Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel is comfort away from home. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The accommodations were above what I actually expected. I was able to spend some quality time with my son at the pool. I was staying in the hotel because I was getting married the next day. The only issue I had was the night of my wedding I had asked the staff to put a bottle of wine on ice for when I returned to the room later with my wife. To my surprise the wine was left on the service area in the room and the bucket of ice was on the table. I was a little disappointed and addressed the issue with the service desk. The staff member was very apologetic and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I would recommend and will also stay in this location again. June 23, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Convenient & off of Major Hwy I stay here 6-7 times a year and enjoy the amenities as well as the friendly and professional staff. John, in particular was well dressed/professional and accommodating. Service was excellent. This past weekend however, there were a large number of children swarming the hotel and this made it loud all the time. Security and hotel staff could have enforced basic rules like no running in the halls and screaming. Safety concerns were present as well where small children were improperly using fitness equipment. Most visits/stays are superb and will continue to stay here throughout the year. July 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Incredible Staff I just wanted to provide some feedback that your staff in all areas showed great approachability and warmth and a true willingness to help. This was most apparent at the front desk, whether at check in or at 4:00 in the morning when i had to check out. My only constructive feedback is around the room temperature. The outer living room said 74 degrees and was warm whereas the bedroom was freezing cold. The thermometer does not adequately control the entire room. Last the restaurant for breakfast was slow and understaffed. They were very nice but they need help! July 16, 2014

We had a view of the marsh land beside the hotel that was just beautiful. The club level is awesome! The location cannot be beat. We will be back again soon. July 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sports Overnight Even though I'm relatively close, I decided to get a room for a LAX tournament due to the game times. I found this hotel by accident and I was more than pleasantly surprised...I didn't even want to leave to go to the games! The outside doesn't do the inside justice. The lobby, the room and the staff were all wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason. July 21, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by The reservation experience makes it difficult for this hotel to be successful. Your central reservation staff and hotel rate policies made this stay very frustrating. It's a shame because the location and physical attributes of the hotel are very nice. I would discourage travelers from staying at any Sheraton hotels. July 21, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Overall a good stay, but a couple of hiccups The room was generally good - nothing exceptional to recommend it, but it's a good size and has the features that you'd expect at this price point. The Club room on the 5th Floor is well-stocked both in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for a non-alcoholic happy hour. The two issues I had were: (1) the cable signal isn't great. A couple of the channels routinely weren't getting any signal; and (2) the hook to hang towels on the back of the bathroom door fell off the door when I hung a towel on it. It landed on my foot, but fortunately I wasn't injured even though the hook is made out of metal. I left the hook on the bathroom sink figuring housekeeping would remove it and someone would contact me about coming into the room to reattach it. Housekeeping never removed the hook from the room. When I mentioned this problem at checkout to the clerk behind the desk, including that the hook had hit my foot, he apologized and said that he'd take care of the problem. I was somewhat surprised that there wasn't any additional follow-up from the hotel to me afterwards. July 18, 2014

This stay I guess there was a Lacrosse tournament in town because the hotel was filled with young kids. I don't mind that at all but when there are kids running up and down the halls and slamming doors in the late evening that it no fun. July 15, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great New Years Eve! Still some 'finishing touches' going on at this new hotel, but the staff and suite were wonderful. Easy access & check in/check out. Minimal highway noise when facing I95. Dinner 'specials' were much better then the posted menu and food/bar prices were at a very fair market price. Didn't use the indoor pool or fitness room but both looked spacious. Would not hesitate to stay at this facility again. January 2, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Not what I expected I stayed at this hotel between May 11 and 16 2014. What I did not like about my stay: Bedroom was very small. Air conditioner in bedroom was next to bed and very loud so had to turn off at night. in order to get air conditioned air into the other room, they have a fan that takes air from bedroom and blows it into sitting room. (That fan is extremely loud). First night there I ordered room service. When it arrived the tray had one plate with what I ordered. There was no bread and butter, no salt and pepper, no other condiments, not even a glass of water. After a few nights I ate dinner at the bar, the meal arrived but again no bread, no salt and pepper, no condiments. I kept having to call the wifi service line for problems with connecting not do to my equipment. I did like the Club Lounge. The Hotel Lobby, Bar, Business Center and Fitness Center are very nice also. May 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Property First time I had stayed at this property and after a cold long day I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff recognized my platinum membership with an upgraded room on the club floor and explained all the features of the property. Upon entering my room I was taken back by the layout of the suite and the beautiful view of the wetlands from the large windows. The club room is up to date and the food presented the night of my stay was above the typical offerings. Enjoyed room service for dinner and the friendly staff was a compliment to the stay. My only disappointment was having to leave at 4am the next day. I would have loved to stay longer and enjoy this great facility. I'll be back! February 2, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 Great Hotel, but needs a bit of managment We have a very good stay at this hotel. The facility was very nice and as was the room. The areas for improvement include housekeeping and maintenance. Our tub drained very slowly. By the end of a short shower, the tub was half full. I relayed this info to the front desk folks, and I was told that maintenance would look at it, but clearly nothing happened. Also housekeeping was not up to what I have come to expect from Sheraton. There was a towel on the floor in the hall for two days. Our room did not get service the first day of our stay. IN addition, we were there for a wedding and after the reception, we were expecting to return to the hotel bar for refreshments. Upon our return to the hotel, the bar was closed. Only insistence by the bride got the bar opened. these few items detracted from an otherwise great visit. June 29, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good stay for the value We stayed at the hotel because it was the site of a luncheon birthday party for a close family friend. While making the reservation, we requested an early check-in since we would be arriving approx. 1 hour prior to the event and wanted to change and freshen up after a long drive. Although it is understandable that the hotel was fully booked and our room was not ready at 12:00, the front desk people were less than professional in even attempting to fulfill my request. Also the room was comfortable, but it is beginning to show a little wear and tear, especially in the bathroom. I would still return to this hotel for future visits. May 19, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Constant Facilities Issues I have been there when there has been flooding in the hotel, then an alarm going off at very odd hours, and then this past week, a black-out. Moreover, the junior suites are always freezing. Facilities management in this hotel is very poor. June 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by A True Home Away from Home! I have spent the past 6 weeks here on business, and am scheduled for many more in the future. I must say that this hotel has made being away from home an easier endeavor. The staff is always helpful and friendly, always with a smile on their face. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. This hotel is newer and puts any of the other local hotels to shame. Be sure to check out the spacious gym and the great bar... great drinks and delicious food! May 14, 2012
