Rated 5 out of 5 by A most excellant experience! I had the pleasure of spending the better part of 2 months in this hotel. As an American working in China, this hotel met and exceeded my needs on every level. I was greeted every day by a delightful and friendly staff and treated like family. The hotel as a long stay facility was very cost effective compared to other hotels in the area. My room provided a relaxing environment to "come home" to every day. The selection of foods in the restaurant allowed me to adventure with the local cuisine but still allowed some familiar comfort food. I was there during the last quarter of the year and was very surprised to have "Thanksgiving turkey" on the menu and I really enjoyed the first annual lighting of the christmas tree celebration hosted by Mr. Tan and his lovely wife. I know that I will venture to China again someday and there is no doubt in my mind where I will stay. To that fact, I will definately stay at Starwood Properties again. December 3, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by A great beginning I like to visit the new Starwood hotels as they open in China. This Sheraton has only been open for a couple of months, but it definitely stands out from the other new guys in town (town = China). One of the biggest problems in Chinese hotels, of any level, is the competency of the staff. Based on my experience here so far, and I've visited just about every place you can visit in this hotel (Spa, Business center, Gym, restaurants), the ability and friendliness of the staff beats any other Starwood property I've met here on the main,and, hands down. Everyone has performed their function well and been (or seemed) genuinely happy to help with whatever I've asked of them. The only "problem" I encountered was at the Business center where they, for some reason, we're not able to charge my usage to my room. I didn't honestly mind that, but they were also unable to provide me with a receipt, which may not go over well with your CFO when he asks where the money went. I look forward to returning here in the near future. August 28, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great staff good location For the price, I couldn't expect more, the staff were always ready to help, especially Guest Service manager, Sabrina Fan, who is always helping with any concerns or questions, replying to my emails and resolved all issues I have, many thanks to her for the recognition to platinum elite status of mine and I can see her dedication to the SPG program! Rated 5 out of 5 by Need to improve the Connections The wire connection with TV was not available since there was no cables...the guide book told that there are cables in the drawer of table, but there is no drawer. The wireless connection to the internet was unstable and slow, especially when I connect to Facebook. July 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Staff assisted my travel plans Due to extreme weather conditions at our next destination airport my wife and I were semi stranded until Guest Services Manager,Daniel Cheng and concierge Shawn helped me go to the rail station and book tickets to get home. We thank Sheraton for their services. This could have been a stressful chore after three fight cancellations and complicated travel arrangements but our arrangements worked well. April 4, 2014

This hotel is outstanding in every aspect - the rooms are great - the food is fantastic wherever you eat and I must make a special mention for the lounge.
