Could not cool the room down. Set the thermostat at 60 degrees F and opened the window = 40 degrees F outside and still could not cool the room down.
Slept in my sweat for both nights.

My family and I stayed at this hotel, on their last night in Canada, a great ending of their 2 week tour to visit Canada.
I used Suite nights and got upgraded to large suites, which were great.
Hotel club lounge was spacious and well appointed.
The shuttle to airport was free, timely and the driver was super helpful!
The bellman with us was really helpful! We did not get his name (he is the gentleman with short hair and glasses).

We stayed the night before our flight and after our return. Everything was top notch including cheap parking while we were on holiday; good SPG lounge and snacks as well.

Again great service in and out very good. Was only here for a one hour meeting a quick sleep and out.

This is a great hotel. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The rooms and facilities are clean and well appointed, the restaurant and bar are congenial and the members lounge is a fantasic place to get away from it all after a hectic business day .
Note that their is noise from the airplanes as is to be expected at an airport location but this not a major inconvenience in this hotel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Brutus Hotel has great staff
The hotel has all the necessary amenities to meet the needs of business and pleasure travellers.
Most of all, the staff at all levels brings this together in making you feel at home and looked after. There are too many to mention and all are like family now.
The one area to improve will be the hours for room service extending it or having the bar type food available until 1:00 AM.
