Facility provided needed comfort and quality meals with customer service. Although bathroom accents were accomodating, i found the glass shower enclosures claustrophobic due to proximity to bathroom door, which provided immediate room humidity and minimal air exchange.

I upgraded to the Club floor, a huge mistake. The food in the lounge is the worst I've ever encountered at a Sheraton or Westin. The breakfast wasn't worth $10, much less $30.
The staff overall, while fairly friendly, is basically unresponsive. That would be okay if there were basic information in the room about transportation, etc. There isn't. I could go on. I was offered a spot on the floor of a friend's room downtown, but I turned it down because she was with her daughter. I wish I'd taken it. As a longtime Starwood member, I felt this place was a big waste of money.

The staff of people are great and they go out of there way to make me at home. From Mirellie for my reservations to George, Anthony, Patrick, Amanda, Alexia,and Andriana for doing everything to make my stays as easy as possible.

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond expectations. Our flight landed at 9:30am and the hotel was booked but they held our luggage and gave us the information on how to get into Montreal and do some sight-seeing while they got our room ready for us. They gave us a map and told us the best places to go. The shuttle drivers were friendly and made sure that we knew where we needed to go to catch the shuttle to Montreal. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.

Restaurant food was average and the service was very poor. We went several times, since it was the most convenient place to eat. 3 out of 4 waiters were terrible. EXTREMELY SLOW, disinterested, forgot items we asked for, didn't ask how meal was or if we needed anything.
Fridge in room was not cold & could not see how to adjust. We did not have time to contact front desk about it.
Ice machine on our floor did not work well or not at all.

Just want to say how appreciative I am for your availability of a well-working refridgerator (not to mention the good looking set-up)!
Your bedding was mentioned by my fellow flight attendant as wonderful; and I have to say it's quite the case.
The overall room spaciousness is inviting!
One question: how do you "work" the blind at the window?
