The room was great and clean.
The pool was broken.
There was no room service (unavailable) and a cheap empty buffet was the only option offered at the restaurant. When I ask for a regular table instead of a bistro one, the guy was very very rude. One of the two elevator was broken.

Buffet Breakfast was ice cold,, watch the chef take cold eggs empty them on top of the fresh one he just brought out....could be the worst breakfast we have had at any hotel..........

Gold members at this site used to receive complimentary spring water bottles they have now switched to Dasani water.
This is a real letdown, and i am extremely disapointed by this change .
Dasani does not take anyting like spring water.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Chartwell Convenient, clean and quiet.
Great hotel!! We stay here three or four times a year and have never been disappointed.
My only complaint would be that the food prices are quite high.

My family and I stayed at this hotel, on their last night in Canada, a great ending of their 2 week tour to visit Canada.
I used Suite nights and got upgraded to large suites, which were great.
Hotel club lounge was spacious and well appointed.
The shuttle to airport was free, timely and the driver was super helpful!
The bellman with us was really helpful! We did not get his name (he is the gentleman with short hair and glasses).

This is a great hotel. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The rooms and facilities are clean and well appointed, the restaurant and bar are congenial and the members lounge is a fantasic place to get away from it all after a hectic business day .
Note that their is noise from the airplanes as is to be expected at an airport location but this not a major inconvenience in this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was fine, other than the parking arrangement, which was maddening. The parking lot access is controlled by a gate and card reader. Instead of providing a plastic parking card or allowing use of the room key, this hotel issues paper cards which are useful for one exit or entrance. This means that you have to press a button at the gate and wait for someone to answer the phone. I waited for over 5 minutes to exit the lot on my last day there because no one would answer the stupid phone.

-Right next to airport.
-Quick and very frequent shuttle
-Professional and friendly staff
-Very clean, newly renovated rooms
-Good SPG recognition
-Free beer and wine in club lounge
-Parking lot outside, is not well plowed in winter. $12 a night for an outdoor lot is a bit steep, IMO
-Club lounge totally out of food 30 minutes prior to closing and no attendant in lounge
