK with it. That's customer service! That's the best. Move Bianca to the top so she can lead by example. In US - the Publix grocery store chain has the best customer service program in the world. Find out what Publix is doing and improve on it. Sheraton will never regret this approach. Remember Bianca at Frankfurt Sheraton Hotel.

I checked in at your hotel after waking up at 1 am in the morning that day so I arrived very tired. The staff told me I am not a gold member despite the fact I told him I am sure I am and asked for a better room. He was not even going to further check. Sr you are a preferred quest only and that is what you going to get: normal room with not even a bottle of water. I had to walk back to terminal to buy a bottle of water. This is after making every effort to stay at your hotel (4 stays in less than a month. I have a message for your and your employees: you are not doing me any favors, I am doing you a big favor by staying at your hotel and bringing with me 4-5 of my employees every time. If you do not appreciate that, then you do not deserve my business.
