Rated 1 out of 5 by Paper Thin Walls/No Sound Insulation This has to be the WORST sound insulated hotel I have ever stayed in. I was on the 5th floor, facing Third Street directly across from local casino. I understand that a major street isn't going to be quiet and I can overlook general street noise (car alarms, horns, sirens, street sweepers, etc.) if it's not excessive. The street noise wasn't the real issue. The noise from the hallway and adjoining rooms was absolutely, ridiculously the point that you'd think I was trying to sleep with the door to my room wide open to the rest of the world. There was absolutely no sound barrier/insulation between rooms. My 2nd morning there I woke up to the sound of someone in an adjoining room vomiting repeatedly. It was absolutely, stomach turningly vile. When I mentioned the poor sound insulation at the front desk during check out the desk attendant seemed surprised. When I mentioned that I'd been awakened that morning by a gentleman in another room retching his guts out she apologized and offered me a breakfast coupon. Seriously...who wants breakfast after having to listen to someone throw-up all morning?? I passed and she offered me extra Starwood Preferred Guest bonus points for my account which I accepted, but will never use. And to add insult to nausea, as she was apologizing again she handed me my bill and informed me that there was a balance to be paid. Apparently for resort fees which I didn't notice when I booked the reservation. So that's on me, but after rechecking the Sheraton website, the resort fee is supposed to include a casino voucher (which I never received). Addiitonally, I never received the $5 food/drink voucher for opting out of room service during my stay. To date, responses from the General Manager and Starwood Preferred Guest services have been less than helpful. October 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Weekend My husband and I recently spent the weekend at the Sheraton Niagara Falls. The hotel staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. Our room was modern and very comfortable. TGI Friday's is located in the hotel and we enjoyed a delicious relaxing dinner. The casino is just a short walk across the street and the falls are a few walkable blocks away. We would highly recommend staying at the Sheraton. October 22, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Problem this time but usually a great hotel Been here many times in last 3 years and will continue to stay here. Recommended this hotel to brother and friend who have also stayed here. Had annoying problem this time though. Wifi did not work. Front desk reset router but it didn't help. Could not email daughter. Finally got front desk to phone her and phone in room died out during conversation. Also missed wake up call because phone did not work. October 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Super Friendly at the Falls! From the moment that my wife and I arrived, we felt the warmth and caring, from the bellman through to the registration counter. Tyler took care of our registration and he was fantastic! The ambiance and the location made this our best ever visit to Niagara Falls! October 22, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice Room The room was nice and clean. Beds most comfortable for sleep. Only thing I did see negative was grout in shower could have been cleaner October 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by It felt good as soon as I walked in. Location location location--close to the Fall and an easy walk to the Canada side. October 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Experience One of the nicest and most attentive staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. I travel for a living and spend 3 days a week in a hotel and rarely experience a staff as caring as that Sheraron Niagara Falls. October 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Older Hotel Hotel was comfortable, but appeared old/worn. Excellent staff was very helpful and accommodating. October 14, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Wish the staff knew more I purchased a deal off of Living Social for the wine tour. I was extremely disappointed when every single winery was at least 40 minutes away from the hotel. There was no transportation for it either. I don't see the point of offering a "wine tour" when you have to drive all the way there so you can drive back after you've been drinking for the day. I was also disappointed with the fact that the staff didn't let us know that the Sweet Treats store was closed on Sundays. I wish they would have let us know on Saturday when we got there to go ahead and use the coupon that we received in the deal. If I would have known that we wouldn't be able to use the wine tour, we would have stayed in a hotel in Canada. October 14, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by staff not up to date on services available Was a little disappointed in being misinformed by the staff on arrival. We arranged our day around being advised by what time to back at the hotel and when we got back the service was not available. October 13, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fine Wedding Site A block of rooms was reserved for my nephew's wedding and the accommodations were excellent. Staff made every effort to allow early check-in and were very responsive to move the wedding ceremony indoors when weather did not co-operate for an outdoor event. Well done, Sheraton ! Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Stay To Begin Niagara University Alumni Weekend Have stayed at the Sheraton At The Falls Hotel 14 times since October of 2011. This stay is for Niagara University's annual Alumni Weekend program. The Sheraton At The Falls has always done an outstanding job of taking care of all of my Hospitality needs. Geoffrey, the Director of Sales, personally inspects my suite before each stay and always makes sure that I am completely satisfied. On this stay, I am in Suite 689, near the corner of the Starwood Preferred Guest level. Dined at lunch in TGI Friday's before checking in and had Hannah doing a great job of serving me a 10 oz sirloin steak. The Hotel's service is outstanding! Stan is a great Bell Servics professional and Tina is a great Front Office Manager who assisted me with my luggage when Stan was not available.Geoffrey provided me with a very nice in-room amenity and always values my business. Have always been impressed with the Housekeeping here. The rooms are always spotless, well equipped, and usually ready before the 3 p.m. check-in time. The Suite 689 features 2 flat screen TV sets, refrigerator, microwave, walk-in closet, new wall coverings, new lamps, new sofas, side chair, desk chair, draperies, art package, and new mirrors in the bathrooms and on the wall at the room entrance. Servicewise, there is no hotel anywhere that values my repeat business more! Come see for yourself why I have returned to the Sheraton At The Falls as much as I do! October 9, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Great location but needs much improvement This hotel is in a great location but it is very noisy and things like lights in the room don't work. We checked-in in the evening and no one was in uniform, I couldn't tell who I should speak to or for whom anyone worked. The restaurant is mediocre at best. This hotel is not quite up to SPG standards and needs to try harder October 8, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good overall Rooms are large and well outfitted. Bath needed some repairs. Good to have a Starbucks in-house. SPG happy hour very nice. October 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Thank you! Everything was excellent except for my experience at TGIFriday's. As a single, middle-aged woman who usually travels alone (personally and professionally) I find that I am often either ignored or pitied by young, female servers. This time I was ignored while a table of three men received all the attention in the world from the same server - their drinks were never empty, their empty dishes were whisked away, the check was taken care of in moments. Plus the food was mediocre at best. But the hotel was beautiful and the service there was just lovely. September 29, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great but We have stayed at this hotel for years for a conference, usually no major problems but from talking with other guests, the major issue seems to be the keys. Many did not work or were flawed. The staff was responsive but more then one room issue would seem to need addressing by the management. Once they update their key system, I would again rate this experience much higher. September 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton Quality Great location and quality that you would expect from a Sheraton chain of hotels. The recognition as a SPG platinum member makes it all the more special. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The only thing which I hope was better - breakfast items selection in the lounge September 22, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Getting old The hotel is still ok but is getting older. Carpet in rooms old and a bit dirty. They are trying but age is age time to upgrade!!!! September 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Food was lacking Physical plant was ok; food simply poor; staff, especially Rania and Megan, were extremely friendly and helpful. September 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Overall a postive experience Overall, we had a very positive experience at your hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the people who work there were friendly, and it was convenient having the TGI Fridays and ice cream shop right there. The pool was also a beneficial amenity. The only negative part of our stay had to do with getting a rollaway bed. I understand that it is not guaranteed even when you request one beforehand. But nowhere on the website does it state that it is prohibited to have one in a room with 2 queen beds. I reserved such a room months before our stay and requested a rollaway. When we checked in, my husband was told we would be getting the rollaway and when someone called our room shortly after we checked in to see if we needed anything, we were again told it would be up shortly. Then, when we were preparing to get our children ready for bed and called down to the desk about it, we were told it is not possible to have a rollaway in a room with 2 queen beds. At that point it was too late to do anything else and I wound up having 2 sleepless nights in a bed with 2 of my sons. I was not about to have any of us sleep on the floor of a hotel room that thousands of people have walked across, so we had no options. I will say, though, that the front desk agent, Suh Rodriguez, did do an excellent job staying calm as I was very irate about the situation. She provided us with vouchers for breakfast as well as a slight discount on our room. So, despite the rocky start, I did have an overall positive experience and would stay there again. Rated 1 out of 5 by This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in the USA I have travelled extensively as a Military Officer, International Lawyer ,and State Official and stayed in many hotels and motels in the US and abroad. The desk receptionists were very pleasant and efficient. The room was clean but no bath tub. The ice machines on 3rd and 4th floor were not working.. More importantly the swimming pool was out of service for the 3 days that I stayed at your hotel. The walls were paper thin . The heating and a/c unit was very noisy. and air circulation was very poor despite efforts to manipulate the controls The food was atrocious . The service was slow but efficient . Not enough servers . The best meal I had was at Murphy's Café down the block. for Brunch . Several of our group complained The meal package was very expensive for the poor quality of food and no selection of main course. September 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel had awesome staff This hotel was pet friendly and and the staff proved it. (We have a little dog). Only negative was the laundry room next to our room flooded and and wetvac and staff was noisy early in morning. No fault of hotel. Enjoyed food and libations at TGIF in hotel and enjoyed first seasonal NFL game September 9, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Service and Rooms need improvement My stay - 1. Room with AC not working 2. New room keys deactivated 3. Re-issued keys did not have access to SPG lounge. 4. Foilo not sent to email (this applies to the last god knows how many weeks). September 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Perfect Hotel on the New York side of the Falls This is the first time I have stayed at a Sheraton. I would highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I took our 2 grandchildren to Niagara Falls and stayed on the New York side. It was a wonderful experience. The room was large and bright, the beds were quite comfortable. Just one problem and that was at night when we heard a dog barking on our floor. I called the front desk and they said they would look into it. And, they must have been because no more dog barking. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool, well kept and plenty of towels. We also signed up for a tour with Gray Line which is located in the lobby of the hotel making it quite convenient. Our guide picked us up at the hotel, did an excellent job of explaining and showing us the Horse Shoe, Bridal Vail, & American falls among other attractions. All in all it was a great place to stay. September 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by It was a real comfort to stay here It was the best to stay at a walkable distance to the falls. The stay was a wonderful and great. September 2, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs Help I arrived at 1130 PM on Saturday night and my room was not ready. Ok, things happen, I work in hotels but you could tell the staff was overly stressed as they just stepped away from the desk and left me standing out front waiting. Not totally debilitating but I was very apprehensive to walk into the room to see what I would find. Housekeeping was definitely rushed and not to a typical standard. Improved by Monday afternoon thru to Wednesday.. then down hill again. Your staff seems very stressed and without the proper tools or support to handle crisis in the moment. Everyone tried very hard to be nice. I felt bad for them. August 30, 2014
