I missed my connection and the Sheraton was more than accommodating. I checked out early and my flight was cancelled again so the staff let me back into my room so I could work and sleep for a few more hours while waiting for my next flight.

Stayed on multiple ocassions at the Frankfurt Sheraton airport and was always upgraded to the 8 floor towers with lounge, great airport access.

I have been at this hotel twice this year and I really like it. But the phone is rediculous! The letters are so small I can't see anything, and I could not figure out how to hang it up. How I long for the dumb phone of yesteryear.

I liked the location of the hotel; very convenient for my travels. Staff was very, very friendly, polite, and professional. I found the hotel clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel, and will stay next time before flying out of Frankfurt.

Idealer Standort in freundlicher Atmosphäre für unsere jährliche internationale Ausstellung. Sehr kompetentes, hilfsbereites Personal mit persönlichem Engagement. Als Gast fühlt man sich geschätzt und äußerst zuvorkommend behandelt.
