roof of my room rain lekage problem. I woke up with dropping of water, and i couldn'y sleep. I though that there was arain and coming from outside but when i checked it was indise of room, from roof ( window side), water dropping..

This is our second time we have stayed in the Sheraton Bursa and this time for 1 whole month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The reception management attended quickly and kindly to our every need. One of the main highlights was the friendliness of the waiter staff, there were a few times where we had trouble communicating due to the lack of English speaking knowledge. However the staff who we could communicate with for example Kursat, Nilufer, Altan and Arda made our stay that extra special, not only did they provide the normal standard of service but exceeded our expectations through-out the days, from breakfast to room service and even in the club lounge, we would definitely love to return to again purely for the service by these members.
Some negative points are the lack of English when ringing to guests service, on a number of occasions I requested for either room cleaning or something to drink and the lady on the end of the phone took my request but it was never followed with. Being a 5 star American Hotel I would expect a little more English speaking staff. Another point we noticed on a few occasions at breakfast was the breakfast manager I think by the name of Mustafa, was rudely speaking with his staff in front of customers. I felt this being a little unprofessional, seen as they do a fantastic job. On a whole we would definitely be returning to this lovely hotel.

The hotel was great and the room was specious and fabulous "Club Corner Room"
However, We experienced an earthquake while we were taking our breakfast by 12:30 pm in club lounge which is allocated in higher floor of the building. we were the only one there before the 3 of the staff just walk in in order to arrange and check the buffet. and all the sudden the building was shaking and moving right and left as we can see from the panoramic windows. we rushed to exit door as the staff help us to carry our baby. we use the stairs from 17th or 18th floor to go down to lobby and when we reached their I told the front desk why you didn't use safety alarm ?! they told me it is normal and used to have experience such that every year!! what relaxing !!oooh boy, it was scary as the building shaking from the highest floor
anyway, their safety for their guests is "ZERO" and I wonder how such 5 stars hotel act like that. our vacation was terrible because of this experience.
