We stayed at hotel as it was one of the choices for the Hosting soccer club. The hotel upgraded the rates of the room for the weekend to include breakfast-so it was an added charge to expense even if you did not eat it. They hosted may teams from many areas and so the elevators where taken over by the teams as a joy ride. People who needed them had to wait about 15-20 minutes to be able to get on one. While breakfast was good-even though we paid for it, staff was cold and unfriendly-probably because they were just as tired of the yelling and running around as I was. Management should have had that under control. It has been 2 weeks since my stay and the Hotel has just now decided to charge my card.

I'm in Omaha frequently for work and have stayed here multiple times. The staff is actually one of my favorite in the country, very kind and courteous. Hotel exterior could use some TLC, but the rooms are great. I'd recommend to any fans of Starwood or sheratons in general if in the area.

Had some issues after my reservation was booked and the hotel could not find it but thanks to Chad, Jamie, and Nashawn they had it all resolved. Very friendly staff you all have ! And the fact my Girly (dog) could be with us made it even better...it would have been nice if the bar was open later or if you could sell alcohol after thru the front desk...we will be back in Omaha end of Aug. and look forward to staying here again !!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by ChgoPlatinumTom Warning to SPG Platinum Members - this hotel is not flexible
I'm a multi-year SPG platinum and had a change of travel plans. I called the Platinum concierge and asked them to cancel my stay at the hotel. I was beyond the cancellation policy (1 day ahead) but had at least 12 hours to 6pm check-in. They refused to honor the concierge request.
They don't value platinum

Have stayed here 5 or 6 times, staff our friendly, rooms clean and nicely appointed. Nothing to complain about at all unless your incredibly picky. Also tough to beat the rates and SPG awards.

I come to Omaha 2 weeks a month and I stay at your hotel every time. I have been to many places since my job takes me to many places, but I have NEVER stayed in such a great place. The staff is beyond great. I have know Shelley the longest, she has always welcomed me every time I checked in, Any problems I may have, she fixes...she is the greatest. She is always asking about my wife and home life. Marissa at the front desk...she always has a smile on her face and know me by name before I give it to her, Emily, always runs over to me when I walk in the door to say hi and to ask how I am doing. Franny and Lynn at the bar ALWAYS have a drink waiting for me when they see me walk through your front door, before I can even check in. I actually feel like these individuals are like family to me. Staying somewhere else while in Omaha always depresses me, if Sheraton is booked up. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Omaha City.

I called to confirm the area of limited free transportation. i was informed you did provide transportation to and from the airport. i was stunned when I called the hotel and i was advised they did not have a shuttle service. Total taxi bill from happy cab was $89 for a less then 24 hour stay. This is a costly misunderstanding.

Overall, a nice facility (just a bit dated). Great lobby area is super for group travel as it provides an easy area for all to convene (ie: travel hockey parents).
Friendly staff and decent overall stay.
