The hotel itself is excellent. Great rooms, friendly and helpful staff. However, the road construction around the airport made it a nightmare to get around and find places. I was also disappointed with the Club upgrade...the breakfast was non-existent and there was a promotion already running for the free room wifi.

Everything was really good...except just 2 things one was a girl that was only on a couple of mornings at the front desk while I stayed, that was not very friendly, it was an effort for her to serve me in English. However there was a couple of fantastic ones working in the evening when I got back from work every night. The other was the fitness center, the equipment was very good, but I workout at 5:30 in the mornig and there was never no towels and wipes to wipe down the equipment. This was far below standards of other starwood hotels that I have stayed at. Not the fault of the hotel, but it is very tricky to get to now because of the road changes.

My family and I stayed at this hotel, on their last night in Canada, a great ending of their 2 week tour to visit Canada.
I used Suite nights and got upgraded to large suites, which were great.
Hotel club lounge was spacious and well appointed.
The shuttle to airport was free, timely and the driver was super helpful!
The bellman with us was really helpful! We did not get his name (he is the gentleman with short hair and glasses).

Rated 3 out of 5 by Spiritark Just how an airport hotel should be
I typically spend less than 8 hours in this hotel each time I stay here. I like the quick check-in, the numerous times they have upgraded me to the suite, the swift room service (and other requests) and the wine and fruits that await me when I get to my room. Yes it's old, but it does a good job as an airport hotel.

This hotel was a great place to hold our departmental meeting. The guest rooms we were provided were very clean and comfortable. The meeting room was set up as per our request and the breakfasts and lunches were very good. The staff was very professional yet friendly and very helpful.

This is a great hotel. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The rooms and facilities are clean and well appointed, the restaurant and bar are congenial and the members lounge is a fantasic place to get away from it all after a hectic business day .
Note that their is noise from the airplanes as is to be expected at an airport location but this not a major inconvenience in this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was fine, other than the parking arrangement, which was maddening. The parking lot access is controlled by a gate and card reader. Instead of providing a plastic parking card or allowing use of the room key, this hotel issues paper cards which are useful for one exit or entrance. This means that you have to press a button at the gate and wait for someone to answer the phone. I waited for over 5 minutes to exit the lot on my last day there because no one would answer the stupid phone.

-Right next to airport.
-Quick and very frequent shuttle
-Professional and friendly staff
-Very clean, newly renovated rooms
-Good SPG recognition
-Free beer and wine in club lounge
-Parking lot outside, is not well plowed in winter. $12 a night for an outdoor lot is a bit steep, IMO
-Club lounge totally out of food 30 minutes prior to closing and no attendant in lounge
