I would recommend this hotel for a few reasons BUT......
The rooms was a great size with very comfortable bed. Front desk people gave a wonderful first impression and we're very inviting. The proximity to the airport is fabulous.
There were some drawbacks,that for my wife and I, tipped the scale the other way. A very strong fresh paint smell invaded the halls and made its way to our room through the ventilation system. A broken ice machine that sent me looking for one that works, on a trek that
almost involved me packing a lunch. Finally, our TV only worked on ONE channel. I phoned guest services and they said they would send a technician over. I went to bed 2 hours later and they still hadn't shown up. We are new members to the SPG family and I have to say we were somewhat disappointed.

Spent the Canada Day long weekend with the family and another family of friends. The hotel was the highlight of the trip for the kids. Upgraded to a nice suite and with access to the Lounge, everything was just wonderful

My ten day stay at the Sheraton was awesome. My room was always nice and clean, the staff was friendly yet professional and effective.

Excellent overall. I do want to cite two awesome employees: Jose and David in the restaurant. They made our visit so interesting and enjoyable! What great personalities, just the type of folks you want to meet first thing in the morning. I almost feel as though I would want to come back here to stay just to have those guys around me at breakfast again! We were there for the World Cup and it was so convenient to catch the shuttle to the 747 bus and then on to the Metro. I want to do it again! By the way, we forgot three coats in the room (#1041) and will wait to hear from housekeeping as to whether I'll be seeing them again. Kevin, if you read this, could you investigate where these articles of clothing might be? Even if Housekeeping did not find them, the next occupants must have. Perhaps you could furnish their EMail addresses in that case.

I have stayed here twice will in Montreal on business. The beds are very comfortable, hotel is quiet, fast internet. The restaurant/bar is great with very attentive staff.

This property provides anything the average traveler might need. Like many "airport hotels"...it's not a luxury hotel. However, with an indoor/outdoor pool, a nice gym, a great location to the airport with regular free shuttle service...what more could one want. The "one more" thing to want, and therefore to get...is the Club Lounge. This property promotes it's lounge at only $30 a day. This is a steal. Although when I visited the other day, the breakfast was disappointing (beans and home fries), the hors d'oeuvres the previous evening were delicious! This property is wanting for nothing. Oh...and Andriana (the manager in the Club Lounge) is the best!

We over nighted here between flights. Overall a very comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Don't bother packing your bathing suit though, as the pool is closed all day and only opens for the late afternoon and evening. We had planned to kill some time in the pool and spa area while waiting for our flight and found this very disappointing.
