Rated 4 out of 5 by Brutus Hotel has great staff
The hotel has all the necessary amenities to meet the needs of business and pleasure travellers.
Most of all, the staff at all levels brings this together in making you feel at home and looked after. There are too many to mention and all are like family now.
The one area to improve will be the hours for room service extending it or having the bar type food available until 1:00 AM.

We booked at this hotel because of the proximity to the airport, reviews that were provided and the fact that they listed it as having a swimming pool for our children to enjoy. Upon arrival we were disappointed to find out that the pool was under repair (even though there was not any mention of this on the wenbsite) and our two children were very unhappy. Not a great way to start our trip to mexico. We checked in, spent the night. Woke up the next day to prepare to head to the airport, no showers because the water temperature could not be controlled and the water was scaulding hot. Not a great way to start the trip. We went to Mexico, had a great time. Flew back, checked back into hotel, ordered room service for our children, room service took about 2 hours to arrive after calling several times to see what the problem was, they told us they were busy. Finally food arrived and some was missing, waiter had to go back and make another trip, wow what a disaster. If that was only the end of it but it was not, about midnight when we finally got the kids fed and asleep, we realized that the room was about 90 degrees celcius and no way to fix it , windows would not open, air conditioner would not work, wow what a long night sweating to death. Needless to say, we were not happy with the end of the trip and I am not convinced we will be staying at a Sheraton again in the future.

Passing through enroute. Lovely, efficient and suited our needs. Great room and a wonderful late night bite with a quick check in. All good.

We stayed one night on our way to a Caribbean holiday. We waited over one hour for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I first called the hotel at the shuttle stop at the airport and was told that the shuttle ran regularly and should be there soon. After about 30 minutes, I tried calling again, but could no one answered after leaving it ring for several minutes. I called our friends who were already at the hotel to inquire about the shuttle at the front desk. They were not able to speak with anyone because the front desk was too busy. Eventually the shuttle did arrive after having seen shuttles from other hotels pass by 2-3 times. We made our way to the hotel and checked in. The directions to our room were poor and had to ask 2 other hotel employees how to get to our room. It would have been reasonable to tell us that our room was on the convention floor and that we would have to go through a long hallway and a double set of doors to find our room on the second floor rather than just take the elevator to the second floor. All in all we were disappointed and would likely choose a different airport hotel in Montreal the next time we require an overnight stay.

Fitness center - provide small towels instead of full-sized bath towels. also provide wifi service
Check-out: deliver zero balance invoices under the door of a guest's room during the very early morning hours the day of check-out

My family and I stayed at this hotel, on their last night in Canada, a great ending of their 2 week tour to visit Canada.
I used Suite nights and got upgraded to large suites, which were great.
Hotel club lounge was spacious and well appointed.
The shuttle to airport was free, timely and the driver was super helpful!
The bellman with us was really helpful! We did not get his name (he is the gentleman with short hair and glasses).

This is a great hotel. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The rooms and facilities are clean and well appointed, the restaurant and bar are congenial and the members lounge is a fantasic place to get away from it all after a hectic business day .
Note that their is noise from the airplanes as is to be expected at an airport location but this not a major inconvenience in this hotel.
