The quality of any business begins with the person in charge. Ed, the GM, has developed an operation that embodies his attitude. He is friendly, cares about guest, and wants the operation to run smoothly. Those qualities are also embodied in the staff; from Ed's administrative staff down to the maintenance people. They made my stay pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel was chosen by someone else to conduct our business, but I will make it my hotel of choice when I return to Omaha

Great example of what an older Sheraton can achieve through simple cleanliness and hospitality. While the actual hotel was older the remodel was fresh and inviting. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the club lounge was well stocked and relaxing.

Wow! This place was not what I expected... in a good way! My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights and we couldn't have had a better stay! The room was so nice, especially for the price. The bed was so comfortable and it smelled clean as well. The bathroom was super clean and beautiful- granite showers and counters. The pool and gym facilities were very nice and well equipped. My boyfriend and I exercise a lot and it was nice to have everything we needed. Most hotel gyms are just a treadmill and some free weights. The gym was clean and maintained with a lot of amenities. The pool was super clean and there was a nice sun deck outside for you Sun Goddesses! We're actually going back next week and we wouldn't stay anywhere else!
The only, I guess you could say "problems", we had was the cleaning crew never came to our room during our stay so we had to call down for coffee and towels. No biggie! Also there's no breakfast during the week and if you want some on the weekend you have to pay. But there's a mcdonalds down the street if you're desperate! All in all, a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! Good job!!! :)

Had an issue with my reservation at the hotel and spent 2 hours on the phone trying to resolve with Starwood reservations and SPG. With growing frustration I was going to cancel the reservation and stay elsewhere. One contact to Tanner at the hotel and 2 minutes later issue solved.
Had a great stay at the hotel A+. Great service and quality property. Nice clean room. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Starwood should use the Sheraton Omaha Hotel as a model for the rest of their properties.
The Sheraton Omaha Hotel will be at the top of my list for places to stay on my next visit to Omaha.

I stayed at this Hotel a couple of years ago and iit was not a very good stay. The Management has obviously done allot of hard work to make this Sheraton as good as any that I have stayed at. I would like to thank Rachel on the front desk for being very helpful

The people here are so helpful and really went above and beyond to take care of us in a moment of need. They "broke the rules" and really made us feel special and welcome and allowed us to accomplish what we needed to accomplish. Beautiful and comfortable lobby and bar area...made us want to have a drink there.

Recently came to Sheraton Omaha and stayed for 3 nights. Staff was very professional and accommodating to my needs. Check in was quick and thorough, rooms are clean and adequate size. Wireless internet was fast and food in the club lounge was tasty. I also tried their swimming pool which was at an adequate temperature.
