Rated 1 out of 5 by This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in the USA I have travelled extensively as a Military Officer, International Lawyer ,and State Official and stayed in many hotels and motels in the US and abroad. The desk receptionists were very pleasant and efficient. The room was clean but no bath tub. The ice machines on 3rd and 4th floor were not working.. More importantly the swimming pool was out of service for the 3 days that I stayed at your hotel. The walls were paper thin . The heating and a/c unit was very noisy. and air circulation was very poor despite efforts to manipulate the controls The food was atrocious . The service was slow but efficient . Not enough servers . The best meal I had was at Murphy's Café down the block. for Brunch . Several of our group complained The meal package was very expensive for the poor quality of food and no selection of main course. September 11, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by One of our favorite Sheraton Hotels Once again my wife and I stayed at Sheraton at the Falls. As usual, our experience was second to none. The assistant front office manager Rania Roach went out of her way to meet all of our needs. We had a minor problem with our key not working but she quickly solved the problem and had maintenance at our door in less than a minute. She always goes out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She is a lady that goes well beyond our expectations and her pleasant personality is something my wife and I have grown to love. We always look forward to seeing her with every visit. If you want a hotel that goes out of their way to meet your every need, this hotel is the place to stay. I STRONGLY recommend this to family and business professionals. The rooms are clean and spacious and the hotel looks spectacular after the recent renovations. August 26, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Overall a postive experience Overall, we had a very positive experience at your hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the people who work there were friendly, and it was convenient having the TGI Fridays and ice cream shop right there. The pool was also a beneficial amenity. The only negative part of our stay had to do with getting a rollaway bed. I understand that it is not guaranteed even when you request one beforehand. But nowhere on the website does it state that it is prohibited to have one in a room with 2 queen beds. I reserved such a room months before our stay and requested a rollaway. When we checked in, my husband was told we would be getting the rollaway and when someone called our room shortly after we checked in to see if we needed anything, we were again told it would be up shortly. Then, when we were preparing to get our children ready for bed and called down to the desk about it, we were told it is not possible to have a rollaway in a room with 2 queen beds. At that point it was too late to do anything else and I wound up having 2 sleepless nights in a bed with 2 of my sons. I was not about to have any of us sleep on the floor of a hotel room that thousands of people have walked across, so we had no options. I will say, though, that the front desk agent, Suh Rodriguez, did do an excellent job staying calm as I was very irate about the situation. She provided us with vouchers for breakfast as well as a slight discount on our room. So, despite the rocky start, I did have an overall positive experience and would stay there again. Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel had awesome staff This hotel was pet friendly and and the staff proved it. (We have a little dog). Only negative was the laundry room next to our room flooded and and wetvac and staff was noisy early in morning. No fault of hotel. Enjoyed food and libations at TGIF in hotel and enjoyed first seasonal NFL game September 9, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs Help I arrived at 1130 PM on Saturday night and my room was not ready. Ok, things happen, I work in hotels but you could tell the staff was overly stressed as they just stepped away from the desk and left me standing out front waiting. Not totally debilitating but I was very apprehensive to walk into the room to see what I would find. Housekeeping was definitely rushed and not to a typical standard. Improved by Monday afternoon thru to Wednesday.. then down hill again. Your staff seems very stressed and without the proper tools or support to handle crisis in the moment. Everyone tried very hard to be nice. I felt bad for them. August 30, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Dirty and overpriced At checkin, no recognition of status at all. Resort fee is added to rate. What does it get you? I got 2 bottles of water in my room. One of them had been opened and a few sips were missing. Disgusting. I woke in middle of night with raging sinus headache. In morning, checked the air conditioner unit. Horribly filthy. Either caked with black dust or mold. I SLEPT next to that! The unit itself had a broken access panel, too. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority. This was our 2nd stay. Our first stay, the roof leaked & dripped on our tv all night. Plop.plop.plop. Guess it's time to find a different american-side hotel. August 11, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Niagara Trip I spend the night of Aug 9th at the Sheraton at the falls and I in spite of being a platinum member I found the lounge unattended with no coffee or food. I had an issue with the rate given to me and the manager present in the night agreed to take care of it after I produced emails from SPG but failed to do so and I had to return during check out time to have another manager take care of. Had to wait in line for sometime in spite of being an SPG platinum member. The breakfast was not up to standards and i found a hair in the oat meal and had to bring it to the staffs attention. Overall an unsatisfactory experience. August 11, 2014
