Rated 5 out of 5 by Great New Years Eve! Still some 'finishing touches' going on at this new hotel, but the staff and suite were wonderful. Easy access & check in/check out. Minimal highway noise when facing I95. Dinner 'specials' were much better then the posted menu and food/bar prices were at a very fair market price. Didn't use the indoor pool or fitness room but both looked spacious. Would not hesitate to stay at this facility again. January 2, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Property First time I had stayed at this property and after a cold long day I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff recognized my platinum membership with an upgraded room on the club floor and explained all the features of the property. Upon entering my room I was taken back by the layout of the suite and the beautiful view of the wetlands from the large windows. The club room is up to date and the food presented the night of my stay was above the typical offerings. Enjoyed room service for dinner and the friendly staff was a compliment to the stay. My only disappointment was having to leave at 4am the next day. I would have loved to stay longer and enjoy this great facility. I'll be back! February 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel is comfort away from home. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The accommodations were above what I actually expected. I was able to spend some quality time with my son at the pool. I was staying in the hotel because I was getting married the next day. The only issue I had was the night of my wedding I had asked the staff to put a bottle of wine on ice for when I returned to the room later with my wife. To my surprise the wine was left on the service area in the room and the bucket of ice was on the table. I was a little disappointed and addressed the issue with the service desk. The staff member was very apologetic and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I would recommend and will also stay in this location again. June 23, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by One Visit Our one night stay at the Sheraton Wilmington South came at the end of a long day. The woman at the front desk corrected a reservation problem quickly and was pleasant and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a great start. This hotel is a real find. Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel has great features! The greatest feature of this hotel is its friendly professional staff. The staff is a credit to the overall management of the hotel. The front desk and house keeping staff do an outstanding job as should be expected. The most pleasent surprise however has been the transportation staff and the Kitchen. The van drivers are always professional, punctual, and courtious. My biggest cudo goes to the Executive Chef and his staff. I have not been disappointed by anything that has come out of his/her kitchen. October 22, 2013
