Rated 4 out of 5 by Good overall Rooms are large and well outfitted. Bath needed some repairs. Good to have a Starbucks in-house. SPG happy hour very nice. October 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Thank you! Everything was excellent except for my experience at TGIFriday's. As a single, middle-aged woman who usually travels alone (personally and professionally) I find that I am often either ignored or pitied by young, female servers. This time I was ignored while a table of three men received all the attention in the world from the same server - their drinks were never empty, their empty dishes were whisked away, the check was taken care of in moments. Plus the food was mediocre at best. But the hotel was beautiful and the service there was just lovely. September 29, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great but We have stayed at this hotel for years for a conference, usually no major problems but from talking with other guests, the major issue seems to be the keys. Many did not work or were flawed. The staff was responsive but more then one room issue would seem to need addressing by the management. Once they update their key system, I would again rate this experience much higher. September 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton Quality Great location and quality that you would expect from a Sheraton chain of hotels. The recognition as a SPG platinum member makes it all the more special. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The only thing which I hope was better - breakfast items selection in the lounge September 22, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Getting old The hotel is still ok but is getting older. Carpet in rooms old and a bit dirty. They are trying but age is age time to upgrade!!!! September 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Food was lacking Physical plant was ok; food simply poor; staff, especially Rania and Megan, were extremely friendly and helpful. September 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Overall a postive experience Overall, we had a very positive experience at your hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the people who work there were friendly, and it was convenient having the TGI Fridays and ice cream shop right there. The pool was also a beneficial amenity. The only negative part of our stay had to do with getting a rollaway bed. I understand that it is not guaranteed even when you request one beforehand. But nowhere on the website does it state that it is prohibited to have one in a room with 2 queen beds. I reserved such a room months before our stay and requested a rollaway. When we checked in, my husband was told we would be getting the rollaway and when someone called our room shortly after we checked in to see if we needed anything, we were again told it would be up shortly. Then, when we were preparing to get our children ready for bed and called down to the desk about it, we were told it is not possible to have a rollaway in a room with 2 queen beds. At that point it was too late to do anything else and I wound up having 2 sleepless nights in a bed with 2 of my sons. I was not about to have any of us sleep on the floor of a hotel room that thousands of people have walked across, so we had no options. I will say, though, that the front desk agent, Suh Rodriguez, did do an excellent job staying calm as I was very irate about the situation. She provided us with vouchers for breakfast as well as a slight discount on our room. So, despite the rocky start, I did have an overall positive experience and would stay there again. Rated 1 out of 5 by This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in the USA I have travelled extensively as a Military Officer, International Lawyer ,and State Official and stayed in many hotels and motels in the US and abroad. The desk receptionists were very pleasant and efficient. The room was clean but no bath tub. The ice machines on 3rd and 4th floor were not working.. More importantly the swimming pool was out of service for the 3 days that I stayed at your hotel. The walls were paper thin . The heating and a/c unit was very noisy. and air circulation was very poor despite efforts to manipulate the controls The food was atrocious . The service was slow but efficient . Not enough servers . The best meal I had was at Murphy's Café down the block. for Brunch . Several of our group complained The meal package was very expensive for the poor quality of food and no selection of main course. September 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel had awesome staff This hotel was pet friendly and and the staff proved it. (We have a little dog). Only negative was the laundry room next to our room flooded and and wetvac and staff was noisy early in morning. No fault of hotel. Enjoyed food and libations at TGIF in hotel and enjoyed first seasonal NFL game September 9, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Service and Rooms need improvement My stay - 1. Room with AC not working 2. New room keys deactivated 3. Re-issued keys did not have access to SPG lounge. 4. Foilo not sent to email (this applies to the last god knows how many weeks). September 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Perfect Hotel on the New York side of the Falls This is the first time I have stayed at a Sheraton. I would highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I took our 2 grandchildren to Niagara Falls and stayed on the New York side. It was a wonderful experience. The room was large and bright, the beds were quite comfortable. Just one problem and that was at night when we heard a dog barking on our floor. I called the front desk and they said they would look into it. And, they must have been because no more dog barking. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool, well kept and plenty of towels. We also signed up for a tour with Gray Line which is located in the lobby of the hotel making it quite convenient. Our guide picked us up at the hotel, did an excellent job of explaining and showing us the Horse Shoe, Bridal Vail, & American falls among other attractions. All in all it was a great place to stay. Rated 5 out of 5 by It was a real comfort to stay here It was the best to stay at a walkable distance to the falls. The stay was a wonderful and great. September 2, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs Help I arrived at 1130 PM on Saturday night and my room was not ready. Ok, things happen, I work in hotels but you could tell the staff was overly stressed as they just stepped away from the desk and left me standing out front waiting. Not totally debilitating but I was very apprehensive to walk into the room to see what I would find. Housekeeping was definitely rushed and not to a typical standard. Improved by Monday afternoon thru to Wednesday.. then down hill again. Your staff seems very stressed and without the proper tools or support to handle crisis in the moment. Everyone tried very hard to be nice. I felt bad for them. August 30, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by One of our favorite Sheraton Hotels Once again my wife and I stayed at Sheraton at the Falls. As usual, our experience was second to none. The assistant front office manager Rania Roach went out of her way to meet all of our needs. We had a minor problem with our key not working but she quickly solved the problem and had maintenance at our door in less than a minute. She always goes out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She is a lady that goes well beyond our expectations and her pleasant personality is something my wife and I have grown to love. We always look forward to seeing her with every visit. If you want a hotel that goes out of their way to meet your every need, this hotel is the place to stay. I STRONGLY recommend this to family and business professionals. The rooms are clean and spacious and the hotel looks spectacular after the recent renovations. August 26, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff The hotel is a good location if you want to walk to the falls, Aquarium of Niagara, and Casino. The room was nice, but wished it had free WIFI in the rooms. August 25, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Sheraton - August 14 Room was overpriced for the level of service. Ice machine was out of order on our floor. One elevator was also out of order, leading to long waits and delays. No refrigerator in room. Also I have not received a receipt via email. August 24, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Would have been nice to have been greeted by desk staff. I checked into this hotel after an eight hour travel day. The desk clerk didn't even greet me - instead seemed put out by doing a late night/early morning check-in. I felt like I was inconveniencing her even more, when I had to return to the front desk to get a new key issued, since the one she gave me didn't work. Not as much as an apology. Then to make matters worse, I finally entered the room to discover that it was extremely cold, and that the thermostat did nothing to control the ac unit. The only way I could get any sleep was by switching the ac unit off at the mains, (the knob to control the temperature had been removed ) but I had a very uncomfortable night. I did not complain in the morning, since there was little that could be done to rectify the situation- however the desk clerk that was on duty was much more professional, and friendly and showed me the courtesy as a guest, that I should have received in the first place. Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfortable rooms Our room was comfortable and met our expectations. Check in was quick and efficient. This was our second stay and would definitely stay again. August 22, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by only if unavoidable Your questionnaire appears to self-destruct if it doesn;t give praise. This is attempt # 4. Good looking but not functional. Rooms not ready for occupants (Had to crawl under furniture to plug in phone and TV). Malfunctioning toilet and non-functioning light in bathroom not fixed after 3 days. Cardboard walls with passers-by in hallway sounding like they were in the room Poor signs (white-on-white). 90 room u-shaped floor with no indication about the direction of the elevator. Banquet staff rushing to pick up dishes, before one is done. However, nice pool==kids happy Good location Friendly staff. August 20, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Room not ready at check in time Room was not ready at check in time. No one helped with our bags. Traveled with small child and elderly parent, needed help with bags. Hotel almost shut water off for several hours during our stay. Made us anxious trying to plan around water shut off. Last minute change so water did not get shut off. No fridge in room. Would not recommend this hotel. August 19, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Needs maintenance The hotel property needs maintenance. There are many potholes on the hotel property roads and with dimly lit lighting causing injury to my son. Our stay was mostly spend in the hospital than in the hotel and sight seeing. August 19, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Wedding weekend The rooms are comfy and clean. All food comes from TGIFridays which was not bad but it would be nice to have another option. I was very happy with our stay as so were our guests. August 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making the Falls experience a fantastic one for my grandson, age 9, and me. He loved the pool and the snacks that were available. August 16, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not the "Sheraton I was expecting" I was very disappointed with the hotel for starters all through the hotel and in the elevators there was a bad odor that never went away.. and it was very dark , very dark wallpaper, not bright or cheery at all! The staff was friendly and good! the room was small with a very small bathroom!! For $200 a night I was expecting so much more! Won't stay there again... August 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very nice staff and clean rooms we were very pleased with how we were treated, everyone was especially nice. The rooms were really clean, nice and provided all of our needs. Great for anyone staying on the US side to see the falls. Walking distance to it all. August 14, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Platinum member turned away because the staff was afraid of my dog I arrived at the hotel at 11 pm at night, having made an online reservation because there was no response by phone, after several attempts. (The concierge at the Sheraton in Ontario had the same experience as I did.) When we arrived, they were very disorganized. Eventually my wife checked us in, but as we were loading our things into the hotel, the receptionist told us that our American Staffordshire Terrier exceeded the apparently randomly-applied 40 pound weight restriction. When we pointed out that another dog in the lobby also clearly exceeded the limit, the supervisor Latrice King told us, "Well, they say that they're a vicious breed." When I asked exactly WHO says that they're a vicious breed, she couldn't say. Bear in mind, our registered Delta therapy dog (who sits with 1st and 2nd graders as part of a local reading program) was all smiles and tail wags. But nope - he was a vicious killer, according to the canine expert behind the desk. At any rate, we were turned away at the front desk, at 11pm at night, as Platinum members, after driving all day long & not having been able to make a reservation by phone because they never answered. We went to the Sheraton Four Points in Niagara Falls, where we had a terrific stay. Less SPG points, less hustle and hassle, less downtown Niagara Falls depressing urban decay, far nicer staff, and a quieter, more pleasant hotel all the way around. Four Points is CLEARLY the better option for an SPG property in Niagara Falls. Oh - and the Four Points had no issue with our dog whatsoever. Had treats for him behind the desk. He was a hit with the staff and clientele. We even sat with him in the lobby as the staff gave him treats and he greeted the passers-by. August 14, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Noisy rooms Walls were thin. Could hear conversations in next room. Noise from hallway was heard throughout the night. Rooms need better soundproofing. August 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Even Better than Last Year Following the multi-million-dollar renovation, the hotel is truly luxurious. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we nonetheless had a few issues that diminished our enjoyment. The major disappointment was a continuing problem with accessing the WI-FI network, which is old and needs updating. We could not access the net with our laptop (Intel based) but did manage to access it with our Ipad (Apple). Also, we didn't realize that putting the "Going Green" hangar on the door the first night of our stay would result in no room cleaning or fresh towels for the duration of our visit. August 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel I noticed my room was quite far from the elevator so I went to the front desk and they took care of me right away. August 13, 2014
