Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotel is very hard to find by car This is a very nice hotel but with the changes in the roads into the airport it is super difficult to find if you are driving. It is now accessed by a very non-intuitive circuitous route and there is virtually no signage until you are almost at the door. Your GPS may not be much help if the new roads are not updated. Even after finding it once, I couldn't find it again when I returned from dinner that evening. I spoke to reception who blamed the lack of signage on the City of Dorval - surely the hotel could insist they put up their own signs and these need to start at the exit from the highway. Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel property is very average Make sure you check the amenities when you get to your room; missing towels, only decaf, no regular coffee provided, inoperable coffee pot, etc. Also, the hotel lost power early one morning, doesn't have generator backup, so it was showering and getting dressed by the light of my cell phone flashlight....and no compensation offered by the management. I will stay somewhere else on my next visit. July 12, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by problem with the hotel Just one problem, the receptionist gave us a room that wasn't ready, we have to wait for 45min before we can access our room, we have to stay at somebody else room while they clean the room. we drove 6 hours to get there, expecting a total comfort from this hotel when we got there. I think this is a 4 star hotel, there shouldn't be a mixed up like this. July 11, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great hotel but needs to fix the air conditioning I've stayed at this hotel 4 times now since the weather warmed and all 4 times in 4 different rooms the air conditioning would not cool below 23 degrees. This needs to be addressed before I will stay there again. Otherwise, the hotel is a great hotel. July 9, 2014
